Went in for a moon roof repair ceiling liner was left loose, u can see they uses metal screws to hold up the liner, electric switches where not loose or not in all the way, and the worst is they work with out gloves leaving the liner dirty and grease. And to make it worse the total was $450.

Only used them once in october, paid $100 cause my passenger window wasnt going up or down, i havent really payed attention to it since its been cold out, recently i tried to put the window up and down, worked about twice and stopped. Went back they said they fixed one thing back in oct but now something else is wrong I only had 3 months to come back so my warranty was void anyways, they laughed at me when I tried to explain that i didnt move the glass all winter which is why I didnt realize they didnt actually fix the problem. I would recommend going to a real shop that knows what they are doing the first time and gives better warranty and where they dont laugh in your face when you try to explain what the problem is. This shop is highly unprofessional with low quality work.

So my friend got her Nissan Rogue 2019 windows tinted here so I decided to call and make an appointment.. I called asking to get my Mazda cx 3 windows tinted but they said they are not doing 2021 cars. Like what? That doesn’t even make sense, no explanation why. What does it matter what year it is? Almost all cx3 the past years are about the same exact thing. And my friends was a 2019?! Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Was going to take in my X5 for a window repair, window sounded like glass broke and fell inside while in tact. Who ever answered the phone said it didnt break and if it was okay I told him I didnt know as I cant see it because its stuck on the inside, kept telling me to shut up and if it was broken, which I again told him I could not verify that as I cannot see, extremely rude, and did not care of anything I had to say. I reached out to professionals as this is not my field but to be treated with such disrespect I had to review. Taking it to Aaron Auto Glass instead who will beat any price by $10! and was friendly and helpful from the first ring.

Nice people, did a great job replacing my window and taping it down down. The only issues I have is I wasnt called when my window arrived and I noticed an hour later than the quoted time, so I had to call them. Then the quoted 1.5 hr timeline jumped to 3 hrs in the 10 minutes it took me to get there. But, I did get called when it was ready and the process to get it fixed was pretty good. Would recommend, just make sure you go before rush hour.

I been a long time Area customer and they always done an awesome job with replacing and fixing my vehicles windows. I recently had them repair my front passenger side powered window regulator. Brought in my truck to have the rear window replaced. Great, friendly, communicative staff. Job was done that day. Great price too. There were a few pieces of broken glass from my previous window that wasn’t completely cleaned out though. Overall great experience and would recommend.

I have a 2003 Pontiac Bonneville SLEMy Sunroof was leaking water down on my back floor every time it rain, and I took my car here and they fix it for me.. Cheap prices and cheap work. They left the broken glass in my truck and bed. They stepped on a gallon of coolant that I had in my truck bed and it splattered all over and didnt bother to clean it up. And the window they installed started leaking just a few day after the install.

I had small rear window in Grand Cherokee busted out in downtown parking garage. I called these guys while driving home and they had it fixed in less than an hour!!! Great friendly service.

Place looked sketchy and old. But these guys fixed my civic rear window for 50 within an hour or so. Professional work even vacuumed shattered glass that was in the seat. Recommend to everyone.

The place is ugly as hell, but after they got the right windshield they ordered for my Dodge Caliber 2007, the installation was quick and acceptable, the job was not that clean though as they left some fingerprints here and there and also some pieces of glass from the previous windshield. very low prices!
