0 Zero Stars! I have tried several times to find out the status of my order and have heard nothing back. This is not how you run a business unless you are scam artists.Update: It is now January and I still have not heard or gotten a refund from these thieves.

October 14, 1999 I ordered hatch cover and seat back brace. For 2 months I requested where is my order, most of my inquires were unanswered. Finally after more than 2 months I said fill my order or cancel. So he sends the seat back brace, which is o:K. But, the hatch cover is not even close to what I ordered. So he just some hatch cover that is completely wrong in size. Dont buy from them.....

Several months ago, I posted a review claiming I had been defrauded out of money I spent on a Seda kayak. This is not true; I HAVE NOT BEEN DEFRAUDED BY SEDA PADDLESPORTS. My issue turned out to be confusing and complicated, but after a year, all is resolved. I apologize to John Gish and to all the readers who may have been misled by my previous posting.

Same experience as others. Ordered a replacement hatch from the site with no shipment of product, no update of status, and no response from the business.

I deliberately sought out Seda kayaks because I believe them to be the best intermediate and professional kayaks made. I cant afford a new one right now. So I looked around on the selling sights and found one for 300. Miracle to me. I drove 1 hour up to Lake Arrowhead picked it up. And drove anothers hour down in a blinding snow blizzard. Couldnt be happier about it. Well worth the money even if I spent 3000. And worth every mile of that trip also.Kayak handles like a dream. Loving it

I also would like to give no stars...ordered a spray skirt and never received it but they took my money fast. Left many voice mails and emails and no one has ever contact me. I think they are a scam. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM ONLINE!!! Unless you just want to throw away money!!!

I love the kayaks, but trying to get service for a problem is a different matter. I have tried for ONE YEAR to get my rudder repair kit. It doesnt help that they are 1500 miles away. Hate to say it, but Id NEVER buy Seda again simply because eventually youll need help for some fix and John will be nowhere nearby. He talks friendly and then forgets you. Every time I to call and leave a message...did I say I made first contact one year ago...I hang up and need a drink. Better to look for the lost city of Atlantis than to seek help from this bunch. Id give no stars but I dont think I can.
