I always love going in here the staff is very friendly and helpful the store is always clean the bathrooms are always clean they are always stocked on what I need or want and always offer to order anything that they don’t have that I want. The prices are high but that’s no fault of anybody there. I love this bookstore

Great place to wander around while the wife and daughter shop for clothes, and they have books too. Theres also a coffee shop inside that makes better coffee than the hotel. Ill be back when the daughter and wife are looking for shoes or shirts.

Its been so long since Ive been in one of these! I wish we had one local, but Im glad I stopped by here. The selection is wonderful and employees awesome to talk to. (I especially connected with the lady who checked me out over Studio Ghibli.)

For the most part a well laid out store with very helpful and friendly staff. My only issue was that since my last visit they rearranged the store some which caused me to take a little bit more time to find what I was looking for. Of course I could have asked for helps but it wasnt really needed.

Stopped in for a few birthday gifts. They had a great selection of books and gifts, many on sale. You do need to wear a mask to shop.

Ive been coming to this specific Barnes & Noble for years. Lived in the area since I was three, and I love this store. Its nothing insanely amazing or different as far as this chain goes, but this one in particular just feels like home. The atmosphere is great, and the scent of books and coffee just makes it better. Great selection, great staff. I know this place like the back of my hand at this point! Id love to work here some day tbh.

So, typical for B&N, the selection is great for new releases. This particular B&N had a very small sci-fi selection and YA was okay, but pretty small also. The kids section was great, and had lots of variety. The toys and collectibles are also pretty wide in variety, and staff was around if needed. All in all ok, but they seem to vary depending on the area, so id check around to other B&N if you dont like the selection.

Little boy that was working had rushed me out the store. Yes was closing but had 30 minutes before closing. Didnt have a good experience.

I shop BN online, but I LOVE in store more. BN Christiansburg, VA (2067) is a very pleasant environment with a deep reading selection. The BN store team is very warm (always greet customers as friends) and know their products. The Cafe is awesome, as always - clean and welcoming. Happy that BN is part of the community! Smiles!!

The internal temperature of this location is optimal for my physical vessel. Unlike SOME reviewers, they dont understand...maybe if you were a lizard Man such as myself, then youd understand. Great books here too.

Nice quiet place to shop and escape the insanity. Cashier was very helpful and pleasant.

As expected, the prices are a bit high, but its one of my go tos for some peace amidst the storm of stress and anxiety.

Nice store but I wasnt a big fan of how the manager was more interested in talking to an employee she was training than checking me out in a timely manner. She stood there explaining the computer system for around 5 minutes before ringing me up, then when she did she used my purchase as a teaching opportunity for offering their rewards program (which she seemed a bit hawkish about trying to get me to enroll in). I understand new employees must be trained, but you also need to respect your customers time.

So glad to have a book store to go to!!! Always one of my favorite places. Friendly staff and atmosphere.

The last dying bastion of physical media sales.This is actually a nice store. Pretty big and they seem to have a good selection. But beware of their return policy on vinyl! If its a bad pressing, their return process literally cries out to you Buy from Amazon - its easier and cheaper anyway.And on a corporate level, they have different prices online than in the store, and they wont match it. Get it together B&N! Bricks and Mortar retail is struggling and its nonsense like this is why they struggle with foot traffic.But it does smell great in there, so that is a plus.

Still not into the E-Book thing. I still like a real book that I can hold and turn the pages. This store has a great selection of books in all types of subjects. Employees are helpful and very Friendly. Really enjoy my weekly visits.

This place is a home away from home on many days for me. I use the cafe as an extended office for preparation for sermons, for writing and other admin work. The store is always clean, prepared and inviting. The staff are fantastic. They enhance the overall experience here. Best Barnes & Noble ever.

I love coming here to browse the huge selection of books, and I also enjoy music, and they have a (somewhat limited) Selection of CDs to choose from. Honestly, if the CD section were more fleshed out with more selection, I would have had no problem at all giving a 5 star review, but this was an issue for me on my most recent visit, so 4 stars.

Pretty good selection. We do like coming here on Saturdays for the story time they have for kids. I believe they have it at 11am. I wish they had a larger board game and graphic novel selection but what are ya gonna do. Those arent the most popular of their products so I cant blame them. The clearance table has good deals so make sure you stop by there every trip!

I love this store. they have really great prices on my personal choice of books, journals, photo albums, etc. i love their planners so much & yesterday i got a Kate Spade organized 2018-2019 planner, for $2 !!! CANT beat that. and the staff is super helpful and polite.other books i like are mostly biographys, or based on the true story kind of books. like the one i posted a photo of. so interesting 🤗

Never have been much of a reader and always gave my sister a hard time about going in here but I needed a book and they had it. Found other things as well. Very nice clean store.

A GREAT place to sit have a dessert and chat with my BEST FRIEND.

Nothing beats walking around in a book store. The one star knocked off because they have taken out the comfy chairs. I like to get books, relax and browse through them. The only chairs are the ones in the little cafe. They arent that comfy and sometimes no chairs are available. Nice selection of books, gifts, and Childrens section.

Dont like the prices but love how they had a baby memory book when no one else seemed to in town.

Its like every other Barnes and Nobel location. If you are looking for books and some collectibles its worth a shot

Great customer care and found what I needed!

This is the first dirty Barnes and Noble Ive ever been in. I reported the bathroom to the staff and they acted like it was an imposition to them.

Good music section and great kids section

I was really impressed by the helpfulness of the sales associate. It took nearly 10 minutes to find the book we were looking for because it had been misplaced. The sales associate didnt give up, but persistently kept looking until the book was found. Thank you for your help. Customer service such as this is rare.

Clean, calm, fun, and kid-friendly environment. Love the kids section tremendously. Helpful staff. Public restrooms at the back right of the store close to the kids section. My kids loved playing with the Thomas Train table.

The staff was good but the book selection was limited

Needed help finding a book, it was a Friday and only had 1 girl at the register. She couldnt leave her post to help me, she did what she could.I felt sorry for her. It was clean and accessible. I ended up ordering online.

You cant go wrong with Barnes & Noble. This location is well kept, tidy, and easy to navigate. Good selection of books and an extremely cute childrens area.

Only visited kids section, highly impressed with what they had on the shelves, and they had a little play place on one end of the kids section, a nice little table of Thomas the tank engine toys for kids to play while, also the staff was very welcoming with smiles.

We always visit when we come to Christiansburg/Blacksburg. The staff are friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked and clean. We love to search for our next favourite book and add to our TBR piles. Such a treat every time!!

We were greeted at the door, the Starbucks clerk knew what I wanted just by the flavors I gave. Our two your old enjoyed the child time reading area.

Love the house town feeling

Theyve dealt with me loitering studying for many state board tests great place to go to avoid the kids for but and study. I do sometimes actually purchase something which theyve never said anything about either way. Staff is more than helpful and willing to special order anything.

My wife claims that this Barnes & Noble has the nicest public bathrooms, I must agree. They also have a lot of great books...
