I found everything correctly to help I asked for I was helped correctly it was clean and the staff was on point

Walked to Family Dollar today 10.06.21 only to find this on the door.

They need new employees at this location. The girls who work there today are very ghetto and Ratchet. How are you going to start a whole conversation by yelling and cussing across the store while customers are present. Very unprofessional!! Store was a mess, the cashier definitely had an attitude, eyes rolling as I approached the counter..

The people who work here are rude and have bad customer service. Instead of telling people that they need to leave their small bags already full of things at the front. They should check people who come into their store with baggy clothes and steal in front of their noses. Im sorry but my parents raised me right and taught me NOT to steal, especially from a dollar store!

Unprofessional..... Not one greeting, even upon ringing me up the cashiers were having a conversation that wasnt work related. Very rude 😒 chatting amongst one another instead of checking out their customers

The Cicero store on Cermak, well stocked, courteous workers, overall good place, I highly recommend.

It was always nice. Wish I could find Clorox wipes, rubbing alcohol and peroxide. Non to be found. Low prices always keeps me coming back.

I went here and found everything I was looking for, I had went too other Family Dollars and the shelves were still bare. Here the shelves are stocked and the store is clean. I will be shopping here from now on.

Perfect quick shop stop. Basically carries the essentials; dish soap, detergent, frozen tv meals, chips, candy, water gallons, juice, phone chargers, house cleaners, etc. you get it.

Its decent.Get what I need and leave.Although it would be better if the cashiers take that nasty face expressions off of them. Last time I went this girl attended me did even say a word. Other times I’m greeted upon getting to the cashier and last week it just didn’t happen. Petty as I can be I gave her the same attitude and expression she gave me.

They are rude. Not helpful. They asked like I was inconveniencing them buy asking questions. Something was wrong with my card so I had to pay cash was 25cents short. So I had to put back what I was there for. I understand but most places will let you slide seen in a thousand times. This isnt the first time at this store.

This store needs a Manager and some staff who want to actully work bad. I went there today and the entire time I was in the store all 5 employees were upfront talking. When it was time to ring me up they continued their side conversation the entire time about how the male employee was gonna call off, which I found extremely rude. I was surprised there was even 5 people working to be honest, most of the time its only 1 person. You need more than 1 person to run a store.

Cashier forgot to give us receipt, when I got home I realized this and tried to call. I redialed 72 times in 3 hours and each time I got, our associates are busy helping customers please try to call back. So I go into store with the return I had(reason for needing receipt). I had a 15 year old store manager tell me they would not put the $9 item back on the debit card but issue a store credit because I had no receipt!!! I got the # to corporate who was also busy with other customers. Very, very poor customer relations!!! Hold onto yout receipts kids!!!! I spent $101 there also!!! Wont spend my money at that location EVER AGAIN!

I went to buy here and everytime I buy something there are people asking me for quarter and money I don’t know but they seem to be drug addicts or people who only purpose is to get money . I really don’t mind given money but after a lot of people asking me for money I don’t know what to think . If they are drug addicts or alcoholics. I wouldn’t go there at all. Don’t give them money they gona use it for drugs or something else I mean these people are like in their 30 o 20s pretty capable of working .Hod helps them get back to their feet but by working hard not by beging . The workers seem nice but very disorganized store. They had no big gift bags or run out of them disappointed . Practically that bag of gifts was empty except smaller bags available .

I wish I would be able to give them negative stars. My mom went in for a special and a RUDE employee told her no. The special started March 14 till the 20. And she didnt even get an explanation why because she did not speak English. This store has rude and disrespectful employees, and its very dirty. Why is it still open?!

Had the pleasure of going into this family dollar a few weeks back and the young man on the register was all alone and it was 10 mins b4 closing, he had a line full of people however he handle the crowd very gracefully and got them all out.

I dont consider this a dollar store because it is small and its nothing like a dollar tree or dollar general but its decent

I think that this family Dollar is especially great since it has everything one is looking for

Drove to this location without knowing family dollars changed their name to dollar express, which had to do some return items not knowing which name family dollars sign is still hanging on their building & employees are wearing name tags showing family dollars...other words Id was very upset afterwards by knowing driven that far over this location to my exchanges
