Rode my cycle here for the first time just to check it out, and was thoroughly impressed! I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I went by some of the discount clothing racks and within a couple minutes Kendra came over and asked if I needed help with anything and also asked if I would like a bottle of water. What an awesome offer that was. Its not just a bottle of water, its an offer that made me feel welcome. I had no intention of test driving anything, but after talking to Kendra I did take one for a spin. I was treated like a friend, not just a customer, by each person I talked to. Probably will be my go to shop from now on, but is worth a stop even if your just passing through.

The entire staff is friendly! Jodi has been wonderful to my wife and I. If there is something that is out of stock or hard to find, Jodi WILL find it for you.The sales staff is exceptional. Extremely fair and they know what they are talking about. I have worked with Luke on my last 2 bike purchases and he has yet to let me down.I usually try and work on my bike myself, but there have been a few times that I needed the service department. They recently did my 20k mile checkup. I couldn’t be happier with the way I was treated. Not to mention my bike was spotless after getting it back!Two thumbs up all the way around. You can bet your HOG patch that I will buy my next bike here, and continue to support this business!!!

Chippewa Falls HD was truly amazing to work with on purchasing a new cycle. All of the staff members were friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a motorcycle. This was my first visit to Chippewa Falls Harley. The saleslady was responsive to email and phone communication. She was knowledgeable and helpful. Every employee that I had contact with was courteous, professional, and helpful. From motorcycles to merchandise and accessories they offer a lot choices. The place is clean and organized. We went here to look at a bike we seen on there site. Not sure if we were going to purchase it. We looked around it was a bigger store then I thought. Lots of bikes to look at. We were greeted by friendly staff. She explained the bike to us and showed us the extra features it had. Compared it to other bikes and decided she was the one. Everyone we meet that day were super friendly and helpful. Wish my co-workers were the same... We couldnt take it for a ride due to the season but they started it up. They did help us purchase a different seat and put it on the bike for us to try out and see it on there and took it off and then back on again so patient with us. They never pushed you into anything you didnt want.Thank you for helping us purchase our new bike !!

The folks at CFHD really know their stuff. They also lend their knowledge to help you make the best choice for you.. good fit, the right amount of power for your needs, etc. I LOVE going there. I purchased my bike at the end of the riding season and theyre storing it for the winter for free. I can even go in and visit whenever I like. Best place ever!

Im a out of state buyer and drove 100 miles to book a breakout. This place is the BEST dealership I have ever seen! The staffs are awesome and very professional. They value your time and ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Needless to say, the delivery was on time without the need for any follow up. I did notice there is a wide collection in stock well. I do recommend this place if you are in the neighboring states.

A smaller dealership with very knowledgeable salespeople who didnt have time for me. I wanted to test drive a bike but I was asked if Im purchasing today. When I stated I dont know I was blown off.Seriously, how can or why would anyone commit to buying a $24,000 motorcycle without riding it, learning about it, negotiating the best price for it or shopping around for a better bargain????I had CASH on me that Ill be taking elsewhere

Have always treated me right. Ive gone in for a lot of little parts and they usually have what I need. Also had helped me diagnose a problem and got me in quick last year when I got a little over my head on. A fork seal and spring replacement.

Good customer service, but very small selection. They have more bikes in the back garage than they do up front on display. No tins, just mainly bikes and clothes. Would definitely chose to go to a different Harley Davidson before this one.

Helpful staff. Nice selection of merchandise. However, they were getting ready for a new shipment of mens shirts so that selection was limited.

Formerly Sport motors,it has the same employees,so not much has changed other than the name. Staff is super friendly,and are always willing to answer questions. They also sell off road toys as well. Unfortunately,they normally dont have a lot of used bikes(If that changes under the new ownership, ill delete this portion of my review).

The most helpful and honest dealership Ive ever been to, motorcycle or automotive. I bought my 09 XL1200N (first Harley) from a private party that was near the dealership and Jane there helped with the sellers assist program at absolutely no charge!! It was so complicated because the seller had a loan through Harley... she did the legwork to find out how to transfer it and did all the paperwork for us. A sales guy came over and asked me if I would be interested in looking at some used bikes they had on the showroom, but he was very polite when I said it was already a done deal. When we finished the paperwork I had my bike serviced there and the service department was equally as honest and very friendly.. made me feel welcome and like I wanted to come back!Whats even more astounding is now that I have my bike I called to order some parts, expecting to pay list price or just over what Harley lists on their website for MSRP, but I didnt care because they helped me before I was willing to pay extra to go through them. Bob in the parts department not only gave me the parts at 10% under MSRP, but also didnt charge shipping to get them there. I called other dealerships and all I could find is list price + shipping.Overall I havent had an experience with them yet that was worth anything less than 5 out of 5 stars... I highly recommend checking them out if youre in the area.

Everyone is great except the service department. Very poor at diagnosing issues and listening to the customers request. Went in with simple requests to perform via the BUDS system check timing, check oil pump setting, put in break-in mode, and reset TPS. After trying to explain to Al what I wanted done he simply did not want to listen to my requests. Said there is hours of work to complete the requests. I had the instructions listed in the ski-doo service manual printed off and ready to go. Taking my business else where and I suggest you do the same. Its a shame, I enjoyed working with the parts guys.
