Very low quality staff not willing to fix there mess up. Do not recommend coming here.

This place is great its huge tons of space very accessible garage doors and key entry security, bathrooms, great location affordable prices I would recommend everybody if youre going to get a U-Haul storage unit make sure its this one lake Haily

This uhaul has the sweetest kindest staff! Patients with questions and assisting customers. And I have to say its the cleanest uhaul I have ever encountered and it smells inviting.

Amazing amount of options for moving help. You literally couldnt ask for more options. Although the services, options, and staff were excellent - we had to sit on the curb while getting a hitch installed. With a facility this large, is it too much to ask for a couple chairs for a waiting area?

I needed to return boxes that I purchased on the U-haul web-site.I was greeted quickly then Justin processed my refund. I was able to return the unopened packing supplies as well.Justin knows his job and serving his customer. Thanks for a hassle free experience during a stress filled long distance move.

Poor service, took my deposit and wrote it in the computer incorrectly. How many times when someone says you owe them 63.20 do you give them 200.00. This is bs, watch your money.... there is incompetence, or the intentional theft... not sure which one it is, but surely one of them.. Not withstanding the 1.5 hour time it took to drop off a trailer. Beware, all Im saying, they did not give me back 136 and change, I know for sure.

All ways clean and the people are nice and friendly to help me out! If you need all sizes of boxes, please let me know. Im moving soon and will not be able to take everything. Contact me on Facebook.

They matched a competitors price for us which saved us additional miles/driving...super friendly service and they did a thorough job explaining everything to us before we reserved our truck. Plus we get a free month of storage if we want it? Awesome!! Highly recommend this location- support local businesses!

Staff was great and very organized. I just used them for the third time with a U-Box and the U-Box delivery person (Abby, I think) was phenomenal! She communicated with me numerous time until she was sure she dropped the U-Box in the right place, sent pictures of it, then even offered to come back and move if needed. She went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied! Thanks!

This location is TOP notch, your employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. I was concerned after reading reviews on other locations I was coming across the state to pick up my college sons car with a transmission problem.Everything went smooth and I would definitely recommend this location. Drove my truck in for a trailer wiring harness. Stores general manager did the work. Cut my fuel pump wire cut off my back up camera called me for advice ask him if he wanted me to call different technician he said he’d figure it out at 7pm called again to see if there was a trick to starting my truck. Has me come to store at 7:30 and nothing worked he says he thinks we should have it towed to the store mechanic I agreed the next day around noon I get a call from the mechanic and he tells me he is there to pick up my truck and that stores staff is currently trying to push start my f-450 dump truck in parking lot. I arrived at mechanics location to find a bill just shy of $1,000.00 that I had to pay to get my truck back. The mechanic encouraged me to file a claim with uhauls insurance company I thought before I would call stores general manager Paul and see if he would stand behind his work and he told me to file claim and hung up on me so I called his boss who assured me this would be resolved spoke with insurance company Tuesday 2:30 pm on Thursday at 2:00 pm my claim was denied because uhauls management denied working on my truck even though Paul the general manager called the tow company and ask the mechanic if he could just clean this up for him very professional.

Owner is very arrogant and rude. Uhaul is great... just not this location.

This is not the fault of the employees but it is of the GM or manager. They are VERY understaffed, two guys running around trying to take care of everyone. Not really fair to the employees. Once it was finally my turn the customer service was great, easy and painless. Also get your employees some AC in that building! Poor agent that helped me looked like a mink who just crawled out of a wool sock in July.

After the truck was dropped off at midnight I was then formed three days later when I got my computer up and running that I was being charged for after-hours drop-off when Im never informed and I was asked if there was anything I needed to do at the time of drop off and was to told no.This is the 2nd time that I was being charged for the things never informed about.

This location shipped my items too early and caused a nearly two month premature charge of $4,000 to my account. I was told that I would be issued a refund for the error (since the contract clearly said that items should be delivered in August) and no such refund was issued. To add insult to injury, every person I spoke with, including Paul, acted as though they could not care less and, of course not! It’s not their money or livelihood that has been thrown out of whack because of a $4,000 charge! This was a really unpleasant experience and I will never use this service again.

Im sitting at the Chippewa Falls Uhaul and there is no one at the front desk. There are 5 people waiting for service.
