What a revelation. I came here as a 2nd estimate after a deer collision. Immediately I noticed how friendly the staff was. During my estimate, they noticed 2 broken brackets that the first place missed. I got my free loaner, and my jeep was done right on schedule. It looks great. The work is perfect, and the detailer did an amazing job cleaning her up (he even baggied up random receipts and papers he found, just in case). Its the best its looked since I bought it. They made the insurance process really easy, and all my dealing with them on the phone (the hardest thing for me to handle with my anxiety disorder) were really comfortable. I couldnt write this review fast enough, given how painless they made a potentially stressful situation.

If I ever have body work to do it would be done at collision center!

Had a deer strike involving my car repaired at the shop. Everything done on time. Estimate was accurate. They accepted direct deposit from State Farm insurance. Shop was clean. Staff professional and courteous. All the panels match perfectly. No overspray. Car looks fabulous. All cleaned up when I came to get it. I would go again for sure.

Highly recommend the crew at the Collision Center. I just got my truck back from them and I feel they went above and beyond. Not only were the problem areas addressed as they should be, they also fully detailed the truck. My truck is sharper looking and cleaner than the day I got if from the dealer.

Collision Center, Chippewa Falls, is a great place to have your car body repaired. The service is excellent, staff is friendly and experienced. My car was washed, waxed and the interior was meticulously detailed on pick up. This business is highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience with Kevin. He presented options to me looking out for my best interest. He wants his customers to be able to make an informed decision. His vast knowledge and experience was especially helpful.

I had a great experience working with Kevin. I had a front fender scrape that he was able to buff out while I waited and he did excellent work! The only cost to me was to purchase some touch up paint to restore two 1/8 long scratches that remained. I went this route so I would have touch up paint to use if needed in the future for other dings should they occur.

I would recommend them to everyone. My daughter got into a car accident and they did a awesome job. Very friendly very accommodating very patient people. We had insurance so not quite sure on cost but no matter what the cost is you definitely get what you pay for.
