Bought 10,000# lift worked twice and quit wont lift .cant get any calls answered.no tech sheet etc.im stuck with non working lift

Do not waste your money with them! They will send you the wrong part and then not want you to return it. After you do return it they will not give your money back and you have to dispute it with your credit card company!! I rate them a negative 5 star
