I had an excellent experience with Rainbow Stone, they delivered on promises and no hidden surprises. The Installers Arnulfo Alatorre and his son do amazing work, they took the time to make sure the countertoops not only were aligned perfectly, but even cut in small notches into the countertops that made the countertops appear to float and cut through the drywall, everyone who has seen my new countertops always complements how they were done. Thanks again guys for a job well done!

Real bad customer service,rude,and didnt really understand a word from one of the girls working in the office.Totally different from the workers in the warehouse..Maybe it was just a bad day for the girl...

I had a great experience overall in the store, staff goes above and beyond to make sure I purchased the best stone for me. There is a big range of pre-fabricated stone that you can choose from as well as cabinets. I would recommend this place to anybody that is looking to remodel their house.Highly Recommended! :)

Horrible service - would give a ZERO if it was possible. After working with Rainbow Stone for nearly a month planning our kitchen and bathroom remodel, which included providing our address downtown the very first day and driving all the way to Chula Vista to provide my credit card for the deposit (which they charged over $2500 and have not yet refunded), they told us 2 days before our scheduled installation that they will not do the job because we live Downtown. This is after they had done two other kitchen and bathroom remodels for us in Downtown (yep, we were loyal customers) in the last year. If they no longer take jobs in Downtown, youd think they would look at the address the day you gave it to them to see if it was in their serviceable area, so as not to waste their own time or ours. Nope, he waited until 2 days before our installation to call and tell us he was not doing the job...then he says if we pay $200 extra dollars he may be able to convince his installers to go Downtown. Feeling like we were being raked over the coals, we negotiated down to $150 extra (which we still felt was wrong but needed the job done). We arranged parking for the installers in our assigned spaces in the parking garage, met the installers there and showed them where they could cut the stone, and even spoke with a parking cop in front of them to verify that they were allowed to park in an off-street dirt parking area to cut the stone since they were not wanting to do it where we suggested (she told them yes, that they would not be ticketed). They refused to do the job and left. Now we have wasted a month, and have to start from square one. The rest of our remodel is complete and this was to be the final step. Will NEVER use Rainbow Stone again, nor will we ever recommend them (we had referred them in the past). Unexcusable.

Whent there today bad experience nobody tried to help me! The guy i asked to help me just gave me a book with prices. The people that were on the desks were on there cells. 0 customer service. I just walked out! Never recommend that place to anyone!

I Found very Beautiful Quartz Countertops here. Warehouse Workers are amazing at Matching the Countertops with the Islands!!!!!! I loved all the choices and I loved the Service!. Staff is Great and the Prices are very Good on my Budget. I was very Happy with my Kitchen Countertops ;) ...Bueno, Bonito y Barato!
