Every time I come to this store, every worker I have came into contact with has been super nice to me. The employees really know what they’re talking about and have always answered any questions I’ve had, whether it’s about a device, a juice flavor profile, or coils. I no longer go to Valley Vapes as they only ever offer 2% off of their products and hardly have what I need anymore, unfortunately. I now shop at W.C! They have excellent deals on juices. I could be wrong but I’m fairly certain that anytime you buy one juice at full price you get the second one half off. I’m now a regular customer and enjoy shopping there.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Nice clean shop. Beware theres another vape shop close by and that one is nasty. If you went to the one next to Food Lion thats the wrong one. WC Vapors is the best Ive found in Christiansburg and prices are reasonable.

Sold me a bad coil, went in and explained what was going on with coil only to be told theres nothing wrong with it. Proceed to tell me it was the juice. Bought more juice only to have the same issue. Turned around and bought a new coil and issue was resolved. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. if you like limited options and staffing that knows it all, this should be your next stop.

Good prices, but they usually only have one staff member when I go, so I cant tell if hes trying to rush me or if he has a hard time juggling customers.

Extremely high prices and I went to buy some coils the guy working said it was the right kind. I didnt know it wasnt the right kind until I got home and opened one, so I had to pay 5$ for a coil that I never used!Im all for supporting your local business until the local business is ripping me out of a lot of money!!! I can get the exact same juice online for less than half of what I pay at this store

The staff is friendly but this location regularly has issues restocking some popular products such as pods for the Caliburn. They are often sold out of the pods for weeks at a time and are never able to tell me when the next shipment is coming in.

Amazing customer service answered every question I had. Great attitude not rude, great prices. Will be going back to this shop. Thanks guys

UPDATE: Owner Matt contacted me immediately. Professionally, he handled my issue and resolved it quickly. Mistakes happen, but how it gets handled is what shows me that WC Vapor does take care of its customers! Thanks to all and I will be back!I have been a customer of WC Vapor for roughly 2 years. At first I bought 2 or 3 vape machines plus juice and then later I switched to Juno and the pods. I bought 3 Junos prior plus countless pods over the last year. This past Friday, I bought another Juno and 8 more pods. When I used the new Juno it wouldnt hit until after 2-3 tries. Consistently. I took it back and explained the issue and asked if we could swap it out. I was told it was not their policy so I asked the guy so youre telling me I am screwed? He said basically, yes! Wow! So their policy is to not back up their product that they sell? Unbelievable!! None the less, I will be looking for a new Vape shop in the Christiansburg are .

We got the best sevice at this shop! We live out of town but will definitely stop by there again! Love every item we bought due to their suggestions! We will be back!

This place is fairly pricey but the guys are knowledgeable and friendly. Especially since we dont have any other place in Christiansburg for getting Vape supplies its a pretty good option. The store is very clean and upscale feeling inside. Spent almost twice as much as I would have going to the Tobacco Hut in Radford but again locally its the best we have.
