Complete lack of care

I bought a sports glasses for basketball at Walmart and then tried it on and felt very dizzy. It definitely felt wrong because I have been wearing glasses for 15 years with over 7 different glasses, and it is the very time I feel this way. The lady told me I have to get used to it... I said this is beyond the dizziness I can handle and it will impact my work, driving and daily life.... She still insists I should give it a try a few days no matter how hard I tried to explain my discomfort after wearing the glass... and she also told me its my problem not our problem....What a nice way to say to a customer....I then returned the glasses immediately because I dont feel like playing for the quality of the glasses and the services. I will never go back!

I felt extremely comfortable and confident as soon as I got there. It was a very affordable visit and my glasses arrived very quickly! I love my new glasses and my perscription is perfect.

Horrible experience!!! I will not go back!! Associate lied to me and then the other associate basically told me to bad!!! Don’t believe anything they tell you!!!! Cost me way more money because the associates aren’t trained correctly!!!!
