Had a question and the girl said she would fine the answer for me... still waiting.... 6 weeks :(

We called to fill our propane tank at our new house. They had someone out to our house right away to check the gas lines. Then they filled the tank the next day. We got a discount because we paid right away. The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend. We will be a customer for life.

I have been a customer for more than 6 years. I have a 500 gallon tank which Quality Propane requires a minimum of 250 gallons for delivery. My neighbor has a 250 gallon tank that does not require a minimum for a fill and his tank is 3-4 feet away from my tank. I am moving and wanted to get 150 gallons so the future residents would not move in to an empty tank. I called and explained the situation and even suggested they not make a special delivery for me out but just provide a partial fill next time they come out and fill my neighbors tank. They refused. Luckily, Northwoods Propane was able to accommodate my request and provided friendly and excellent service.

Great customer service. If a problem ever arises, they will do there best to get it resolved as fast as possible. I highly recommend.

I prepay for my LP and feel that I get a good deal. I never have to call, it just gets refilled automatically. I have been a customer almost since the business started and have no complaints.

I have been a customer of Quality Propane for over 6 years now. They are always able to answer my questions and are very helpful. I have had many encounters with customer service and they have all been positive. I do shop around and their prices are competitive and have found that their delivery system and pre-buy program have left me worry free about my heating needs.

Today was the second time I have been hung up on. Horrible customer service. I mean Horrible. Obviously the owner doesnt give a hoot because his receptionist still works there. Very rude. I told them to come and get their propane tank. I have never had a problem with the​ drivers. Hopefully this makes someone think about who they are rude to. Looking forward to dealing with Thaler.

Never open on time, 3 out 3 times I’ve had to wait over 30min past their open time for someone to show up.Taking business elsewhere, don’t recommend

Beware of those low quoted prices! The catch is the horrific customer care. A Quality Propane employee was quick to quote me a price per gallon and talk me down from a larger tank based on my usage. I specified that I needed a Monday delivery. I was told that someone would call me back after the weekend to confirm the earliest Monday they could deliver. When I was not contacted, I called to confirm. A very rude woman took the call, repeatedly interrupted and talked over me, and then went on to tell me that it was not their procedure to call back to confirm. Strike one. Today I was called and notified that based on my usage, they did not want to place the size tank that I wanted, even though their rep steered me towards this size tank. Even after I explained that our usage would likely increase in the future with the addition of a propane boiler, it became like dealing with a spoiled child digging in their heels. Strike two. The final straw... I asked that the manager call me back and I was told that they couldnt promise a call back. When I received no call back within the hour I called and asked to speak to the manager. He was conveniently out of the office. Strangest business model Ive ever run into. Quality propane perhaps. Quality service? Out of the question!

Never have to worry about running out of LP and when I call them with questions, they are always happy to answer. Have been a customer for five years.

Quality propane drivers are tarable!! There was a driver of theirs in the left lane on the 53 bypass going 50 mph, he was doing so in morning rush hour, blocking traffic from the north crossing to hwy 93, at that point he cut off two lanes of traffic to exit right, at which point he gives me the finger for having my brights on.I will never again fill my propane at this dealer, use Thaler, the Co-op, or even the Blue Rino before using this company.

Don’t recommend! Waited for them to open on Saturday morning until 9:15, had 7 LP tanks to fill, they never opened up, we left! Taking my business elsewhere.

Now there Thompson gas they are not open on Saturday?!??!?!
