I live very close to this CVS...And the washroom is always out-orderCommon really...You can walk the customer to the washroom if you need too..Thats what you call customer service...But is corporation..Have some respect for the community...Shame on all the management. In this store...This store dont have shopping cars...The Spanish manager...Is very ignorant on how to run a store.
Worst experience i have had so far in this pharmacy, ever since my insurance switched me over to their pharmacy from Walgreens i have had nothing but awful experiences, and it gets worse every visit. Staff is rude and impatient most of the time, dont explain to me things i dont understand when it comes to issues with my insurance or medical prescriptions, i have been waiting for a medicine i need from their delivery service that has never came and its not in their system as well... i can literally go on and on and on about things that just dont go right, or they just find a way to ruin the visit to the store in general, don’t waste your time coming here, its ghetto and dirty too. Needless to say i will be changing my pharmacy from where i receive my medication next doctors visit because im sick and tired of this, this place ruins my day consistently.
Worst CVS around the Cicero area, A manager named Lin Is extremely rude and disrespectful and more or less useless when asked for help. Many customers needed help but was refused by Lin because she didn’t know how to speak Spanish and she was getting frustrated asking for her co workers. The Cicero area is predominantly Spanish so you should have a Spanish manager for better Service
Just waited 30 minutes to drop off a script. Not enough counter help and definitely no drive thru. This is by the worst experience of my day. Will be transferring to another location.
The pharmacy staff never answer the phone. You can call a million times and they still wont pick up. If you value your time and money, I say definitely go with Walgreens!
There is always way too long of a line here. 20 people in line one cashier.
My one star is for one girl who did help at one point. Everyone else was rude. They do not want to help. Give you the wrong information. Tell you to come in an the medication is not ready or there. Not the best place to get your medication.
Wasnt a bad CVS location in terms of finding some basic needs and necessities, store is large, bright, and theres a great amount of parking. Issues came with prescriptions - was essentially told to go to another CVS that was a bit away when it was initially indicated that this location would take it.
Horrible. They NEVER answer. Ive called this location multiple times and not once have I spoken to someone, been on hold for 10 minutes on one instance; All Im tryna do is call in an RX for a patient of ours, why is there never anyone available to answer the phone at ANY CVS? I noticed that with many CVS, they never answer, or if they do, they answer just to put you back on hold.
Pharmacy used to be super slow, but theyve picked up the pace. No ridiculous wait times & pleasant employees.
Just went there and the employees are very rude I only went to ask for the Coinstar if it was working and they said they wont change you more than $50 then I try to buy something else. Make sure the employee Jose is in a good mood or he will only treat good the people that he likes
This location does not have staff and the staff they have are not polite. The pharmacy is the worst. Long phone holds, up to 45 min. Long waits for pharmacy line. We are new to the area and I will now travel to another cvs because how poor service this location is.
August 12 2017, at 7 amThe manager was horrible, CVS has to learn how to hire or promote people within the organization who are willing to work. The manager was rude, unhelp and I walked out of the store without my stuff because he was unwilling to go obtain change from his other registers and he acted as if he were the costumer. This was a terrible experience and I am telling everyone to take a drive to Walgreens instead that is only a couple of blocks away.

This cvs are one of the best locations because they are friendly and the young ladies that work there are friendly and have great customer service I’ve been coming here for wife prisciptions and great service thank you cvs ya are the best location
Would not recommend very rude staff
I always come to CVS as my second option. I love the deals they got at times and since its the closest location I have near my home I come to this location. I have to honest about the fact that every time i walk into this location I always have a bad experience. Their is always one register always open and they take forever to get the line going. I dont think they ever bother calling someone in For back up even when the line is up to 5-8 people long. The shelves are not so stocked as a Walgreens would be, there customer service sucks at the top most. I always have to encounter myself with this young African American girl that always seems to give attitude to everyone and is always being a smart mouth about anything when my only choice is having to go to her for help. I dont need any attitude back when all Im asking is for help on any product Im buying.
This place is absolutley HORRIFYING!! These lines are out of this world....i saw 3 employees straightening the shelves and isles while ONE cashier was checking out a line of 10+ customers....and this is EVERY time that i come here....I ONLY come when its the only option due to the fact that it is 20 steps from my house....IF YOURE IN A RUSH,dont bother shopping here
Great service, personal is always very welcomed. Theres not enough carts, but besides that this CVS is great!
Dont go there for prescriptions! They are the worse in wait time and the pharmacist technicians are so rude.
I called 3 times to see if a blood pressure monitor would be covered under my insurance and off course no answer at the pharmacy they are worse than Walgreens
CASHIERS take toooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo...long to check people out and pay for items bad service backing up lines with 10 to 17 people waiting on ONE CASHIER....TOO SLOW HERE.....BETTER STICK TO WALGREENS....!!!!!....
If the manager not available and them machine take your money you want to wait 3 days to pay you back 10$ if he decides you will be coming more than one time to check him and he not there and told you we call you tomorrow and nobody call
Absolute disaster area...across the street there is a blue POLICE CAMERA pulsating on location..then you step into high prices and record breaking long checkout lines. ghetto ! worst C V S ever.
Worst cvs ever...bad service and cashiers are so rude, lazy, and slow...cvs really need to give their associates a class in customer service and manners...will never go back there again..
It makes no sense how long they keep you holding on the phone!!! I waited over 20 minutes for someone to pick up and put me on hold again!! Especially when I am waiting on the Pharmacist!
Rude staff
Bad
They made a Mistake at the pharmacy and didnt give me all of my moms stuff so I had to walk there when they should of gave me all of my moms stuff on the first time.Beware :(
Terrible service and to slow
Cause i can
Love it here
Good
Screw this place
The workers hide the products like lysol and wipes, because the web says there is and you go to the store and they tell you they dont have it, I was there waiting for them to open to be the first to enter, wait from 6:50 am because they open at 7 am and nothing goes, you ask him at work and he still bothers
Its like any other CVS ever. kind.
They have everything as promised my recipes are always ready thanks CVS.
👍😊
