I was so happy to find this place. Its called Advanced Auto Parts. My battery died this morning. I looked all over the place, including Walmart. Not only was the price very good, but the battery was a good brand and they installed it for free. I love Advanced Auto Care. And kudos to Alberto for taking such good care of me. Thank you.

I always buy Mobil1 4t motor oil and Mobil1 Synthetic Gear Lubricant here, they always have discounts going on. Terrible service! If my vehicle broke down in the parking lot I would have it towed to national city so I could guarantee the mechanic would not order parts from them.

I took one star away because the internet discount didnt work but for the customer service I received from the manager who installed my battery and changed out a broken cable it was 5 stars.

Go to Carquest first, they actually have the small parts for what you need and wont try to sell you an entire driveshaft or tie rod when all you need is a rubber housing.

Went here to buy a car battery. Price was reasonable and the customer service was great. Ricardo helped us with putting in the battery at no extra charge. Tell me what auto parts store does that? Thanks Carquest for making our lives that much easier.

It didn’t appear that they really even cared I was there. Even more so once they find out I was needing to change out my batteries in my diesel truck. Apparently it was way more important to just sit around talking than to actually help me out. I wouldn’t go back.

Will never do business again with this company or Advanced Auto Parts. Terrible company ran by terrible people, instead of helping a customer that actually spends money they would rather feel superiority over a situation. NEVER GO HERE

Customer service is bleh the young guy is good. The rest are condesending. Prices are not the lowest but about the same as other parts stores. Bonus: parking lot has homeless so be aware.

Driving through when my Mercedes Add Coolant sensor signaled. Only place in area that carried MB approved coolant. Helpful staff, reasonable prices.

Very good customer service, helpful patient and knowledge is what I found here, when the only thing I can do is explain where my car was leaking from. He figured out and give me the right hose I needed.. ☺

There is something very strange about this auto parts store. My grandfather used to have a shop in Chula vista (1950s-1995) and back then it was called something else (Domestic/Foreign Auto Parts... Or something? I forget). I remember even back then my grandfather would hate dealing with this auto parts store. Hed tell me the only reason he would purchase anything from them was if a certain part was unavailable from Chief (Chief Auto Parts--remember them? They became Autozone) and the customer could not wait a couple of hours for delivery.Anyway, fast forward to the 90s and early 00s, that parts place then became World Wide Auto Parts. Going in there myself a few times, the employees never greeted customers, were always horsing around, the place was always riddled tomfoolery, obnoxious, and rude behavior, particularly towards the customers. Every time I walked in there, I and other customers, were bombarded with personal attacks on our silly questions or what we looked like (always among themselves, sometimes directly toward customers). Calling by phone resulted in the same experience.Fast forward to last year and as recently as today, now it is called Carquest Auto Parts. Still unbelievably rude attitudes toward customers. The only reason I bothered trying them was because a customer had an emergency and was on a tight budget (just like my grandpa). Lo and behold, same exact experience as I previously remember.There is something odd about this place. It must be a franchised business owned by the same people with the same rude employees. Only businesses that have no need for customers can survive that way.Never again. Ill tell customers to go elsewhere if they are in such a hurry as to have me solicit any business from these guys.
