Piña, pepino y limon water was absolutely fantastic and very refreshing. Horchata was all out.

Hours online and the door say until 10pm, we showed up at 9:30pm. We tried asking the employees they refused to communicate or even look at us to confirm the hours.Hours need to be updated.

Bad customer service, the fruit was old and the bananas were super brown on my yogurt. They didnt have granola or sprinkles but the lady didnt say anything, she should it mention that before. Her attitude was rude and unfriendly. Worse experience, wont reccomend this place. If you have the crave for mexican snack go to another Michoacana.

It was okay. Hate that I walked in and nobody said your suppose to take a number when someone ask who is next a few people that were in front of me were able to grab a number before I got there so I ended up waiting 45 minutes to grab some ice cream they definitely need more employees.....

Love the ice cream, gave them only 2 stars because since they stopped selling by scoops and now by size. The prices are to high for the servings they give.

Clean, friendly and delicious homemade ice cream, I particularity love the Fresh green juice drinks where I was able to pick my own fruits/veggies and they juiced it in front of me! Cannot get any fresher than that!!I also love their version of a Frappacino., creamy cold and a nice change to an afternoon cola or coffee to keep me going.I will just sway you don.t need to be a Mexican to enjoy this place!!

Hands down, best ice Cream Ive ever had. Im not that big of an ice cream fan and I went along with a friend who wanted some. I got the ice cream sandwich with vanilla ice cream and now I crave it all the time. Seriously, I had no idea ice cream could be this good.

Very great place to eat ice cream. Theres so many options and varietys. When you get there your going to have a hard time choosing what to eat.

Not sure what happened to this place but service as gotten pretty bad. Some of the women dont greet the customers but the biggest problem I have is how stingy they have gotten with the fruit. They micro chop everything and hardly fill the cups. Last night I saw one of the women filling the yogurt jug with water! Are you kidding me?

Overall its just an OK spot. The Michoacanas on north of this location on Cermak are better.My main complaint is the quality of the fruit. A good few times Ive gotten fruit that does not taste as good. They also dont have as many yogurt toppings as other locations.

This place is amazing. Even tho there are michoacanas in every block of Cicero now this place stands out as the ladys are quick and portions are bigger compared to the other place while keeping prices similar. They dont go cheap in adding ingredients that you like for example allot of fruits in your smoothie or guacamole on your torta.

OVERPRICED ICE CREAM $5 for two scoops of ice cream which there bearly full before they would give u one scoop and a half and that would be considered one scoop now u bearly get the dam scoop full. You’re better off going to Food for Less, Target and Walmart. Definitely not recommend this location. Horrible prices

Customer service is subpar. Their number system is not clearly posted so it gets confusing for some when it gets busy which seems to annoy the employees which in turn leads to them giving you attitude when taking your order. Food is standard although there is not as much variety at this location.If the number system was posted more clearly by the entrance and executed correctly it would create a better customer experience.

5 numbers in front of us. 2 staff members. We waited 30 minutes from arriving to getting our yogurt.Prices were fair and yogurt was good.

I love their staffs joyful service, and the freshness of their foods; ice cream flavors, yogurts, all their food is truly organic, fresh. They are always sufficient in their staff servers for customer service, and on their food inventory.

I walked in to an empty place. There was 3 employees, didn’t get a good afternoon, I’ll be right with you. NOTHING. Mind you they weren’t busy unless it’s in the job description to be on their phones. I was ignored for 15 minutes, ended up walking out without my elote..never again

Terrible service They have numbers to attend to the people you take the number. There is a person at the front attending, another one comes out from behind and attends to the first one he sees. So what are the numbers for? And this not only happened to me once, they are already 3. They do not have a variety of flavors. I definitely do not come back bad experience.

Tasty snows and fruits combined as you prefer with chamoy or yogurt, strawberries with natural cream or frozen strawberries with whipped cream, fresh water, popsicles, bananas with chocolate, mangonada, chicharrones, leathers, corn on the glass and corn on the stick, Nachos with yellow cheese and jalapeño, etc. .

They have no variety of flavors and there is not much to choose from and very expensive I will not return there.

Stop as if one is asking for alms. They wanted to charge me up to a lid for my corn that I was going to take. I asked them a little more for mayonnaise and they wanted to charge me 50 cents when the corn already costs 2.50 I ordered a yogurt with apple and banana and they gave me the old fruit that was already black and I will never come back !!!!!! The service is the worst I prefer to drive an extra 10 minutes to Berwyn where they serve me well and are not elbows or careers!
