Excellent service. Easy swap when I wasnt happy with our first choice. Delivery guys Josh P. /Joe were very professional and friendly. Josh even provided a helpful hint to get the fitted sheet on easier as the mattress is very heavy. His hint proved to be very helpful!

Very helpful sales people at this location. And the deals are pretty good. My wife and I got a free adjustable base for our bed just for buying a king size which we were gonna do anyway. Our sales person was Jason and she was very good to us.

I was skeptical about buying a mattress and the high pressure sales, but everyone was super friendly here helped my husband and I find a bed that met our needs within budget. We had two people help us the first one was Chris he was friendly enough but seemed new, the second one we had was Jason they helped us so much find the best deals we were about to give up but they helped us weight out all of our options and they had a deal we’re you get a free adjustable base with mattress honestly I love it. If you are unsure about what you may want they are full of knowledge and willing to help they don’t try and pressure you into buying something more costly or something you don’t need. Delivery people were also super nice and helpful I do wish I got the white glove delivery service we live in a loft and the adjustable base is super heavy and hard to hold and the Mattress was just a difficult but we got it ! First night sleep was great no aches or pains like with our purple mattress.

My husband and I were able to look around at the beds in the store with absolutely no pressure from sales people. Even when I had called ahead to see if they sold some particular beds, the person on the phone patiently checked on availability of each one. This is RARE today! I was able to purchase the bed we picked online after hours via a link the salesperson sent me. Very convenient.

Looked around at other mattress and furniture stores and found the prices outrageous. Was about to give up and go to Big Lots (heaven forbid) when we saw Mattress Firm. Stopped in thinking it would be the same as other stores. Boy were we surprised. First thing we noticed was the difference in the atmosphere. All other stores seemed like a used car lot. They wanted to keep you occupied for as long as they can because they know you have a limited amount of time to shop. Johnathan French was the best part of the experience. The perfect combination of product knowledge, personal space and helpfulness. Mr. French was quick to accommodate our needs and questions but somehow absent when we needed privacy to make our own decisions. Then the prices! Half that of the other high pressure stores. Looking forward to our new bed!

Absolutely stellar service. We were looking for a new bed and Jonathan was by far the most helpful in any of the three different mattress stores we checked out. At one point it looked like we couldn’t get delivery of the bed we wanted on the day we wanted it- Jonathan did some research, upgraded us for no extra money, and made it happen. He’s knowledgeable and friendly with absolutely no hard-sell pitches. We told him we’d come back in March when we need mattresses and box springs for the guest bedroom and we know we won’t have to shop around at all.

I was absolutely so pleased when we went in and got the best service ever! For the life of me I cannot remember the gentleman’s name that helped us and I feel horrible, but I do know he was a manger and he was so kind and very knowledgeable about what he was selling.It took us a total of probably fifteen mins to figure out which bed we wanted, if that because my daughter had previously bought one and we fell in love with hers!We bought a King size and it is so nice when you lay on it! I cannot wait until Friday when it arrives!I thought it would take awhile to receive the Matress, but it is coming this Friday!! Same week we ordered it! I can’t thank this Manager anymore for all he has done for us and I do plan to update this with his name as soon as I get it. I feel terrible that I have forgotten it, but so far today I am having a brain block 😂.I highly suggest going here and checking them out!! It was the best priced place we have went to! Definitely go to Christiansburg instead of another one! They are much nicer and pay attention to your needs!

Excellent service. I needed a new bed frame, and found brand-new one here for only $10 more than at a local thrift store. Given the service (they loaded it into my car for me, even though I told them it wasnt necessary). They were easy to deal with, enthusiastic, fun, and provided outstanding value. The customer service here is amazing!! We came 15 minutes before closing on October 6 and the man working was so helpful and nice (I wish I could remember his name!). He told us all about the mattresses on sale and the Purple mattress thats coming soon. He gave us a great deal on a mattress cover, and was really patient in explaining everything about the different beds. He even insisted on bringing it out to the car for us after we bought it! We came here after going to the Mattress Warehouse, and the customer service here is a lot better. They even have a lego table kids can play with while you look! Well definitely be back!

We had a great experience at Mattress Firm during their Memorial Day sale. D’Vante and Angela (DM) were super helpful and seemed really invested in getting us in our most comfortable bed for the best price, without pressuring us to buy. We got a bundle deal that included bamboo sheets and black ice pillows and both are so luxurious and comfortable. We are very happy with our purchase.

Never have I encountered a better mattress salesman than at this store. My wife and I recently bought our first mattress, and after having a less than ideal experience at another mattress store, we were a bit apprehensive when we came here. We were greeted cheerfully and helped tremendously by the salesman, and we were surprised how smoothly the process went. Very impressed by the store itself.We did have a small issue during delivery, which caused our mattress to be delayed a few days, but upon contacting customer service, they were more than happy to refund the delivery charge, which was extremely nice.When the mattress did get delivered, the guys that brought it in were very quick and friendly.Overall a great experience. 5 stars for the sales experience, 4 for the delivery just because it was delayed, but 5 stars for customer service for making amends. When Im in the market for another mattress, Ill definitely start at MattressFirm.

Before purchase - CJs very knowledgeable and been very patience in helping me to get a mattress that is right for me.After purchase - On Monday (11/6), I went to Mattress Firm store to order a mattress. Since the store did not have the ready stock for the mattress that I was interested, the store manager had his words of rushing the order before the delivery order close for the day so that I could get my mattress delivered to the store from other stores on Tuesday. We rushed for the order, but even after I confirmed a mattress, the store manager would still not place the order until I agree to purchase the mattress protector. On Tuesday morning, I was informed by email that the mattress would not be ready for pick up on Tuesday and so they offer free home delivery for me on Thursday - Im not sure if the delay in placing an order for me caused this.On Wednesday evening, I received an email from mattress firm stating that they scheduled my delivery on Thursday in the 10am-12pm window without having anyone inform me before scheduling the delivery. I know I will not be available during that window so I called in the unfriendly Mattress Firm customer service hoping they could help to reschedule the delivery. But I was told that they couldnt do anything about it, and I had to call the store about it the next morning.I called the store at 10am, and no one answers the phone call. I went to the store in person and told them about the issue and they couldnt reach the delivery person by phone. When I left Mattress Firm store to run errands, the store called me and told me that the delivery stopped by my apartment when I was away and they left because no one is at home. The store offered me a redelivery on Saturday and a free pillow and free mattress protector.The store got my number wrong so they couldnt reach out to me at first but they got my email right and no one bothers to email me to ask for my availability. Ive never been such upset with purchase. Ive been sleeping on the floor for days and have been waiting for my mattress for days... And mattress firm was repeatedly breaking its promises while showing no intention of correct the order with poor customer service and failure to contact customer despite the fact that they have the right email.Frankly speaking, even if Mattress Firm offering me the mattress, mattress protector, pillow, and delivery for free, I would still have to think twice about it due to extreme disappointment experience I got with Mattress Firm.

Will and Brian were great to work with. Having been disappointed with Grand Furnitures cheap attitude (they wouldnt come down $78 on their price, and the $600 savings was a scam as a the sales person asked me to notice the tiny up to writing on their ad -_- ) I was quite frustrated, given it was 6:30p on Sunday I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Mattress Firm was open and the 2 associates Brian and Will were eager to work with me. I liked their color-coding selection tool, and Brian was able to provide me with a generous price that fit my budget. Although there was a little hiccup with the delivery (their warehouse delivery staff was less than professional in some regards, but Will managed to fix things) I am now sleeping in a heavenly bed at a price I could afford! Thanks guys! :)

After many searches online and never really feeling comfortable purchasing a mattress without trying it first, we picked out one we feel comfortable with! I was told that I could switch out my box springs or replace it for a low profile box springs for free since I have a plat form bed.They are completely unwilling to work with me and told me to sell my box springs on ebay!
