I was sent to this office by Kaiser Permanente, I needed to have my hearing devices programmed, unfortunately the consultation turned out to be a hard sell pitch to buy their very expensive equipment. When I declined, the lady could not hide her disappointment and frustration. Now, I have to pay my health plan a steep deductible, all for a big waste of time.
People in at hearing usa are nice and easy to get along with.They are very understanding of the susurration we people have with are ears and know what we need for them.Thank you

Great customer service! Dads hearing aid wire broke yesterday and I made a call to Hear USA and was told to pull up curbside and they could fix it while I waited. Within 10 minutes I was on my way back to my Dads and he was hearing perfectly again. Thank you so much for the amazing service!

The employees are very pleasant and knowledgeable. The process of selecting a hearing aid is not rushed. All options are given with detailed information on pros and cons. Dont hesitate to contact them. Your friends and family will be pleased with your increased hearing.
Yolanda called my brother was listed as an emergency contact to try and close a sale on a hearing aid. She said my Dad was in the emergency room but meant my brother was listed as an emergency contact. We just lost our mother and to be unnecessarily told our father is in the emergency room is ridiculous. I called to tell her we are no longer interested in HearUsa and she gave no apology for her mistake or for reaching out to a number that is listed as an emergency contact to close the sale. Disappointed in the service and she definitely crossed the line.
Yolanda the audiologist and Karina are awesome. They made getting the hearing aids painless. I highly recommend them! 😁
The Receptionist and Doctor are the best. They are very understanding and care for all your hearing loss. Just remember to keep all appointments given to you and call if you need to reschedule. Never miss out the best customer care service from Hear USA.
I cant believe what a horrible experience I just had at this office. I was referred here by Kaiser only due to a scheduling issue for a hearing test. Apparently this is a hearing aide place. I told the receptionist & the audiologist I was only there for a hearing test. But Yolanda the audiologist kept asking for information that I wasnt prepared to provide. I didnt have my medical records with me. I told her I havent even had my MRI yet & she said & I quote you dont need an MRI, you need a hearing aide I said, gosh you dont need to be so rude about it & she told me, I didnt need to be so rude either. Totally unprofessional, if she cant even have control & not speak so rudely to patients maybe she doesnt need to be in a customer facing profession. Next stop is the BBB. It is unacceptable for a patient to leave in the middle of an appointment almost in tears.
The location was convenient, the people that examined my hearing were friendly, respectful & they knew what they were doing.
