The BMW Store has never disappointed me. I’ve had 2 BMW Z4’s over the last 18 years or so and have always trusted my car with only them. Their mechanics know what they’re doing. They send a clear and close up video of any repairs needed before you agree if you want a friend, family members or another mechanics opinion. Their staff is always professional and personable. I’d give them more than a 5 if I could!
