I believe the strong ratings after my own experience, and also give them a 5 star for it. They were busy, so I had to wait a few days for my appointment. On the day of my appointment, they finished the work on the same day. Specifically, I had two dashboard warnings, ABS and Traction control. Its a common Dodge Charger/Challenger issue, a wheel speed sensor. They read the code, confirmed which one of the four sensors was bad, and did the repair. They had time available, so I also had them do my oil change.

I took truck in on Friday afternoon for a brake job but it ended up to be more expensive than the truck was worth (not their fault, more problems than just brakes) so they put it back together and only charged a diagnostic fee. The thing that I liked was I wasnt able to get out of their shop for 6-days due to illness and they were pretty amazing about it. These guys were very knowledgeable and extremely professional and I would highly recommend these gentlemen for automotive work.

My car sometimes has a whining sound when accelerating. I took it in to get a diagnostic ran on it. Of course, my car decided not to make the sound while in the shop lol however, Becka told me that they would not charge me anything and to just bring it by again when it starts to make the whine. They damage vehicles, they are not honest people and worst of all they try to ridicule their customers ability to pay should the customer not repair at their facility.They did offer to repair the damage after staff was very rude and lied about the entire incident. However we are not comfortable with them touching our vehicle anymore especially since they passed blame, lied and now posted a very unprofessional response on my Yelp review.You should never try and assume much less try and make fun of a customers financial situation. Especially with COVID and the the hardships people are experiencing.To be extremely clear we do not want anything from the repair shop we don’t trust them and won’t ever do business with them or let them touch one of our vehicles.Basic math 67784 km is 42k miles which is less the. 50k miles as I started.

Becky Automotive is the only place I will take my truck. I was recommended to their shop by about a friend almost a decade ago. I found that they were honest to a fault. They will tell you what needs to be fixed and what you dont need to fix. My entire family has taken all of their vehicles there for the last 5+ years and never looked back. Dan and Robert are excellent mechanics and definitely worth your business.

Robert asked for an additional day with the lorry, so they might run extra tests to make sure there wasnt something else causing the sensing unit to stop working. When I arrived at the store, Robert stated they had actually not discovered anything wrong that would certainly cause the sensor to stop working, so they replaced it with one from the supplier, instead than utilizing an aftermarket one as previously. I took my 2007 Pontiac G5 in for some coolant issues. Everything about the experience was outstanding. The receptionist was helpful and attentive, and inviting. Robert who I believe is the owner, was knowledgeable and you can tell he is passionate about cars, even my run-of-the-mill G5! He communicated with me via phone call and asked for permission to text me pictures of the parts he was replacing- kept in contact the entire time. Pricing was great. He went out of the way to communicate what he was charging me for and why. Unlike other mechanics that we have all had mediocre or bad experiences with, Becka Automotive makes it a point to ensure you are not feeling like you are getting bamboozled- very transparent. Robert called a month later to follow-up and check how my car was running. Great machanic work and no issues after work was done. This is definitely my go to mechanic now. They are only open M-F which is the only negative thing I would have to say if it is hard for you to take time off work. But, they are worth the wait and time off work to get your car serviced.
