Garrett and the guys did a great job on my truck. I was flexible with scheduling and they gave me a brake on labor since I took the step bars off. Fixed the deer damage like it never happened. I had them also clean up the rockers and add gravel guard painted to match. Such a subtle but great product. Thanks again guys!

Bought a used vehicle from Toycen Ford in Chippewa Falls. Tim, the salesman, was friendly and knowledgeable about the truck which had recently been traded in. He is obviously passionate about getting the right vehicle for his customer, and doing right by the Toycen namesake. There was one small thing on the truck that I had missed during initial inspection (in the rain), and Tim immediately took responsibility and made right on it. I simply called him (we live two hours away), told him my displeasure, and he was dead set on making it right even though is was no fault or responsibility of his own.Will 100% shop here again.

I took my truck in for a major DEF fault. The service manager was able too get me in promptly. The problem was diagnosed in very short order. They provided me with a loaner auto as it was a going to take a while. The truck repair was completed and I am happy to say it runs great! Great place to have service done!

Had a oil change and full service completed. They came to my work, picked up my vehicle, and dropped it off with paperwork after they were done. I was able to call in a payment or stop by after work and true up my bill. Used my FordPass points to pay for service, quick and simple.

On my recent trip to Boulder Junction, WI my 2018 Ford Escapes transmission failed. I chose to have my car towed to Toycen Ford. Their service department was very helpful, providing a car immediately so I could continue my trip. They called me the next morning, having found out exactly why my transmission failed. As it was a warranty repair, they needed to wait for Ford to let them know if they could put in a new transmission or rebuild the current one.Ford decided to rebuild. Toycen gave me daily updates and clear explanations of what they needed to do. This repair took time, and Toycen assured me that I could keep their loaner vehicle until the repair was complete, even though I needed to return to Grand Rapids, MN. I really appreciated that!When the warranty transmission rebuild was completed I went down to pick up my car. My escape drives beautifully, in fact seems to shift more smoothly than when it was brand new. I highly recommend Toycens service department and appreciate their willingness to help me continue my trip. It was good to be kept updated daily on the repair of my car. My thanks to Cole, Andrew and the rest of the service department at Toycen.

Over $113 for basic oil change with a week wait. Have a problem with my vehicles transmission but there was no one qualified to look at it we will have to schedule again. The sales floor as well as the sales lot very low stock it’s boring just sitting there and there’s not even new cars to look at not even a mention of the new maverick! Might be overlooking something but it’s a 30 mile drive to the dealership they should do better than that.

Al and the mechanics have helped me out twice now, and appreciative of their honesty and experience. In fact, what I thought could be an expensive fix with a long wait, turned into a short visit and minimal expense due to there integrity. Thanks guys.

We just picked up our new camping trailer and found that the trailer brakes were not working. North Point RV suggested we contact Toycen Ford to see if they could get us in. Twenty minutes later we arrived at their shop. Twenty minutes later we had trailer brakes. Just “Excellent” service. Yes, based on our experience my wife recommends, me too!

The service department told me they were backed up roughly a week of cars to service. I told the gentleman that Im not fr out here and Ive lost power in my F450. He told me to swing by an theyll pull the code or wipe and send me on my way but when I got there pulled the code and fixed the issue in less then 45min. I recently had my 2013 F150 in for service as it needed some pretty extensive work. I called around to the other local Ford dealer and they were just completely rude and way over priced. So I called Toycen Ford and they were so pleasant to deal with. Lee in service is very knowledgeable and listens to what the customer says and asks for. I got several calls updating me on what was being done and they asked before they did anything which is really reassuring. Now I got my F150 back and it is better than ever. I bought a truck from there two weeks ago. The sales person never even gave us his name or a card. They never even washed the truck so the outside was dirty. Truck says the oil change life is at 50 percent. Overall disappointed in the customer service

I had driven to work and my tire pressure was at 14 PSI, stopped at the gas station to put air into the tire, pressure went to 4 by the time I did that. Brought our truck there and they charged $1400 and didnt fix the problem. Brought it back and they couldnt find what is wrong with it. Not happy.

The sales person was nice enough. The price was fine. But the truck I bought was poorly detailed. I know I didnt buy a new truck. But for me $13,000 is a lot of money. And the shift knob and volume knob where very grimy from extended use and there was a lot of crumbs and even a few pens between the seat...
