I received the grinder with no instructions whatsoever. I called. David and he said they are trying to get them from the manufacturer.And regards to a warranty, good luck. They place the blame on you. I’l just say …Chinese junk!Ran the grinder for about 45 min and a bolt came loose and jammed the machine breaking the internal parts. I’m lucky the machine didn’t totally come apart.They did send me replacement parts but I told them that the motor sounded strange. They said that the manufacturer in China wouldn’t replace the motor.Ran it for another 8 hours and the motor burnt out.Cheap Chinese junk.No safety interlocks on it at all.It would never pass osha Regs.I could go on and on.Now I’m stuck with a piece of garbage.Oh a heads up, a direct replacement motor was found on the internet for $12.00 2HP, I can’t imagine the quality.

I called Pellet Masters seeking a hammer mill for my food production application. I spoke directly with the owner, David Slowinski, and described my application and told him what I needed. When I received my hammer mill, I could tell instantly that it should not be used for anything that would ever come in contact with human or animal food products. I called David, and he told me it was no problem, he was about to get a new stainless model that would meet my needs, and that he would give me a refund for the full amount, including to and return shipping. After several months, I finally got a check in the mail, only to find out that they did not reimburse me for either shipments, $480 total. I immediately called David and he claimed that he never told me he would pay for the shipping. I was astonished, as I was only interested in purchasing a second grinder because David specifically told me that he would pay for shipping on the first one. Im under the impression that he lied to me in order to try to sell another grinder. Overall Im very displeased with their products and their customer service.

Bought their 14 inch pto mill does a great job and their always their to answer the phones and answer questions?
