Customer service like I have never experienced from a phone/internet provider before. I will go without service before going back to AT&T. Tech explained my options and very forthcoming with discounts available. Very surprising from beginning to end and only took 30 minutes. π€

I had the pleasure of working with Sara. She was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I myself am not very tech savvy, however Sara took her time with me and answered all of my questions (and believe me I had PLENTY) and explained in a way that I could understand. Often times a representative can talk miles over your head and use all kinds of flashy words that mean absolutely nothing to you. I did not feel at all like she was just trying to βmake the saleβ and rush me through the process to get me done and out the door. When asked, she offered her opinion from her own personal experiences with the iPhone. She was very down to earth and made my experience a very positive and even enjoyable one. I also spoke with her Co-worker Nate. He too was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. It almost felt as though I was βhanging out with friendsβ Both Sara and Nate remained very professional while also making me feel welcome and confident in the purchase I was making. Nate shared some of his knowledge and personal experiences with his mobile phone as well. I hope when I return to this particular store that I am fortunate enough to be able to work with these 2. I am in customer service myself and have been for years. You should be proud to have each of them representing your business. This location in Lake Hallie has been very helpful and easy to work with. I had my phone and wallet stolen from me this past January. The staff at the Verizon Corporate store refused to work with me at all because I didnt have a drivers license at that moment.I went to the Hallie store and they bent over backwards in an effort to help me. Over the past few months Ive been in the store numerous times seeking help navigating my new phone etc.I cant possibly express how happy I am with the staff there.

Had to buy new phones on Sunday, been 5 yrs. So much has changed since then. We talked to Eau Claire Verizon 1st. They gave me a no. for online sales. And a wait time of an hour, in our vehicle in the parking lot. Online sales man (very nice young man also) cant remember his name. He helped us locate similar phones to what we had. Found a location open that day, had the phones in stock, checked us out and sent us to that location.( directions and all) Andrew the young man who put it all together at the end was patient, helpful,and fabulous!! Thank you Verizon once again for wonderful service.

Phone buying is never fun - there might be excitement about getting a new phone, but thereβs also anxiety and it always feels like a process that dragggs...except for this time. I went in knowing what was wrong with my old phone, but Ashley (and the entire rest of the team) knocked it out of the park. I didnβt ever feel pushed into buying a specific new brand or model of phone, it didnβt feel like they were trying to SELL me anything at all, but like they were there to help, which is what youβd expect from top tier customer service. I think I was in the store a little over an hour, and most of that was spent creating an Apple ID and some minor issues with transferring over things from my old (non-Apple) phone to my new one. During this idle time, I noticed how Ashley and the other reps helping each other or other customers kept the atmosphere pleasant with small talk and light humor, and it made it the most enjoyable phone buying process Iβve had. The way they worked as a team, if they werenβt selling phones they would be successful in any industry.

This Hallie Team Verizon is absolutely fantastic. I worked with katelynn and she was willing and able to answer all my questions. Whenever she was busy with my order her teammates stepped up and answered for her. They work really well together. When I picked up my phone there was issues with my old phone transferring contacts and texts. Katelynn worked through the issue and got all my data transferred. The entire team was smiling and talkative with me the entire time I was there. I will be going there for my future Verizon needs.
