Terrible experience at this store. I blame management for the lack of training towards its employees. My bad experience could have been avoided if the employees would have checked for my promo offer accurately. Instead it seemed like they where too eager to get the sale and told me I could still get the promo.I went in a few days later to get the second part of the promo only to find out that my promo was no longer valid and I would have to pay extra on my bill. I became irate for the lack of product and promo knowledge of the employees and manager in charge. How can you tell me one thing one day and something totally different two days later.If you go here please be careful with any changes they make to your plan. Call customer care after any changes just to confirm they are valid and don’t get a surprise in your bill when you get it. My story is too long to post here but there was just way too much false information they gave me. I would recommend avoid this store at all cost.
Ask for a male the young lady has an attitude talks smart and lacks customer service. We were told a bald face lie and didn’t get an answer to any of the questions we came with. She walks off to help other customers without first making sure you are serviced completely. I will never walk in this store for help or to buy any merchandise.
Happy with the service and the girls are always helpful. Loyal customer for 12+ years strong 💪🏽. They will try to up sell you but that is to be expected. Once you are singed up for a line you can qualify for a selection of cool devices including speakers, headphones and tablets which you can put on credit. Personally, I like to buy my devices cash where I can. This T-Mobile is in a decent location by many other stores. A lot going on in the area. Good parking. Thanks!

Never been happier when requesting information about the deals on phones, lines, etc. The representative I spoke to, Cindee, gave me more that enough information to make sure I knew what I was getting and before spending my money, she made sure I was happy with my purchase. Definitely recommend this store, amazing customer service!!
My father in law bought an Iphone at this location and the phone wasn’t working properly from the beginning. So he went few times to talk to them and see what he can do but they would always tell him that he has to wait in line for like 5 hours! At first when he told me this I couldn’t believe so I decided to go with him. And same thing happened again, only now we had to wait for 6-7 hours.So of course we are not going to wait, we went to different location. There they told us that he can’t return the phone because it’s been more than 15 days since he bought it, and at this point he can try to see if Apple can do anything through the warranty. The sad thing is that he actually went on time before but who has time to wait for 5 hours!So much wasted time for something so simple as buying a phone.You think this is the end of it? Nope. He gets the bill from Tmobile next month and it’s $50 more than his usual. The phone he paid in full so it can’t be that. When they sold him the phone they added some weird service on his line, something for his internet. The thing is so weird I don’t even know who buys that, it’s like some extra gigabytes but a huge amount that regular person can’t possibly spend. No one ever asked him or told him about this! So after one more visit to Tmobile (the other location) and 10hours wait on the phone to talk to someone, we managed to remove this charge and service from his bill... wow... what can I say.So basically avoid this place at any cost! Check your bill if you went here, they might have added stuff without asking!

They are not very good at helping customers with problems and tell customers to contact 611 for everything. This store also gives you wrong information, so please check the receipt and all the policies when u purchase from here.
Very bad service Im giving a star only because there is no option of no star. Horrible service i purchased a watch because they offered me a deal at the end of the day they charged me full price for it. I came to the store and nobody was able to honor the offer I was promised. It is not the first time this happens and I feel I was robbed.
Best experience ever. In particular the store manager Manny went above and beyond with informative information. As well as Luis who helped me with my iPhone XR and I watch purchase and took the time to explain everything in detail. I would highly recommend this store 👍🏻

This T-mobile is okay, but If you want to have the best customer service ask for Fernanda she is really nice and very outgoing she helped me with my account and is very knowledgeable about what she is doing. Thanks to her I always go back because she always does things right and never does mistakes.
Yaritza did everything she possibly could to set up proper expectations with the service T-Mobile provides. She also satisfied my personal preferences when it came to best plan and devices for my family. I had so many questions that I tired even myself out, but Yaritza answered every one of them with detailed responses, which definitely made me as the consumer feel extremely at ease.It was a great experience from start to finish. I definitely recommend this T-Mobile location to anyone looking for help.
Went to find a screen protector for my s10e Samsung phone and they didnt have it.its the third store that I i have been.Noone has it why?
Id STRONGLY RECOMMEND going to a different location woman had an attitude from the start she was busy singing instead of helping answer our question we had to google them while she stood there very sad dude like come on work on your customer service please. Never returning.

I went there to buy a Samsung 9 and the guy went to look in the back room and said he doesnt have it.He right away recommend the Samsung 10 which I didnt want. And I think He did had the 9 but the sale for the 10 would be better for him. I asked if he knew if they had it in another store and his answer was ... you would have to go around and look for it. What a horrible customer service experience. I give him a negative star -☆ since they dont have that option I made my own.
I signed a family plan with T-Mobile at that location and the employee informed me that we have are entitled to a free phone. He mentioned FREE probably five times. Once my bill came in the mail it turns out that the phone is not free and I have to make monthly payments on it along with my usual charges. So be careful. Employees will tell you anything just to sign you up
My wife went with I-phone asking about phone memory problem (memory full). Taller Hispanic rep (I only say this to ID him, not to profile, as Im Hispanic as well, wife simply doesnt remember his name). Rep simply tells her the only options are to either do a factory reset (erasing all her content!) or buy a new phone. Its sad that the Reps desire to collect a commission supercedes his obligation to do his actual job and seek a more reasonable solution (which I KNOW exists and will do myself, thank you very much, such as deleting unnecessary files). I like T-Mobile and I will soon be buying new phones (one for me and another for my wife), but we certainly will NOT be buying at this store.
Reps. Are dumb I called to do a warranty exchange my phone dont have a seria number on the glass only a model number and there telling me that the phone cant be exchanged because it doesnt have the serial # on the glass . But I show the girl the imei on phone witch it was the right one. And she still rejected never going back to that store, and also considering changing cellphone provider.

Bad Customer Service!They seriously dont know what they do. I have come here like 3 times because of their mistakes that they kept doing.
