Good customer service and was able to active my phone after not being able to be activated at a different boost mobile

It doesnt open until around noon. Limited selection of phones, theres only 1 employee. This store charges a fee if paying your bill with cash. I dont see why a customer should be charged for paying their bill in store. In cash. Skip this place.

The gentleman that works there is a liar. He sold me a phone case and because he didnt have the one I wanted, he told me to come back and he will replace with the one I wanted. I went back 2 twice two separate times and he lied and said they canceled the order. He made me waste my time. He orders and cancels his orders. he didnt mean what he said. who is they/He is rude and every time I went inthere it was always some lie. Rotten customer service...very dishonest...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY RUDE GENTLEMAN. Is not willing to help you out at all, oh and he will rudely hang up and yell at you if he can’t seem to figure out your concern! Just reported his store and will continue to do so until needed.

Very helpful, depending on the person that is working there. I been there several times and there has been two different guys. one gives very good feedback and gets you out the doot... the other one, does not know how to be a good CSR/Sales person.. 😞
