Ive been trying to pay a debt for 3 years now. Every time Ive received a new card from my bank for security purposes I have to run to Office max print a new pdf. fill it out sign and fax it back. This has become QUITE COSTLY considering you might become temporarily disabled or possibly unemployed which can happen in life. This employee Mr. Burns has always been impatient, unprofessional, and unbelievably rude. Believe me Id love to pay off the debt and just be done with trying to contact this office forever. In all the 3 years Ive been misunderstood from lack of the specialist listening to the situation, hung up on more than I can count,. Twice theyve got my payment dates confused, yelled at and recently this man used profanity with me stating if you dont sign We will F@c&ing sue you! How unprofessional is that! It has been an absolute nightmare! I even called the office 2 months ago and was willing to pay the rest in full, until the unprofessionalism continued on and I was abruptly rushed off the phone. I tried to call back early enough to receive a person and was set to continual voicemail. My debt is close to becoming paid off, so I can continue to fix my credit, and put this all behind me. This company would be great if it wasnt for that 1 horrible employee/ possible manager Mr. Burns.
