EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!Just bought a drain pump for a LG washing machine paid $65. for a pump that should have cost between $25-$35.Didnt realize that until I spoke to the guy whos installing it.Called back to the store just minutes after leaving to ask for a refund and was refused a refund.Very poor customer service!Not to mention price gouging!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They dont make you feel intimidated if youre not not a professional appliance repair technician. Will take the time to help anyone with parts. I own rental properties so I go there alot and they usually have the part I need and if they dont they will try and find a comparable one or will order the one I need and have it within a day or two..👍👍

Poor customer service. I have been a long time customer even prior to there change to cincinnati appliance. The prices are very expensive, even on everyday parts such as dryer vents or cords. Internet is the best place to shop, or i would just purchase new rather than deal with these people. I purchased a cheap dryer and paid just as much for some parts as i would for a brand new dryer. Rude is the perfect word for this place.

Stopped in looking for some dryer repair parts. The guys were super knowledgeable and provided the parts and repair tips. Stopped back in to pick up another part I broke while repairing the first issue. They had all parts in stock and were quick to find them. Only issue was they were not opened on Sunday but not hard to workaround. Ill be back the next time I need a part

I called up there asking about a washer capacitor being in stock and the gentleman helping me said to bring in the old one so he could test it... it turned out to be fine so he gave me some advice on the issue I was having and it turned out to be a sock in my water pump!! thankful for them not taking my $ for a capacitor and helping me figure out the issue at hand

Theyre always helpful and they keep a large selection of parts in stock. Thats nice when you need something fixed right away. Theyre also knowledgeable if you need help diagnosing a problem. Ive been going here since they were Pearsol’s and highly recommend Cincinnati Appliance.

Went in with a model number to replace a stove handle. Was told by employee we needed end caps also. Got back to stove, opened handle box and it included the end caps. Tried to return end caps and was told they charged a 20% restocking fee. Thats fine if the salesman didnt sell something to us we did not need. They tried to pass on $50 of un-need parts to us in hopes we did not return or to sting us with the restocking fee. They are either unethical, or didnt provide full customer service/support by knowing that the stove handle already included the end caps. BUYER BEWARE at Cincinnati Appliance!

The guy who work there seem like the boss lied and said they don’t make the kind of hose that hooks up to washer and connects to my sink because it 30 years old. Went to Home Depot and had no problem finding the things I need.

I went in to ask the main repair person what could possibly be wrong with my refrigerator, he diagnosed by description and it suggested I bring and the faulty part and he would give me a free replacement. Unfortunately it was not replaceable, but I do appreciate his honesty, and his attempt to help me.

Spoke to a gentleman on the phone who said he had a part i needed for $20. Got to the store and was told the price is now $80! When i asked what happened to the $20 we decussed earlier, the clerk said he wasnt the one who spoke to me. Wow! Customer service is non existant. Guess thats why everyone orders from Amazon. I will never come back!
