So far so good. Just took my Genesis G70 in for an estimate. So far they seem very thorough. Front of shop was clean. Annmarie in the front was very nice, explained everything and set expectations, which I like.I will update after I get my body work completed.

Someone rear ended me on the fwy! Cherry auto body did all the foot work so I didn’t have to. They fixed my suv within 11 days while I had a wonderful rental. Enterprise shuttled me to rental, that was set up by Cherry auto body!

Took my Ford F-150 for some paint and body work on the roof last November and they did a Great job.Just picked up my wife’s BMW that I had repainted. And they did a FANTASTIC JOB!!! Their work is worth every penny. I would recommend them to anybody that needs paint or body work done on their car or truck.

This place is one of the worst auto body shop I have ever been too - The adjuster for this company looks extremely shady. This shop did a extremely easy job that cost $1,040 and never put anything in place. I had to literally go back to the shop twice and later to find out someone at the workplace decided to put a nail in my tire where my car was hit. I will recommend everyone never ever go to this shop.

Car taken to Cherry Auto after fender bender. Other party insurance recommended them and Id already happened to get an estimate from them already. Workmanship and repair is awesome. They went above and beyond with detail of my car inside and out. Sparkling and brand new, it looked. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an auto body shop.

Cant rate it yet, havent had any work done there yet. Suppose to have my van fixed there come, Monday morning. Ill rate it after that.

Had to get some body work done on our car and went to several shops. Cherry was the most impressive place we checked. When the car was ready, ahead of schedule, they made sure we were satisfied.

Went in early morning asked about a part I needed to fix my car, the receptionist called the dealer gave me an estimate & ordered the part for me. I was hoping to get it fixed that day but the part arrived a little later than planned but it was fixed for me the next day. Outstanding work

Beware of Jim the old man, hes a fraud and a liar. Dont ever come here. He will lie to you and not do anything he promises. Hes a true jerk and had no pleasure doing business with him. His attitude and personality are bad and doesnt help at all. Dont bring your car here. Theres places in the Inland Empire. Stay away at all costs.

If I could give a lower score I would. My experience with Cherry Auto Body was by far the worst customer service experience I have been through in my life. We got a recommendation to go to this location after we had a car accident. At first, Cherry was unable to pull up any of our claim information even after our insurance company contacted them directly- I should have paid more attention to the first red flag.We were given an estimate and told it would be 5-7 days for the repairs but that they would call me with any updates. IT HAS BEEN JUST UNDER 3 WEEKS- and I still do not have my car and there has been zero updates from them. I have had to call the office several times to get any kind of information out of them.Within my conversations, I found out that my car was ready 5 days ago. Due to that, we dropped off our rental car and went to go pick up my finished car to find that it was not ready. Since the claim hasnt closed, we are not allowed to rent another car and are out of a vehicle for the foreseeable future.Cherry Auto Body continues to blame my insurance for all delays when in reality, they changed the price of the repairs without notifying anyone and are holding my car hostage until the additional payment is met. We still do not have any information as to why there was an increase in cost when we were quoted differently 3 weeks ago. My insurance company has yet to receive any kind of documentation regarding the raise in the final bill so they are unable to do anything further and Cherry is unwilling to speak to them directly to solve the solution. Cherry is refusing to give us our car until the payments are met but are causing the delay by not doing their jobs and not communicating to myself or the insurance company.Every time I have called Cherry, I have been passed to someone new who supposedly is overseeing my claim. The initial person who is passing me to others says she is unable to help me on my claim but she has discussed my claim with me in the past! She continues to say that someone will call me back to discuss my concerns but I do not receive any calls.Cherry Auto Body has not dealt with my claim in good faith since the beginning and my family is suffering for it. We are unable to go to work and are losing out on money for my family due to their actions and complete disregard for our situation. I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone and will be filing an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will be seeking legal council since they will refuse to look into my concerns.

Horrible experience guy tried charging me $1,000 for a dent, I asked for a estimate receipt found out he was charging me for paint parts of the car that didn’t require fixing and was rude. Would never return, unprofessional and will try to scam you if you’re not careful.

Third car sent to Cherry Auto in 10 years. Cars are returned in better condition than before the accidents. Quality people and quality workmanship.

Adrian was rude upon arrival asking questions regarding the method of my vehicles vandalism and re-asking questions as if he was a police officer (which he is not). After my vehicle was there they were unable to find parts, or should I say un-willing!!! not a big enough insurance claim for them I assume. They called me to come pick up my vehicle and relayed wrong information to me based on their phone conversation with my insurance company, very bad communication skills. Overall I will not take my vehicle there again, as there are very unprofessional. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
