Ive had work done in my previous home by another company and it didnt even compare to this. The seam, polish and workmanship was excellent at Victoria. Nada, in the office was very pleasant and Nick had great ideas on colors. Very kind and helpful people. The showroom is more of a workshop but it gets the job done. Im never using anyone else. They were busy and it took a couple of weeks. Really, a wonderful family owned business.

Gorgeous granite, dont get me wrong but horrible customer service. Counters were supposed to be delivered on a Friday, no one showed up. So I called them and asked whats going on and a woman told me that there wasnt enough people to deliver the countertop. Okay, thats fine I let it go. But now today, they are supposed to deliver it and I just called, the woman told me wait until later this afternoon because one guy hasnt came in yet. Tell me, what kind of business are you running where your employees just dont need to come in to work? Especially when something has already been paid for. That should make it a top priority. We have been waiting for this countertop for months so we can finally finish our kitchen and it just keeps getting put off. Absolutely ridiculous.

The old lady in the office doesnt know how to treat a customer, she has cero education, cero professional ethic, but she has a great bad humor, she is just a trash of person. Just HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! I just dont recomend this place. Eventhoug they did a good job I dont recomend it just because this old lady.!!
