Yesterday i went to this store and it wasn’t there instead there was another store where famsa is suppose to be . if it doesn’t exist anymore why still have it up if it doesn’t exist anymore . 😡

BEWARE!!! This company is a scam. I had warranty for my appliance and they took it for repair six months ago. To this day I get no answer when I will get my broken appliance aback, new one or my money back.

My sales person was Wanda Torres at the Cicero store. She was very friendly and knowledgeable on the products they sell. I was very happy with my experience and would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase.

Dont like store furniture their sofas dont last only for 3 years I got 2 sofas from them around the time of 3 years they started peeling on its own they took them and we got another sofa but this time they were different ones and again they started peeling on its own and we had our warranty but finsh paying them off and they did not want to take them any more for some reason they said we did not report it right away when we did😠 dont waste your time & money on them like we did.

Worst experience ever my husband and I had here. First of all as soon as we went into the store a store associate Maria approached us, we were barely looking at the furniture. She started to speak to my husband and then right off the bat wanted to run his credit of course I got upset because we first needed to look to see if we liked anything before running anyones credit. After he found out he got approved for an amount of money my husband explained to Maria we were looking for a dinning room table, a mattress, and a tv stand. After maira showed us the mattresses I decided to buy it els where they were a little pricey there at fasma. Maria kept pushing for us to get the mattress she did not understand the word NO. Even when looking at other furniture she kept bringing up to take the mattress even after we said no five times, it was highly annoying. Once we picked out our dinner table and the tv stand they gave us pricing with the insurance on everything and I told her we didnt not need it she had a bad attitude and looked at me and said and why dont you want the protection plan and I explained we are careful with our belgonings and dont need it. The associate Maria was pushy didnt not understand no and it really wasnt plesent to work with her. We went back for some couches I absolutely fell in love with and I was hoping to work with someone els from fasma, when we walked into the store she said hello to my husband and completely ignored me Im guessing she was upset because I kept saying no to a lot of the things she was trying to sell. At the end of the day my husband does what I say and want she didnt understand that. All in all we will NEVER EVER buy furniture from there again, our furniture arrived damaged our tv stand has two chips on the bottom front from receiving it, also my dinning table has a big chip on it as well!! Worst customer service and horrible damaged furniture when it arrives to your home! So disappointed! I have let friends and family know NOT to shop at fasma they are better off paying more at a furniture store like value city furniture or some other place. Shopping at fasma was a mistake my husband is NOT pleased at all either.

WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BOUGHT FURNITURE!!!! I BOUGHT A BEDROOM SET & IT WAS SCRATCHED & DRESSER WAS NOT GOOD...THEY CAME TWICE TO CHECK IT 1st GUY SAID THEY NEEDED TO REPLACE IT 2nd GUY JUST SAID HE FIXED IT & SUPPOSEDLY IT WAS THE FLOOR THE REASON THE DRESSER DRAWERS DONT WORK😡 CANT GET THEM TO REPLACE IT, BUT THEY EXPECT THE PAYMENTS ON TIME EVERY MONTH😡😡😡

They sell insurance for the furniture you buy with them, which apart from being so expensive that they give them, they do not comply with fixing what they supposedly cover

This place is a scam. Check your paperwork before signing. They sell you a guarantee of 500 dollars and when you make a claim they will not help you and offer you a pittance back.
