Im a new owner of a used Wave Runner and wanted a reboarding step installed. I secured one online and they installed in less time than than they quoted.They also shared the repair history of my Wave Runner and answered all my questions about storage and maintenance. Was riding across the country on a Honda CBR and had to get tires put on. They had the tires and put them on the same day I called. Great people in there too besides a kid who was beating on my bike getting it into the back but still would give them 5 stars

Zacho’s continues to impress. Today I had the 15K service on my Roadmaster. The ladies at the service desk were efficient and friendly. While in the show room waiting the sales guys checked in to see what if anything I needed. They weren’t pushy or annoying, just checking. We had a pleasant conversation about bikes and past trips. The show room looked great and they had new Indian gear to check out. When I picked up my bike the service guys made sure I was happy while they were out unloading 2 dozen Royal Enfield bikes, still in the crates heading for the show room floor. I remain happy with the purchase of my bike and Zacho as the dealer. I would recommend them to anyone.

My first experience couldnt have gone any better. The warmth and the attitude inside Zachos was very welcoming and what made it even better was that the salesman who helped me buy my very first motorcycle was also the salesman who sold me my car. Bodhi was very helpful from beginning to end and provided plenty of information from start to finish and Cale helped me in the end that made this experience not one to forget and Id be more than happy to go back in the future for another motorcycle. Harley davidson have me a approval for 28% @ 600 a month. Zacho gave me 4% @ 321 a month, enough said. And zachos had really friendly staff with alot of info to all my questions. Well be buying from there from here on out.

My brother and dad called Zacho power sports about buying a Honda Rebel 2020. They ensured them they had the bike and would not sell it within the next 4 hours. My brother and dad would be over bright and early the next day at 9am with their trailer to find that they had sold it. So the two hour drive to Zacho power sports was not well worth it, we are very disappointed, and as a first time experience we will not patron there any further.

I purchased a Honda Rancher from Zacho Powersports last weekend and I cant say enough about them! Cale, Joe and Bruce went out of their way to make sure I got the perfect ATV. Felt mislead on trade in valuation, got a decent deal on a bike but they dinged my trade for $210 after it was brought over. Yes they said pending inspection but, several photos were shown ahead of time from every angle. Everyone was nice when there but dont expect to haggle at all.

After dealing with multiple dealerships all over the state while trying to track down a UTV I ended up making the 3.5 hour trip up to Zachos. Salesman Troy went above and beyond to help get me into a new machine and was very easy to work with. His responses to my after hour emails were a great help.
