Horrible customer service. I was considering this school for my daughter. The trial class went great and she loved it. As soon as we got in the room to go over pricing not even 2 mins pass by without a gentleman interrupting us as we just start to go over the pricing. He rudely told the woman to hurry up because he has lessons waiting. At that point I excused my self and they had the nerve to ask me to schedule a follow up call. Being my daughter fell in love I was ready to sign the dotted line but customer is everything to me. I ended up signed with a class across the street same day being they had a because sense of urgency to thoroughly explain everything to me. This should be a lesson to you both, during these times not a lot of people are willing to spend $400 a month for something that’s not a necessity. Your consultations should be treated like gold. I’m glad your true colors came out on the first visit rather than later.
