Staff was very nice and polite. I ordered a bike with them on ebay and they responded to my emails and questions fairly quickly. When I went to pick up my bike they helped me get it into my car and everything. Would buy from again.

These guys are the worst, their main phone line is not connecting at all and the other customer service line always only takes a message and they never return any calls, almost ordered online and paid but at the last minute I thought I talk to someone so I don’t get scammed and for 4 days I tried to call and left messages, no one answered responded.Watch out for these guys and don’t leave them your credit info. You might never get the bike with no one responding to you.Steer away .
