They have always provided good service, ranging from unscrewing software conflicts to replacing the motherboard in an old laptop.Most recently, Carlos helped me out with an artwork composition that was beyond my skills. I had originally called to ask who they knew who could help me out; he took on the task himself. Its good to know people!

Ive been with Todd and Carlos since the early days of their business. With the recent purchase of a desktop computer, Carlos went out of his way to get me up and running with the best possible customer service, never treating me like the computer dummy I am! I would highly recommendTC-Teks!

Took broken phone in, for them to recover thousands of photos from. They sent it out...the partner company who specializes in data recovery called me and said we can recover some of the data, however it will be 1200.dollars....but cannot seem to tell me what type data and what percentage I am guaranteed to get back. What a joke. Tcteks was great tho, but Not what Im hearing from the company they sent it out to

Went to have charging port replaced on iphone after trying to clean it myself multiple times with canned air. They had some special tool to clean it. Works like new. $0

Contacted the Apple certified place in Eau Claire to have the battery replaced on my IPhone 6s. They said at least two months and theyd call me when they could schedule it. 3+ months later and still no call. Went to Tc-Teks and it was done in an hour for $5.00 less than the Apple place would have been. Great job Teks!

TC-TEKS have been my go to guys, for computer problems since they opened in CF. I bought new & used from them & they are always more than willing to help. If I have had issues with a computer, they have always been very fast in fixing it so we are not without a computer for more than a day. They are very helpful and patient on the phone with issues too, as I am not very tech savvy. :)

Took my computer there because of a broken monitor and a power issue. We were clear we didnt want to fix one without a fix for the other. I also told them we replaced the power chord twice. They apprently determined that a thorough diagnostic was unnecessary and the power chord was the issue. After getting $250 for the fix the power still didnt work. Upon further diagnostics they discovered that I was right and it was the motherboard. Net result = Im out $250 to know exactly what I told them...what a waste.BTW, be careful - they pay their customers for positive reviews so be careful what you read in reviews on here.

FREE diagnosis is in fact a lie. It is ONLY free, IF you agree to have them repair the PC. If you decide NOT to fix it, suddenly it is NOT free any longer.False advertising in my opinion.A real business tells the truth up front, without playing with words to deceive you and get you in the door.Go elsewhere.

I have dealt with TC-TEKS for years. They provide great service and parts at a fair price. They have computer test equipment that has helped me help others with computer problems.

Very good business, I am not very computer savvy and always feel I am getting ripped off. I went to TCTeks and to have my hp laptop fixed and am very happy with the results they took the time to explain what the problem was and allowed me the option to fix rather than purchase a new one. They do NOT service the phones at the Chippewa Falls store. They send them to Eau Claire. They do not note that on the door that says they repair phones. Save the trip down town and just go to EC.

Yes i took my computer to get repaired at noon and by 3;00pm Carlos had results with an estimate and other options if i wasnt happy with the repair estimate great job.
