I needed to be done quickly for another commitment and the staff was very accommodating to get my exam complete in a timely manner. The doctor was thorough and very helpful.

Great experience. The in-house doctor had a cancelation and I got in right away. The doctor was familiar with my case and explained everything very well.

When I arrived they were very busy and short handed. The lady made a point to greet me and check me in for my appointment. The eye doctor was very friendly and professional. After exam I was helped in finding new glasses and get my new subscription filled. Would recommend this location to anyone who asks.

Shopko optical has always been very good courteous and knowledgeable about eyesight and the type of glasses a person wants and I just wish the whole Shopko stores to go along with Shopko optical were all still open

I had an initial appointment and was impressed with the care and handling of both the staff and Optometrist. While there, the showroom was quite busy and the staff meticulously cared for, and greeted each customer professionally and nicely. All in all, a great experience!

Helpful, courteous. The only thing I dislike is this location got a new manager and they wouldn’t allow me to put a deposit and I had to pay for eyeglasses, exam and sunglasses all at once.

Managed to sneak in a next-day appointment through their scheduling system online when everyone else in the city was booking out almost two months in advance, so that predisposed me towards a good impression. Arrival on location only reinforced that perception. Extremely friendly and personable opticians on staff took my temperature on entrance and asked me some screening questions for COVID, doctor was efficient and quick in the exam room, and he managed to finally get my contacts prescription sorted out - something eye doctors havent quite been able to manage for basically all my adult life. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

Very insulting. Wouldnt let me try on any pairs of glasses. Ordered the wrong pair.. Theyre very panicked in there causing peoples blood pressure to rise. Enough is enough I know what covid is.its against my rights and I will not give my money to a store that does that to people....Im thinking about filing a lawsuit against them for stopping me from being able to get a pair of glasses... And insulting my intelligence.... I run a business and I need my glasses to make money to live...

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The Dr. was kind and friendly and very knowledgeable. I recommend this center to anyone looking to have their eyes tested. There was a very long wait time for an appointment, almost 2 months but I understand how things are at this time.

I have been receiving routine eye care at Shopko Optical Hallie Center for many years (exams, eyeglasses and contact lens). Dr Melberg and the rest of the staff are friendly and very professional. When Shopko closed, I was so happy that the Optical Center remained open and moved into their new, convenient location nearby. They have a large selection of eyeglass frames to choose from, competitive pricing and the same great customer service. Their website is very user-friendly. I love the convenience of being able to schedule an appointment online!
