I’ve been to this place twice now and both times I had a great experience. They are professional and friendly. They’ve done excellent work and the prices are so reasonable. They don’t try to “sell” me a bunch of other offers while I’m there. I feel they are honest and only do what’s necessary. Not many places are like that nowadays. You will not be disappointed!

I went in for brake job and every ting was fine at first, they said brakes were fine just needed to turn the rotors but i did need control arm bushings. they gave me a good price to put in new control arms with bushings and ball joints, they were friendly and did the job in good time . but the next day my car was squeaking and got worse every day. I brought it back they had no idea what it was so they said they would change out the parts But they were not as friendly when i went back. they fix the squeak but I have a vibration now. In short they used cheap after market part ball joints and hardwere one side new one side looks old bushing are not the same. he tried to tell me every thing was the same and new but I have eyes. I will have to take it somewhere else to do it right.

This one the best brake places I have gone to. They change my brakes quickly and I am satisfied with the work done on it.

Went in for a break inspection, Luis examined the brakes and rotors in under ten minutes, took the car for a test drive and confirmed they were in good condition. I offered to pay for the inspection and Luis pointed at his banner that read free inspection. I will definitely comeback to get work done. The professionalism Luis displayed was amazing.

If a person cannot work on their own vehicle, one of the best things to have is an honest mechanic. Honesty in this world is in short supply, but Luis stands out. He was upfront about everything. I had a major problem with the car from a recall that was done by the dealership. It was going to take a few days to get the parts, so he and Leslie offered to have him drive me a half hour to work and then pick me up late at night - who does this? Hes the first Ive ever come across. I was able to get other transportation, but just the fact they offered blew me away.The work done is high quality, done quickly and is reasonable. Car worked perfectly after he was done. Oil changes are a breeze now. I know if anything goes wrong, I have my ace in the hole. Guess in this case I can buy peace of mind, as I know I can trust them. Leslie has the office flowing and Luis and the guys will get you dialed in. I now have a great mechanic; if you dont, no need to look further.

I needed a brake job and read a few reviews. Came across Brake Works and all good reviews so I showed up at 8:00 am. The owner was very nice and friendly, free inspection and told me all I needed was brake pads. Rotors are good. Quoted me a very decent price he did to work right on the spot and quickly. Other customers came and I appreciated his honesty with them as with me. Highly recommend this family business for any auto repair needs.

Outstanding customer service! Initially told brake service would take an hour and half but took about three hours due to extra work that needed to be done. Technician discovered that a part that goes with my emergency brake system was missing. Brake Works installed the part with no extra charge. While test driving my vehicle the technician noticed it was shaking when using the brakes. Brake Works replaced the front rotors with no extra charge. Technician explained and showed me everything he was doing. Definitely recommend Brake Works!

Most Honest people I have come across! Braught my vehicle in to change brake pads as they have been squeeking, he could have charged me and changed them, what he did was show me that my break pads where in great condition and still had a lot of life in them. They have just won my loyalty as a customer, will be getting all my work done with them going forward!

Great company very efficient and does great work. They did a bunch of general maintenance and break job . I would recommend them to anyone I know and we are happy to say we found a trust worthy shop to bring are car to in the future!

So I’ve brought my car to Luis twice and I’m really happy with the work he does. The first time my brake lights weren’t working and he fixed it and charged me nothing. When one of them went out again he said come back same day and fixed it and we haven’t had a problem since then. The second time I had a dishonest mechanic that caused some issues with my brakes. They had charged me over $700 for just one caliper, pads, and rotors on the back. Luis has to redo the whole back brake system and for 2 calipers, pads, and rotors on the back he did it for around 350 AND they helped me get financing to help me cover it. I’m really happy with the work they did, they are really sweet, honest people and I’ll be bringing my car back there frequently now. Nice to have a mechanic I can trust!
