This is one of the local UPS shipping locations. I appreciated the level of help given by the proprietor; even though the address I was shipping to was a PO box, to which UPS doesnt deliver (I didnt know), after informing me off this policy, he attempted to enter the address, and the UPS system accepted it.Of course, when the package arrived at its PO box destination, there was a small delay (less than 1 day) as UPS found an alternate address then rerouted and delivered the package. The package was received before the deadline I was trying to meet.Im submitting this review with this level of detail to state that, consistently, even when theres an unexpected error, UPS has come through for me. I cannot say the same FedEx or the USPS.

I have used this company many times for a variety of video/tv/satellite installations and repairs. Mr. Lively has always done a great job for me. He has also saved me $$ on equipment I have purchased thru them. He has always stood behind his work for me. Their new showroom in Christiansburg is a good place to go see for yourself what they can do.

As the owner, Im adding this 5 star to offset the undeserved 1 star. I apologize on behalf of Google who can not remove us from a UPS drop off search due to there algorithm nonsense. If I seemed rude it may be because you were the 5th phone call of the day who failed to click the name of the business or the website. Either would have verified we are an A/V dealer and not a shipping service. To the poor lady who walked with her arms full of packages...the apologies are double.I wonder how much UPS pays to be such a site??? Hmmmm???
