Not the only time I have had a problem with management and how they run time management. Came in day before to set up and look at tires great time talking to Justin and was a lot of help in what I needed. Next morning went in to get new tires said it would be a two hour wait unless I made a appointment so made one for later in the afternoon. I understand when it gets busy and your trying to push things through. When you talk to a person and try to work things out for a couple days you would think you would be priority when you showed up ten minutes early for your scheduled time. Only had four bays open other two filled with tires. While waiting one bay was open for twenty minutes while waiting. Couple people came in for small repairs still another bay opened for ten more minutes. Low and behold my truck still never moved. Went up to Justin after 40 min of waiting and told him thanks for the business but I’m leaving and all he said was sorry. Went down the road with bargain tire got the same tires in and out 45 minutes with no schedule.

I was so impressed!! In the past I have gone for tires at a particular place because I was able to get the tires cheaper, however it seemed to take 1-2 hours just to get it done.So I called around to places to see how much a set of 4 tires would be. When I called Discount Tire they were able to tell me if they had the tires and set up an appointment for me to come. When I came they said it would be done in 30-45 minutes. They had all 4 tires on my car in about 20 minutes!! I was so impressed by their service and how speedy they were.

Max and the crew at Discount Tire in Chubbock, ID took great care of us this morning. They replaced a tire on our RV and rotated the tires on the truck while they were at it! I was a little skeptical having never bought anything from discount tire before and always used les schwab. The experience was awesome with the manager walking out to my vehicle and inspecting it to better understand what I was talking about with the upgrades I had put on my truck and needing wheels to match. They had exactly what I needed in stock and installed in less than two hours. Both les schwab and costco did not give me much customer service and told me to order what I wanted and they would put it on without even looking at my truck which left me the feeling of the wheels not matching what I wanted. These wheels and tires look and ride amazing with excellent customer service and cheaper than all the competitors while offering the same top brand products. Would highly recommend and will be going back.

Been getting my tires here for about 5 years now. They always have great customer service and work quick and efficiently with quality. They always take care of me. Wont go anywhere else.

Damaged the frame of my vehicle by lifting it improperly twice. Lifted it on one side, bent the frame, then lifted it on the other side and bent that side too. Will cost me thousands, as in replacing the frame to make it right. Completely incompetent service. Answer to doing the damage, we’ll call you some time in a next week. Got one two weeks later not from them but their insurance company. So they have no intention or making the damage they did to my vehicle right, just doing the min and leaving me with the bill. All this during a free tire rotation, free my *ss.

I have proof(for me) that they are honest and fair.I had a good sized nail in my tire and I assumed they were going to try and get me to buy a new tire, but they pulled the nail out and patched the car tire, and sent me on my way all for $0.00. Free.I dont read a company highly because they gave me something for free (even though it was awesome), but it was awesome to see that they performed what was needed and didnt try and upsell me to something I didnt need.Ill continue to purchase tires there and to get service done there(even if its not free 😁 )

Most pleasant experience at a tire dealer I’ve had in a long time. Very professional staff, both efficient and pleasant. The shop is spotless and my car was on the lift within three minutes of when I arrived.Will definitely be using this business again and recommend it to others.

They wouldnt balance my tires so I ended up driving to utah with my card shaking all the way there very unsafe. But they tire shop in Utah had no problem balancing them and now I am again safe on the road.

Great service! They said it would take a few hours to get to our car because there was quite a line ahead of us, but they had us out of there in less than an hour. Staff was friendly and helpful, and they had good COVID safety protocols in place - including a really clever way to keep car keys clean.

Ive always liked Discount Tire. It has been my go to tire place for 10 years now. They are very professional and communicate well with their customers. I wish they would do alignments though.

After a Walmart Auto Center fiasco, these guys were like a breath of fresh air :) Their honesty, friendliness, and quality tires made for a great experience. Great customer service and affordable prices! However make sure to wear a coat during this winter weather --their lobby while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced/tires is 55 F degrees--sitting here waiting way too cold!

Had a great experience here. They repaired my flat tire for free, put the repaired tire back in its original place and put caps on all my stem valves which were missing when I bought the vehicle. I will be returning when I need new tires.

This shop is great. We broke down with a flat tire at 1 a.m. 12 miles out of town. As soon as they opened up they got us tires arranged got them put on and got us out the door for just over three hundred bucks.

I shopped prices online and this place had the best deal. I was enthusiastically greeted by a friendly salesperson. They did a good job getting me in and out with no appointment. The lobby was clean and comfortable. My gripe and the reason for the lower rating was because I noticed after I left that I was charged $60 for a certificate. I didnt know what that was and a quick Google search told me it was an additional warranty. My salesperson didnt let me know about it or ask me if I wanted it. It was just added to my bill. Thats not cool with me and I dont know if Ill return.

Was able to get a pro-rated warranty discount on a new set of tires today with no issues or difficulties at all. Best place for tires hands down!

For most of my life living in Pocatello Ive frequented the Large Circle for my tire needs. While the service there used to be alright, I havent had a good experience there in years. Recently visited Discount Tire and had a fantastic experience. The customer service was great (a refreshing change from what Im used to), the price for my winter tires was better than anywhere else I looked, and when they told me Id be out in an hour, I was out in an hour (also refreshing). Unlike their competition, I also didnt have to remind them to give me my take-offs. They had the common sense to do it without having to be reminded. Overall, a great experience. I wont be going back to my old tire shop after the experience I had at Discount. Also worth noting, when I lived out of state I frequented Discount Tires and always had great experiences.

Stellar service, great prices. Ive had a few trips there in the last couple weeks trying to solve a wheel size issue and each time they were able to help me quickly and effectively.

Way cheaper then Led Schwab! They also got me in and out within an hour! They offer good deals, expert service, super friendly, and hard working! They are my life savers when I popped my tire.Due to COVID-19 they do request you to stay in your vehicle and drive it to where they need. Still awesome service!

They were great to work with, they had the odd sized tires I needed in stock (93 Geo Metro) and they were able to get me in and install them in 45 minutes before they closed on a Saturday! Couldnt ask for more from a tire shop, would definitely recommend these guys.

Excellent experience. We are from out of town (Missouri) and noticed we had a bulge in a tire- not good. Having to have your vehicle repaired while out of town can be very stressful. We called and they said we could have the tire replaced and us out the door in 45 min. Chase met us outside and looked the tires over. He was super helpful and really great. He made what couldve been a stressful situation a great experience. We had both rear tires replaced at a great price. We took the kids over to McDonalds, and within 30 minutes we got a call that they were done.Chase has made us Discount Tires customers for life!!!

I was returning home from a vacation trip when I hit some debris on the freeway and my tire was ruined as well as the rim. My brother was having them replace all four of his rims so he gave them a call for me. We were able to locate a tire that arrived a couple of days later but the rim didnt arrive until the following week. They were very good to keep me informed as to the expectation of the arrival of my tire and rim. They were very nice and as soon as my rim arrived they were able to take care of me. Discount gave me an awesome price on some new cooper tires they were fast and when asked if they could go reset or change out my TPM sensors, they pulled my pickup right in and changed them out. I will definately buy all my future tires through them!

Great customer service I bought new wheels and tires. They tried on 3 different types and sizes of tires. I was not rushed they were very happy to do it. They also have me a great deal.

They are the cheapest you will find if you call around, but be careful they will bait and switch you to a more expensive tire when you actually go into the store. Which is fine, If you are aware of what they are doing. I still ended up getting a good quality tire cheaper then I could have found anywhere else.They just had to drop part of the install and I have to do a mail in rebate. I just dont care for slight dishonesty.

Ive bought tires and wheels from the online store and the physical store. Theyve always been quick and professional. On my last visit to install some tire pressure sensors, they made me aware of a program that would replace my tires in the case of any accident (including off-roading) which was a really great deal.

Less than ideal, price over twice what online showed. Said he could compromise on price at still more than half again more. I will look elsewhere.

Appt. at 1pm, be done at 1:45,, 2:30pm I had to ask if it was done, get my keys, no one let me know my car has been done for awhile.You walk in the front door and you see dirty floor. Bathroom hasnt been cleaned in weeks, nothing to dry your hands. Nasty bathroom for a business.Thank you 😕

Horrible service. Each time I have gone in to get my car serviced another part of my ct200h Lexus is missing. First they stole the valve caps and then when I reported it a couple days later they ordered me some cheap plastic ones. On my next visit they traded out my wheels for some old beat up ones. Never go to this Discount tire in Chubbuck they will take ur good parts and replace them with old cheap parts.

They were very backed up and are normally quick but wait time was long so I took my baby shopping. They replaced my tire on warranty even though they found out it was likely vandalism from someone sticking a knife in my tire three times. Vandalism is not covered with warranty. They were friendly and have goid quality tires. They are my favorite local tire shop. I have several experiences with them and all were positive.

Friendly service and reasonable prices. They quoted 45 minutes to put on 4 new tires, but it took 1 hour and 45 minutes. They were apologetic about the wait, again keeping with their friendly service, but nothing more was offered. Overall, would recommend for their service, but be prepared to wait.

We were in a 31 ft RV and our towed car got a flat. The RV host referred us to Discount Tire in Pocatello ID about five miles away. We filled the leaking tire and drove to the store. The manager said to leave the car on the tow and he sent out a technician who jacked the car, removed the tire, and fixed the flat in less than an hour. They were all very nice and charged us next to nothing. Thank you.

I have been looking for the best overall deal on tires for my sons WRX and have always found discount tire to be competitive. The salesman Blake was really friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and helped us make a decision on which ones to purchase. They have THE BEST TIRE WARRANTY I have ever seen. They have lots of stores so no need to worry if traveling and need service. They are GREAT!! Will definitely use again and again and I highly recommend at least checking with discount tire for anyone shopping for and comparing prices. The warranty is UNBEATABLE!!

I needed my TPMS reprogrammed, it took me longer to get my baby out of the car than it took Blake to reprogram the sensor.Prices are the best in town- I needed tires for my suburban and was quoted $1200 in my little town. I drove 30 miles and got Michelin energy savers for under $800.Rotations and air pressure checks are free, and can be done without an appointment. I will continue to use Discount Tire for my tire needs.

You can set an appointment online and buy what you need. The staff are always very professional and nice. The kids like the free water and suckers.

Berke was amazing and awesome and amazingly awesome! I’m an auto shop owner from Utah and I had my guys change over to summer tires on my wife’s Yukon before we left town for Easter. Problem? They didn’t reset the TPMS sensors! (Might have had something to do with my urgency to get out of town) Well we pulled up on a Saturday morning and saw they were already pretty busy at this location, but Berke ran out to see what we needed, pulled us right in, and in under 4 minutes had us back out the door - amazing!

Clean show room, very kind and courteous, had four simple dismount and mounts of UTV tires and I had to come back cause they replaced the stubby valve stems with normal ones, if theyre going to replace things replace with what they take OFF ( retraining employees ), they did fix the problem once I returned, I dont think that will deter me from coming back but will see how the next visit goes.

They priced match the cheapest tires I found in Idaho Falls and gave me a much better tire! They were unbelievably fast and honestly the best tire experience Ive ever had at one. It was worth the 45min drive and I would highly recommend to anyone! !!

This place is awesome! I was in and out in less than an hour for a 4 tire install. The staff was friendly and great! I live an hour and a half away but will continue making the trip here. Great job!

He went above and beyond to get me all of the information I requested. Not only the same day. But within 1 hour. Other shops dont even return calls. This tire shop was one of the best Ive ever been to the employees were very helpful they werent high-pressure salesman they got my car in and out in a timely manner and the facility was very clean and my car was returned to me in the condition I gave it to them in

TL;DR Pushy salesman wasnt happy to just sale me wheels. When i found out the wheels i bought were bent he wouldnt help...I needed to buy wheels (not tires) and Discount Tire had them in stock. When i went to buy them the salesman tried to sale me tires (i get it, its his job). I had to tell him no three times to just buy the wheels. When he put the wheels in the trunk of my car one of the boxes was a little crushed but i didnt think anything of it because it was a cardboard box out of a tire store storage room. I went to the place i bought my tires from and they said that two of the wheels were bent out of the box. The other tire guys straightened the wheels and said id be ok because the bend would not affect the tire. I drove back to Discount Tire and had to talk to the same salesman. I explained why i was back and once again he tried to sell me on tires. I told him i wanted to address the bent wheels. he told me the other store probably did it! I said that yes that might be true but that i dont think they did. The Discount guy never looked in the box and because the other guys were able to straighten the wheels theres no reason to have told me if they had bent them. Again the Discount guy told me it must have been them and so i should have bought tires from him. I finally said that he could gain a customer or loose several customers when i tell this story. He agreed to look at the wheels, free of charge no less, but that there were several people ahead of me! I didnt end up waiting long because he decided to get my car in quickly. When he looked at the wheels they were indeed straight (BECAUSE THE OTHER GUYS STRAIGHTENED THEM!!!). But hey i only waited 20 minutes to have him look at the wheels! There are too many helpful tire stores in town for me ever to return. His salesperson number is 546. This happened 3/2/2019.
