Horrible Customer ServiceI wanted to love this shop, and I have several things from this store that my young daughters have cherished. But when I recently got a t-shirt that doesn’t fit my daughter as a gift and tried to exchange it for something we could use, the customer service was terrible. The Spotted Goose still has the shirt I tried to return fully in-stock (not on the sale rack or anything), but they refused to return or exchange it without a receipt. Since they couldn’t find my friend’s transaction in the register, they told me that their system wouldn’t allow for a return. In essence, I’m stuck with a $40 toddler t-shirt we will never use because the folks at the Spotted Goose refused to do a gift exchange. I would understand if I was trying to return merchandise they no longer sell, but, again, the shirt is still fully in-stock and prominently displayed! Please beware of buying gifts or merchandise you aren’t 100% certain you will keep here as their policy precludes them from being flexible and, frankly, customer-friendly. It’s difficult seeing a local store that you want to support behave in such a rigid fashion. The person “helping me” was pretentious and unhelpful, as other reviewers on Yelp have also mentioned.

So. About 9 years ago i went there and got a doll. I love her with all my heart and i think this is the best shop ever.

One of my favorite shops in the city. The employees are friendly and helpful in finding the perfect outfit for our little girl no matter the occasion. If you’re looking for quality clothing for your baby/children I recommend visiting!

My favorite place to shop for my son! We love coming in here and always find the cutest things! The owner and manager are also so wonderful and accommodating! Highly recommend!

My favorite shopping destination for childrens clothing. If I have a child on my gift list then I have The Spotted Goose on my to do list.

I have been to this store a handful of times to buy for my daughter as well as for baby shower gifts, etc. I love the look and feel of the store, it has such unique clothing and accessories. I know it can be on the expensive side, but I have scored beautiful items from their sale racks and not everything is outrageously priced. I just wanted to write a positive review since they have always been kind to me when Im in the store, and this past week they even kept the store open for me so I could grab a gorgeous knitted crown in time for my daughters first birthday (Oakley/norwood traffic, you get an f minus), so thank you again the spotted goose!

While a bit on the expensive side, the clothing here is unlike that sold anywhere else. I often found myself wishing it were sold in my size. What a wonderful store!

Maybe y’all aren’t used to men shopping at your store or maybe you were having a bad day. Regardless, I’m pretty disappointed. Caught the back end of a woman explaining to another customer how everything was organized (or rather unorganized).... then finally, when someone approached me with a obligatory greeting, they let me fumble through clothing while juggling a 2 year old and an 8 month old until I had to ask how the clothes were sorted.There was Definitely no helping me “put together an outfit” . I realize 2 t is a popular size and also how clothing seasons change . A Simple “ yeah we sell out of that size quick” would have been a sufficient response.I do most of the shopping for my boys .... always have... but never here again. Nothing special about this place.

I am absolutely obsessed with this cute boutique. Wheather shopping for my little girl or buying for someone else’s, they have everything you need. Unique brands you won’t find anywhere else in Cincinnati and such great quality. Also the staff is sooooo friendly. They will help you out and put outfits together for you!

I had issued with them. I messaged them and they never got back to me. They act like they care but when it comes down to it, they ignore you

So they have some really nice stuff, its just too bad the staff is so pretentious. They couldnt be more unhelpful, acting like they are doing you a favor just by allowing you into the store.

I loved this store. Big selection of ORGANIC clothing which is hard to come by.
