Everyone was friendly. Made you feel at ease. I learned a lot about hearing loss, and hearing aids. Very informative. but not pushy!!!

Been dealing with the people at Chippewa Falls for over a year now. The staff is great and really does take an interest in helping us understand hearing loss and working on a year long basis to make sure we are being taken care of. Not used to this type of service in our present world. Thanks, for all your help. Dick
