I moved back to the Eau Claire area about 6 months ago. Previously I had a great company to help my with my lawn maintenance / Landscaping. Didnt think I could find a better one here in the Chippewa Valley. Turns out I was wrong, Green Oasis is a real pleasure to work with. They have multiple ways to contact them. They are always on time. Theyre prices are reasonable. They are very professional/nice on the phone, and I have talked to many of their service representatives. I can give them a call and have them come and do a lawn fertilizer application. (If you buy the good fertilizer, and take in account your time to do it is about the same as their price.) I can also go on their website and do it right there, and pay for it right there! I can set up a schedule for them to come all summer long.When they are coming they send a text message to let you know. I was so impressed with them with these services that I am going to have them design and build some major landscaping projects on my property. I cant list all the good things about them here. Dont go anywhere else, these guys are it.

Great company to work with, have/had my sprinklers blown out every fall and no issues. Let me know way in advance when they are going to come and then a friendly reminder day or two before. Payments are super easy as well, they can be done online.

Used this year for sprinkler system maintenance, lawn aeration with over-seeding, fertilizer program, grub control, & dog spot program. Lawn has never looked better, dog spot program worked better than anticipated - had several dead spots in back fenced yard from two dogs this spring. All filled in after treatment & new spots also filled in quickly. Also mole issue reduced from kast year likely from grub control & thicker lawn.

My first service done by them. Everything was on time and professional. Ill probably be looking to have them to do more lawn care in the future.

The team was very professional from start to finish. They did an excellent job of designing and landscaping around our home, taking into account the current style of our home. Mark, who designed the landscaping was very available and attentive to the project. The on site crew chief, Jared, was awesome. Not only was he respectful and attentive to our home, but also the neighbors. I would recommend Green Oasis without reservation.

Had some landscaping done today, Mitch was my primary contact for the job estimate. The crew they sent out here was very professional and offered some great suggestions to our project. The results were better than expected. On time, on estimate and just great people to work with.

Set a contract last year (2020) for an irrigation system this spring. I made a call to investigate and they did not have anything on file. I provided them with a copy of the signed contract and was told it was canceled at the first of the year. They did respond and told me the employee that handled had left and they could not find record of her booking it. I was told they would honor the contract now for the quoted price, but they would have to charge more. Not really sure how that works. I have heard they do great work just a bad deal.

Besides catering to any kind of garden addiction you might have, they have some of the cutest gifts and jewelry pieces as well as a nice clothing boutique.

Green oasis build a retaining wall on a steep lake bank at my home. They did a great job, finished in the time frame they had projected and we’re very easy to work with. Great company and people.

Poorest customer service. Multiple appointments made for service calls, never showed up. I had to keep calling to find out why. Then came for sprinkler service and they never actually checked to make sure sprinkler heads were working. Just overall completely useless and a waste of my time and money. Still definitely not recommend them.

We signed up for weeds and fertilizer with aeration. The aeration was not scheduled until I had to call back in. The first application was hit and miss on mist the yard. The second application, we never were given a notification that they were coming and the guy showed up and sprayed my kids sprinkler and the hoses across the lawn but missed half of the front lawn. Called to cancel the service and the guy I talked to said that they do service calls for missed spots but I explained that I shouldn’t have to keep calling each time they do an application. He refunded us the remaining 3 applications but said that since product was applied (even if spotty - his words) that he can’t refund that but never bothered to send out a service call and I still got charged. Had to clean all our hoses and sprayers. Glad we have cameras to record this otherwise we wouldn’t have known.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This “lawn service” should stop trying to be a Jack of all trades because it has taken them 5 scheduled visits to fix our sprinkler system - and we’re still at square one. We were assured the sprinkler would be fixed in the spring. Summer is here, our grass is dead because of Green Oasis, and there’s still no hope of the sprinkler getting repaired. Good luck having them even show up, of those 5 scheduled visits they have stood us up three times. The last appointment was scheduled for three weeks and I even called them on the day of the appointment to confirm they wouldn’t blow us off *again*. I was assured they would be there and are sending out the head tech. Sure enough, despite confirming that they would indeed show up - they no called no showed .. AGAIN! Incompetent, unreliable, unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and find another company for you lawn care services.

We had our garden areas pruned along with mulch and weed control applied. Our garden areas were a mess before Green Oasis started work. They cleaned up last years leaves and debris we had left on the garden areas. They then set out to prune all the overgrown plants and bushes and cleaned up that mess. Then applied mulch and weed preventer. All the garden areas and bushes in our yard looked fantastic when they finished. I havent seen these areas of our yard look so good in years. Thanks for the great work.

We requested a quote for a custom pergola off the back of our house. The day after they scheduled our appointment, the designer called us to tell us our project didnt sound like it was worth his time, and he had to pass. He didnt offer any alternative or suggest a different designer, he just cancelled our appointment without even meeting with us.

We needed a complete landscape makeover. We worked with Mark McGough who did a great job designing and coordinating our project. He listened to our ideas and spent ample time to ensure things turned out well. The install crew was very friendly, flexible and efficient. We are very satisfied with the services provided by Green Oasis and would recommend their services!

Great selection of plants and shrubs. Convenient carts to help get the plants to your veichle. Friendly staff that can help you get what you are looking for. Parking is a bit tight. Wish there was a road that looped around the building to be easier for bigger trucks or if you have a trailer. They have mulch but dont recommend getting any here til they are a bit more adamant about keeping it clean of the other colored mulch. Tried getting chocolate mulch twice and each time it had a lot of red mulch mixed in with it. Recommend if you are looking for a good variety of plants that suits your next garden/landscaping job.

In the Fall of 2011, we had Green Oasis install a lawn irrigation system at our residence. Since that time, we have experienced nothing but excellent customer service from the entire staff. Whether it has been technical questions, billing concerns, repair needs, or simply general advice about our system, I cant share enough positive comments about how Green Oasis has responded. Each year, their friendly and knowledgeable crew shows up on time for spring start up and fall blow out. Even though I know they are always very busy during those times, there is never any hesitation to answer questions or offer advice as needed. Over the years, I have had no hesitation in recommending Green Oasis to many co-workers, family, and friends. Keep up the great work!!!!

I have talked with Bruce a few times and he has always been very helpful. He is not pushyin his suggestions. The people that come to the house get the job done and then let us know what they did. They are great to have.

We started the multi-application lawn care for weeds and crabgrass, fertilizer etc. We cannot beleive how the lawn has responded much greener and weed free. Waiting to see what the grass looks like in the fall. Amazing! Customer service is on top of it making sure we are happy with ourselves and questions are answered. Def recommend!!

Went there to get some trees and perennials for the end of season best experience ever started out with a young man helping us to find a couple trees that we were looking for then ended up with a young lady by the name of Patty who was extremely knowledgeable and very very nice we ended up buying the trees we went to purchase as well as some perennials and our fall grass seed as well we learned so much we e definitely be back for more we were completely impressed and we are so excited to get all our plants and trees in the ground would definitely give this place a 10 if it was possible cant wait to go back to get more!!!

We have used Greener Grass for our lawn care needs for many years. They are very accommodating to our schedule and extremely helpful in addressing our questions. The technicians have all been friendly and professional.

This company is not responsive at all. We had great service from them in the past and thought we would have the same experience - not even close. On the positive side, the service technicians are very thorough and listen. They are professional and take the time to understand the customers problem and requests. However, the scheduling and office management seems to have many challenges. We requested a quote to add a couple of zones to our irrigation system as well as change the configuration. The technician came out and did an on-site visit, marking and flagging what needed to be done. We requested a quote both through the technician and then with a phone call to the office. They confirmed we would get a quote. A couple weeks went by and we received a call that installation was scheduled and the technicians would be out in a week. We told them we had not received a quote yet but would be happy to review one prior to the installation date. The response was that they would provide a quote immediately. On the day that installation was scheduled we still did not have a quote and the technicians never showed. Again we called them and were told that they cancelled the installation - but failed to let us know. Again, we requested a quote with the hope that we could get the work rescheduled and get a quote. Now, two weeks later, and several phone calls later, we still have no quote for the installation, the flags are still in our yard, and we now have decided that the hassle with this company is just not worth it. Very unfortunate. This was a well run company in the past but at this point I would not recommend them.

Nobody to load mulch? What a joke

The place was absolutely beautiful and selection was wonderful but the checkout lady was EXTREMELY rude. My husband and I are both in customer service and go out of our way to be polite to everyone so there was no reason for it. Was there August 2nd between 2 and 3.

Pretty cute, unique apparel and locally made soaps, lotions and jewelry. Prices can be right depending. Though I do love what they sell, the customer service is poor. Ive never felt welcomed in or spoken with a single friendly person working there. Honestly makes me not want to go in there strictly based on that.

This is my first season with Green Oasis. We built a brand new house last summer and Green Oasis started our lawn last summer and they continue to take care of my lawn this summer. The lawn had come along very well so far. The applications have really made a difference and our new lawn and home look green and beautiful right now in year two of our new lawn. Both the customer service and professional lawn care staff have been super helpful with all of our questions on our new lawn. Started with Green Oasis the fall of 2015 and cannot believe the results. The grass is thicker and greener then ever. We had creeping charlie, dandelions, crabgrass and other assorted weeds in the lawn that have either been eradicated or minimized. The weather has been hot, humid and somewhat wet so the crabgrass is starting again but they come and take care of it. Very happy with the service and personal that comes and sprays. Excellent company.

We have used Green Oasis for many years for our sprinkler system and have always been happy with the service. This year we signed up for the mosquito control and are happy to say that we have very few if any mosquitoes in the yard. Makes being outside much more enjoyable!

We have used Green Oasis for 13 years, dating back to when they were Greens Keepers. Until the last few years, they were well run company. In the spring of 2017 during the start up for our irrigation system which services 4 homes. Green Oasis lost our pump.... which they had stored annually. We were told they only stored pumps for 3 customers, so it would not take long to find. Well....it took a couple weeks. When the pump was missing, we were told it was worth $500.00. When they finally found it, they said it was worth $1,500.00....hmmmm! It turns out they had given our pump to a builder who was constructing a new development.During the 2+ weeks the pump was missing, I spoke with the city of River Falls regarding the need for a pump. They thought there may be enough water pressure where we might get by without a pump. I called Green Oasis and they said they would do the plumbing without the pump at no charge. Turns out there was enough water pressure so we could eliminate the pump.Once the system was turned on, we discovered a pinched line caused by tree roots.. Considering where the line was, I asked Green Oasis to run a new line to avoid this issue in the future. They said they would work on it tomorrow. Unfortunately I could not be there to supervise the work...hint (it is in your best interest to be present for multiple reasons). All they did was repair the pinched line leaving us with the potential for the same issue to happen year after year.For the fall blowout last year, they improperly blew out out the system resulting in a crack ball valve. At first they denied they were at fault. Ha....a few phone calls later.... they sucked it up and decided to make the repairs at their cost. The same improper blowout happened about 5 years ago with the same denial of fault.After the repairs to the ball valve were made this year and the start up completed. I received an email from Green Oasis informing me that the start up & blowout policy had changed. We were now required to coordinate with the city of River Falls to turn the water on and install the meter(something Green Oasis has done for 10 plus years). The start up fee would also be increased by 20%Throughout the last year and a half there has been a serious communication issue with Green Oasis. Rarely were phone calls returned. On occasion, I would have to go there personally to speak to the so called manager..... who does not listen and loves to talk over you.The sign of a well run company is when problems arise, they jump out in front to resolve them. In our case they failed ....multiple times!!I wrote the owner of the company Wayne Bollinger a detailed letter regarding the disappointing experiences we had with the River Falls office. He did call me...with what I would say was a phony... insincere apology.Fortunately there are plenty of irrigation companies in the area providing professional service....in our opinion Green Oasis is not one of them.

I have used Green Oasis for my lawn care fertilization and weed control needs and have been nothing but impressed with the service. They stand behind their work and their customer service reps are top notch.

I dont know who was driving the little Green Oasis car on Hwy 53 on 3/1/2017 around 4:45, but KUDOS!!!! and WAY TO DRIVE!!!!I drive that road daily and usually its really frustrating with people distracted with other things than paying attention to their driving! It can be INCREDIBLY frustrating!!! But yesterday, following the Oasis car--- smooth sailing; was obviously paying attention, was courteous to other drivers and was focused on getting where he/she was going! WAHOO! Ill follow you anytime! Good job and thank you!!!!

Green Oasis has serviced our yard for the past several years and has helped take it from a weed infested yard with numerous bare spots into a lush green inviting yard we are proud of. With suggestions and good advice from their we now have a beautiful yard.

Finally, a place that listens to your ideas and helps you embellish your ideas into a space you can call your home. I have never been nothing but treated with respect. You get what you pay for as my grandma would always tell me. I love the boutique and flower shop and now is a place were I can get fresh oolong tea, Yummmm!

I dont have much experience in weed control and fertilizer, so after two treatments from Green Oasis my grass was growing and looking great! Also, the customer service is great as well!

Maybe tailgating people on the freeway isnt the best way to advertise your business... licences plate greens something. Couldnt make it out as the guy sped past me on the way from chippewa to EC after I moved over. Mind you he was doing over 80mph... breaking two laws. How about get up earlier so you can make it to work on time bud?

I called Green Oasis to take care of a weed problem in my yard, the customer service was excellent and their product really took care of the weeds. My lawn is the best it has looked and I am getting further applications of their product because of the results I have seen so far.

We have used Green Oasis for several years, both at our former residence in Cadott, and now here in Eau Claire. We have been very pleased with not only their quick and courteous service but also the results on our lawn.

I would highly recommend them for servicing your sprinkler system. I bought a house and Rob took the time to show me all the ins and outs of the system while he winterized it. He answered all my questions and was a joy to work with.

Would not recommend them to anyone since I had very poor service. I prepaid in the spring to have my lawn sprayed for insects. It took until August for them to come(and that was after talking to them several times) and all they did was sprinkle some granules on some of the ant hills. VERY DISAPPOINTING
