Ive dealt with contractors who leave out details and then spring the extra costs on you in the end. Rick takes time putting together quotes so that youre aware of everything involved and can evaluate the best option(s). Second, Rick is meticulous about his work. Im sure this company does great work, but dont bother requesting a quote unless you plan to work with them. They offer free quotes but then get upset when you dont use them. The specifically owner told me to work with another company after I asked for a price range to know whether its worth meeting with him or not. He refused to give me a price range without a meeting. Told me I wasted my time when he actually took 3 weeks to get a quote to me. I had email after 2 weeks to ask why it was taking so long in order for him to communicate. Im glad I learned the owners true, impatient colors before hiring. Id guess hed be a nightmare to work with. Look elsewhere unless youre willing to deal with drama.
