The women are very nice there. The brand is more focused on women. My grandmother really enjoys this store. Their exchange policy is really good. I did not like a purse I received and I switched it out for a watch. They take a lot of care in their products and you can tell from the employees.

Super friendly customer support and very knowledgeable staff. This is mostly for women but there are few things for men.

Beautiful store. Leather purses and accessories. Pretty jewelery, bracelets, earrings, and necklaces.

Poor Quality, very high prices. Got a key chain heart shaped, ring broke. Got a locket, broke too. We brought them to get fixed, since May 14, never called us back, I came back today and not only they didnt bother to call us, they didnt fix my heart key chain. Not even an apology, but they were nice enough to put my broken item in a pretty box... So kind! And to the lady that recieved my items in the first place, sorry we are not white, we are Hispanic and proud of it.

Found what I wanted for a gift; nice clerk gave lots of suggestions (none close to what we were looking for). Necklace I bought broke immediately before my wife put it on. We took it back, and was exchanged instantly without questions.

Love the product, always have! Sales reps here are really nice, helpful, patient and understanding. Ive had to exchange a couple of items and Ive not had any hassle. Great selection too!

Love the Brighton jewelry...purses....sunglasses...hated the service at Chino Hills location...was treated with disrespect...will never go back to that location again..i will contiue to go to the Riverside location.
