Repair was a little pricey, but good. Covered in sawdust upon return. I know its not mandatory but they could have at least wiped down the chair when they were done.

Was able to repair and stain a victorian table I had.

This company does outstanding work. We have taken our entire Master Bedroom Furniture to them and the quality is better than when the furniture was new!

This company had a piece of furniture for a year and did not touch it. I had to ask them to return it incomplete. Additionally they painted some stuff and damaged the furniture delivering. They were asked to repair the damage and did it on site but incomplete. Poor experience. Also was not super important to me but did not honor original cost estimate

We had 4 dining room chairs tightened. I have no complaints about their work. The finished product was just what I wanted. I do recommend that you receive the price first and hold onto your paperwork!

Did a great job refinishing my grandparents bedroom set. Special pieces and they made them feel even more special. One decorative piece had broken off of the bed frame in our move and he rebuilt it. I cannot even remember where it broke off now it is so seamless. The men who came to deliver the furniture were professional and set it up for me. I had no issues with timing. The work was finished before the estimated date - although this was February and not the holidays.

Did a great job at restoring an antique trunk, but the only reason I went with them was because my options were limited. Most furniture restoration companies only do wood. I found a few specialty stores around the country that do the exact same work for roughly 50%-70% of the cost. Overall, I was a little disappointed with the professionalism (4 weeks late), and VERY disappointed with the cost. I will not be coming back. I did learn that you can WIDELY negotiate on the cost, even though it is still too expensive.

I hated this experience. The man I encountered was ridiculous! They told me that it would be four weeks for my piece to be repaired. It took them five weeks AFTER the estimated time of completion to have it done. We called twice and the first time they had said that they just orderded what I needed. The second time I called, they hadnt even started! I highly recommend that you go somewhere else. Where this place is located is kind of sketchy. No business owner should ever talk to their customers as rudely as this man did, especially if he wants to continue his business!

Beautiful work and friendly

Stopped in today to talk about options for refinishing a piece. The guy I tried to talk to was rude and down right mean. I tried to explain what I was wanting to do and he told me they dont do that and assumed I was going to refinish the piece myself and told me to go somewhere else. I turned around and walked out wondering how this place stays in business. Before you go and be told to go somewhere else save your time and frustration and go anywhere else!
