We are very disappointed with North Point. Purchased a used unit from them, payed the high price. Our understanding is that it would go through the shop and would be ready to use. They were not able to have it done when promised, furthermore they was several issues we found after bringing the trailer home. We decided to make the repairs ourselves as they clearly couldnt.A positive note is the ladies in parts seem to have it together.

Salesman was good, low balled me bad on trade in unit. The unit I picked up did still have issues when I got it set up and was moving it. Left turn signal, brake, and tail light didn’t work. Easy fix that wasn’t done, left porch light was burned out, cleaning crew did a below average job. Dead bugs in corners, under bed, closet need to be wiped out, cabinets were nasty inside.

We had an emergency when our large awning (with a broken motor) deployed while underway. We were able to tie and tape it down but were not able to travel far in that condition. We went into North Point / Markquart RV and even though they were very busy, they agreed to help us. Within an hour the awning was rolled up tight, pinned and tied down. Thank you North Point for saving our cross country trip!(We will deal with replacing the motor when we get back to Arizona.)

Sales was great, Mark worked with us on picking our first 5th wheel. They had to hold the camper for a long time as we worked on the issues of a new truck. Service needs to have a better process of doing the final check on the trailer before picking up. They put the incorrect capture plate on, missed a gas line hanging and not routed correctly, missed a shipping pin on one of the awnings for a slide so it was not retracting. We found a bad drawer and had 3 months to address and still was not fixed on pickup date. On my request they did sent a service team out to address all the issues we found but was told only because of the incorrect capture plate otherwise we would have had to bring it back in

Chris was friendly, informative and got right to the problem. We were back on the road within 15 minutes! Doesnt get any better than that!

We just took delivery of our new Cherokee trailer.Mark Brown was great. Spent the time to make sure we had all our answers and helped us make a good decision. Jason delivered and set it up. Very fast and good at it. Also walked through again to answer any questions. We are all set for the camping season!Big THANK YOU to my new friends at North Point!

We went in not even knowing what we wanted but knew what we needed. Even with limited inventory our agent was able to set us up with a brand bew travel trailer on the first day we stopped! Cant wait for many camping adventures in our new camper!

Salesman was excellentService staff we meet with before delivery of camper was also excellent.After delivery June 16th we had 23 issues that needed to be taken care of.With many emails between Northpoint and Skyline the issues still were not all resolved. We had three techs come out to work with these issues. Main two were door did not lock properly and furnace not working. August 17th door and all issues except furnace were fixed. A week later one of the campers a retired Northpoint came up and fixed the issue.We are happy with the camper.

Unfortunately, we had a disappointing visit to North Point RV. We found a RV we were interested in and traveled 2 hours to look at it. I verified that morning it was still available but when we got there we were told it was purchased with cash. We gave them our information in case something changed. We were advised it was a long shot and we’d have a better chance with a different RV. The few days following that visit I continued to review their website and the RV remained listed as ‘available’. Contacted again, but different sales person, and was told it was pending. He stated the potential buyer was from out of state and would be coming to look at it within the next week or so. Ultimately, that ‘out of state’ sale fell through and we purchased from Gander Outdoors. Disappointed in their communication and lack of website updates. Who has time for games? Oh well, their loss!

The service at North Point was amazing! From the moment we walked in the door it was one on one service. We explained what we were looking for and were assisted in finding exactly the perfect camper. We were notified as soon as the financing was approved and didnt need to wait through the weekend. We highly recommend North Point.

We purchased our 1st new RV (Wolf Pup) from North Point RV early in July 2020. The sales staff were helpful, very reassuring, and accommodating. Our reason for purchasing the RV was that we had death in the family and we wanted to travel to Florida comfortably avoiding COVID. When we got the RV home I noticed a small hole in the awning. No problem, NP got a new awning ordered. During our 1st outing, I noticed water leaking under the bathroom sink. Our extra toilet paper, towels and bathroom supplies were all soaked. We also experienced the upper cabinet door closure was misaligned, so the contents of the upper kitchen cabinet fell out during travel. I had to tie the door handles together to keep the cabinet doors closed. Also, I noticed that the main door was misaligned. The mosquitoes quickly found their way into the RV. Back to the service department after the delayed shipment of the awning arrived. This return for service seemed to annoy Randy in the service department. It was now late September and Randy seemed to be more concerned about the number of RVs in the lot needing to be winterized than scheduling our repair. I informed them that we were leaving for Florida mid October and would need the repairs done soon. Not a problem from NP accommodating. We traveled to Florida for 2 weeks to deal with our family crisis. While in Florida we began to notice that our bedding was damp near the head of the bed. Since we were already heading home, we knew we would need to contact North Point RV for more repairs. Things got worse. With rainy weather on our drive home, we notice considerably more leaking, enough to soak the bedding and mattress. The rainwater leaking in was along the entire width of the front wall. A water line began to appear on the wallpaper along the whole width of the RV, including in the closets. I also noticed that the USB outlet had loosened from the wall and the door frame had partially let loose. As soon as we got home, we contacted North Point RV. They said to bring our Wolf Pup in. Within a few days, I got a call from Randy saying the service repairs were done and we could pick up our RV. Upon inspection, the repairs were unsightly, with the trim work replaced crooked, the water damage was cover up with matching wallpaper, and by now the mildew mattress was not replaced. At this time I discovered that the wood supporting the bed was cracked. I requested that the damaged wallboard and bed board be replaced, trim work aligned properly, and the mattress should be replaced. By now voices began to escalate and our original salesman, Joe appeared with an unmasked repairman. I had to request that he mask up or leave the RV. Joe made a reference to the screws near the awning had most likely caused theleakage. They did not feel a replacement of the mattress was necessary but agreed to do repairs and replace the mattress. Weeks passed and I heard nothing from North Point. After Thanksgiving, I called and left a message, requesting a phone call with an update. Randy returned my call on Monday and explained that the repairs had been done, but the mattress was on delayed shipment. Today, five months since the purchase of our RV, we went to pick it up, agreeing they could call us when the mattress replaced is delivered. Upon inspection, the wallboard had not been replaced, it still has the water damage covered by wallpaper. Randy explained that that was the best they could do. Poor craftsmanship showed a screw that protruded inside the closet. It was fixed. Now we own an RV with hidden water damaged walls, and a warranty which will expire (June) by the time we will fully be using our RV again, to determine if it will leak or not. I would NOT recommend buying an RV from North Point RV. The lack of quality craftsmanship to do their repairs is not acceptable, and the quality of their (product) RV is questionable and unreliable.Leia Burzynski

We will never be back, worst buying experience ever. Our salesman was up selling us into things we didn’t want to spend that much money on and he didn’t care to call us to tell us we were approved, nor care to return any of our phone calls. I asked to talk to a manager and he started to yell at me and as a women that was beyond disrespectful. We had an appointment to pick our camper only to be told “we are canceling you appointment it will be another 2 weeks” No one around there new anything about anything, it was really frustrating.

Had the part we needed for our camper, and we were grateful as it helped with the added security for back up camera view.

We purchased our new R.V. earlier this year and were very pleased with the friendly sales person and staff, the care taken to answer all our questions about getting going with camping! Although were not positive camping is for us :( we are still trying it out but disappointed to find a leak so early in this new unit. Reading these reviews makes us a little wary about some service issues having to be repeated and not tended to properly the first time, so we shall see and we shall update fairly! Summer is short and time is wasting!

Gave us a great deal on a trade-in, and the new camper (Keystone Sprinter) has everything we wanted plus more. The camper tour was very good, and weve thoroughly enjoyed camping with it. The sales people are super, and we can call day or night if we have a problem!

Worst experience with an rv dealer in my life. Ordered a new fridge for my fifth wheel and had to wait until the following week for installation. Thought everything was fine until picked my unit up. New fridge didnt work. The doors were backwards and they broke a blade on my living room ceiling fan bringing the slides in. They did replace the blades. A new fridge would take another two days to come in. No offer was made to pay for camping for two more days only their parking lot with 110 volt 20 amp service. Not enough to run an a/c unit in 90 decree heat. I decided to have the old fridge put back in and have it replaced once I got home, 350 miles away. That evening when I got home, 10 pm, I discovered the ceiling fan was knocked off the ceiling with the glass globe broken and shards of glass all over my living room furniture and floor. All I got from North Point was an Im sorry and nothing else. If you are traveling through Wisconsin and need rv repairs dont go there.

While my wife and I was looking at units with assistance of salesman then after approximately 15 minutes the salesman disappeared, oh well no repeat customer from me as there are many places that sell to customers.

So March we bought a 2017 Montana 5th wheel, had for 3 months when we noticed the walls start peeling, insurance guy came out said they would not cover it because there was prior roof damage. So I got ahold of north point I was told to bring it in they looked at it and told me it was maintenance issue, and there was nothing they could do, yet in there inspection report no one seen the roof damage from before, so I took it somewhere else and was told that this was caused by the prior damage. So I called back and asked what they would give me in trade in. Said they would give me everything I bought it for if I bought a new one, I’m like great. So the sale price on the new one was 55,xxx well initially we were only gonna pay an extra 9xxxx, after looking at a few others the sales manager came back and said I’m sorry but I messed up on the numbers we’re gonna need more money about 15,xxx because we are gonna take a big hit on your camper do we ended up paying MSRP for the camper. Hmmm, a week later our OLD CAMPER WITH THE WATER DAMAGE IS SITTING ON THE LOT FOR 1000 less than we paid for it. Bunch of crooks, and obviously it won’t be disclosed to someone, and there’s no pictures of the water damages and they did not fix it. I went up there and looked at it. BUYERS BEWARE

We bought our camper July 2015 from North Point. When we scheduled our appointment to pick up the camper and due a run through of the camper our sales rep. requested that we be prompt for our appointment because the Tech really wanted to get to Rock Fest. We showed up for our appointment 10 minutes early while the Tech showed up late. Now we are having problems with our slide out leaking. We are trying to work with North Point to fix the slide but weve had the camper in 3 times and they continue to tell us the slide is fixed yet our slide continues to leak. How is this good customer service? How do we get our concerns heard?

I took my RV in to have a thorough inspection and repairs made. After picking-up the vehicle, I found missing/cracked light covers (that were supposedly replaced) and a low-battery alarm, that was to have been fixed, STILL continued to sound. When I contacted North Point, all I received were excuses (Ie: the light covers must have fallen off after I left the shop) and no offer to remedy the issues. My tank was not drained after they had repaired a leak and I continue to find shoddy repair work as time has gone by. I would NOT recommend servicing your RV here or having any business with North Point!

I went in with a trailer issue the original fix was estimated to be over $800. After looking at the problem a new plan was acted on and th etotal cost was $75. The honest and helpfull service is the reason I will be back again!!

Bought a used fifth wheel camper there what a roller coster one minute we had it all wrapped up the next there was a problem, then when it was time to hook up a go they forgot to put the brake moduel in, then after i left I found out the lp tanks had expired dates on them. In all I have nothing to complain about I should have payed more attention to some things a little more, live and learn rite.

Bought a new camper there June 2013 and really had a good sale experience. I think we got a fair deal and feel that dealing local is worth maybe a little more than the wholesale internet places.We used the camper for 10 months including our snowbird trip south for the winter. Numerous problems showed up so we scheduled a date for warranty service. We took it in a day earlier as we wanted to make sure it got in, got the work done and we got it back as we are currently living in it as we workamp. Northpoint understood our needs and did a great job fixing everything and got our house back to us promptly. The techs were excellent and really did a quality job. The Service Manager Randy made sure we got everything we needed done. Jenni the warranty person made sure we got the stuff covered and our parts ordered.Would we have wished that nothing had been wrong, sure. Absolutely. But it wasnt and having the staff at Northpoint care care of it for us was the next best thing. They cared, and it showed.

I just bought a used camper from these people 3-11-14 and made the mistake of paying for it in full prior to picking the RV (3-28-14) up. They were suppose to fix the sky light above the shower they broke when shoveling the snow off the roof. They did fix the sky light but left the mess on the floor of the shower. I noticed a water leak in the ceiling that was to be fixed by the time I picked the camper up, it wasnt and when I ask them what they found the answer I received was someone else worked on it, but dont go on the roof because it is spongy which means to me that the roof boards are rotten. They didnt seem to care seeing it had been already paid for their customer service sucks! When I got the camper home I really went thru it and found several lights burnt out. When you pay almost $20,000.00 for a camper you expect to be treated better then that. So I would not recommend dealing with them and would look at other dealerships.

Charged me 1000.00 for a furnace that retails for 400.00 same make and model from another RV store. Flat out highway robbery, stay away.
