First off, air conditioning is still off!!! Has been since they opened . There was a regular Ashley Store that went out of business, (see that review), the ac was out then but we didnt have heat waves going on. They knew from the get go the store would remain open under the outlet name. Secondly, staff was absolutely great and the manager willing to work with you, within reason. Prices are not truly outlet prices, delivery is a big issue for quite a few items, (I know that a lot of that has to do with the fallout of covid). If you need it quickly, roll the dice. It may or may not happen. Free delivery means they will drop it off at your door, to bring it inside and set up will cost you. Happy shopping!
The furniture is great, but the customer service at this particular store has been incredibly challenging. I recognize that were in a pandemic, and there are numerous shipping delays. Thats perfectly understandable.However, the lack of communication from the staff at this particular store has been really frustrating. I spent nearly three grand on furniture, and in the six months that I waited for my items to arrive, not once was there any follow-up from them about what was going on (or maybe even a courtesy discount for the inconvenience).I hung in there patiently with them for half a year...and then when they finally got my items in stock they didnt even bother to call me or let me know. I had to drive 45 minutes in order to walk into the store and actually talk to somebody...only to find out that they actually had my items in the back the whole time. Are you kidding me?On top of that, it turns out that their sales representative sold me a $200 box spring for a bed that didnt even need one (I found that out from the delivery guys).After I scheduled for them to come pick it back up, I got several texts and phone calls saying that they were on their way...and they never showed up. No phone call. No rescheduling. No explanation. Nothing. I took the day off from work just so I could be sure to be home when the guys arrived, and they never even showed.If they had to reschedule, thats fine, but I think at the bare minimum a courtesy phone call letting me know would have been called for. When I finally got them on the phone and asked them what happened, they just said, Uhhh...we dont know.Guys, come on. Ive been an Ashley customer for years, but after this, I think Im done. Theres just no excuse for these shenanigans.
Do not do business with these people! Ordered a whole bedroom set from them in February. They delivered a broken dresser in March. Came back in July and the delivery company that they outsourced came and became upset, yelling at me in my home because they made a mistake and did not know that they were removing the damaged dresser and bringing the new dresser. They left with my new dresser and when I called customer service they could not locate the dresser anymore. They then proceeded to me that I would have to wait for them to order me a new dresser. I spoke to the assistant manager and told him that I didn’t want the dresser anymore because of the stress of dealing with them. He told me he would have the manager call me to figure out things and I never heard anything back. I called the store for the whole month of July and none of my calls were answered. It is now august and I’m just now receiving a call but not to apologize instead they were rude about me not returning their phone call from the day prior. I have been told that I will receive the dresser on Friday and I’m praying that this is the last that I will have to deal with these people. Its sad that we paid so much for this bedroom set and had to deal with this stress for 7 months.
Loved the experience, Paris helped my wife and I pick out the perfect king size bed for us!!! I was pleasantly surprised at how enjoyable this experience was.
Ordered my living room sectional back in April. First I was quoted the end of May, than July, then August lastly September. Now when I look it doesn’t have a date at all and when I call there are super long wait times or a full voicemail message. This experience has been super disappointing, I want to cancel my order but, I feel I’ve waited so long there’s no point. I’ve been a repeated customer but, I don’t see myself shopping in the future. I understand covids effects on delivery but, I feel straight mislead and lied to about the delivery time frames.

Shopping experience was easy. The cost was overpriced. Web listed discounts 3 weeks later. I called got a refund for the difference. GREAT! I purchased in February with cash. I have been waiting and now see the delivery wont be until 5/29. Instead of the business benefiting from my money any longer, I will just shop elsewhere, where the sales team is forthcoming regarding true expected delivery dates. Very disappointed.

I purchased a bed 3 months ago still has not been delivered. 2 weeks ago was supposed to be delivered they called at 1:20 to tell me the mattress didnt come in and would call me when it did. A week and a half later I called and was told its been here so delivery was scheduled for today between 3 and 6. 3:20 I get a call saying they running late will be here between 6 and 7... NEVER SHOWED NEVER CALLED!!! 10am cant get here fast enough so I can be the 1st one thru the doors...

We went to your Ashley store Northgate mall to purchase an $1800 love seat. The salesman named Roy was very nice. When he went to submit a credit card line increase I was declined!!The wife and I will be going to lazyboy tomorrow. Ashley lost a good customer.
Giving a 1 because I cannot give 0. Terrible ordering experience. Lied to by 3 different sales reps. Had to call back three time just to receive an order confirmation. Now I cannot get anyone to answer the phone during business hours to assist me with locating my order status even though I was promised a call back. Buyers, please beware! My husband and I have purchased ALL of our previous furniture at Ashley, yet this is the customer service experience we receive. Its really sad that the pandemic has been the justification for customer service to be non-existent! If you choose to purchase via Ashley I highly suggest shopping at a different store location!
My husband and I had a great experience with Roy at this Ashley furniture location. Roy was kind, helpful, and not at all pushy. He listened to what we were looking for before showing us what was available and then gave us some space. We were able to purchase a super comfy and very attractive sectional, with almost nothing down and 0% interest for 2 years. The only downside is that only 2 of 4 pieces of the sectional were available for immediate delivery (that is why 4 stars instead of 5). We have to wait 3-12 weeks for the remaining 2 pieces. We wont be charged an additional delivery fee though.
Randall and Onare made my shopping experience a pleasure. They were attentive and helped me make the best choice. I didnt feel like I was being sold some furniture. Felt like some friends were helping me out.

Zero Rating! I spent 5K and cant get my ripped sofa replaced or repaired. Been waiting a month. 3rd party SAW finally showed up, took a picture and left. Cant get a hold of anyone on the phone to discuss or get updates. Still on hole after 2 hours. Pick up the darn phone! Or just come pick up your junk today!!

Make sure you don’t believe your salesman. We purchased a sectional in 2018 and recently 4 out of the 5 cushions started to come apart. We were sold on the extended warranty with the understanding from the salesman that if it started to come apart it would be fixed or replaced. Wrong! After submitting a claim we were told that it only covers accidental rips and tears. Don’t bother calling the store as you are directed to customer service who we haven’t been able to get ahold of nor have they called us back after the associate from the store said they sent them an email. I guess the training they gave their associate was, “Lie to get a higher commission.”. Buyer beware.

This place was awesome with negotiating the price of the furniture. They were so friendly and down to earth! The delivery of the furniture was awesome too, the guys were so careful bringing our furniture in! Great experience all around!!!
We bought a couch and a chair from Ashley furniture in Northgate. They were wonderful prices. The couch was delivered and the delivery men helped map out how to assemble, even though we only paid for drop off. We love the couch. The chair was to be delivered a few weeks later. When I called, I was told that the chair had been discontinued and that the salesman was supposed to call me and ask if the floor model was ok. I said that would be fine, but she said that they would have to call around to find one. I wonder if the salesman had called sooner, there would have been one readily available...why am I calling them? So she said she would check and call back in an hour. The next day, no call...I called and a different woman said they were waiting to hear back from some stores. She called back and had one for us. Wonderful! It was delivered today. It was teal, we’d ordered blue. Being that it was a good price and we were done dealing with it, we kept it. 3 stars.
Purchased a very expensive couch and extended warranty. Made a claim before the 1st year due to a manufacturers defect. They said they call to schedule to have someone come out. They never did. Its been nearly a month and they havent responded to multiple calls, emails and website submissions. They can easily search my name on here and claim number 439348. No doubt they issue a public response to this review for all of you to see but dont be fooled.

This is my second experience with buying furniture from Ashley and I can say that I love working with this company for my needs. They are always very helpful and courteous and the gentleman that helped us on my birthday to select the perfect end tables for our bedroom set made my day. He was kind, patient and very helpful and I cannot thank you guys enough for having him on your team. Currently, I cant recall his name but when I do I wish to extend my thanks!
I’m so disappointed! I purchased a bed set, mattress and box spring back on July 23rd! According to the due to COVID they’re expressing longer delivery times ok no problem! Between now and my original date it has been changed four times by the company and once due to the drop off time was inconvenient for me and they couldn’t push the time back so I had to change it because I wasn’t taking off work due to you guys not giving me a clear delivery date! I understand the times are rough but due to this time you guys should’ve stopped taking orders to push out back orders so it wouldn’t be so much of an delay?!! Also with me being inconvenienced i feel like you guys should be more accommodating since the delivery was changed so many times I don’t know to many companies that will let you off the day before not to mention I work in a hospital so it’s not easy just to keep taking off for furniture not to be delivered!!! I pray to god there isn’t a scratch dent nothing wrong if I ever receive my order!!
All they had in stock were floor models. Sale people were very stand offish.

Poor response, literally can’t get ahold of anyone to answer the phone. I’ve called 4 times Over the last couple days and have waited over 45 minutes with no one answering. Their Facebook page will occasionally respond but when asked to call me back no one has. I will never purchase from this store again and will be seeking a refund due to their poor customer service
Horrible customer service and the delivery is a joke. I purchased bedroom furniture from the north gate location as part of a closing sale. Well my items have yet to arrive. I’ve been given three different delivery dates and still no furniture. I called today to find out that my items aren’t even available. And that I would have to wait until September? I was on hold for a total of four hours! And still no solution. No furniture and no money! I would never ever purchase from Ashley furniture again and will not ever recommend anyone else to.
Sold us a guardian warranty for our kitchen table and said we could use for any potential scratches or wear and tear over 5 years. Filed a claim and was denied for normal wear and tear. Followed up with store on several occasions over the course of two months with promises of somebody following up and alas nobody has ever followed up. Today we waited on hold for 1.5 hours and nobody ever picked up. We had bought a fair amount of furniture from them in the past but their customer service is awful and we will not be returning. DON’T BUY THE WARRANTY!!!!
Extremely poor customer care service yesterday OCTOBER 12 present year and today the 13 I’ve been waiting on the phone both days hour and half each day trying to talk with someone but not answer I did left voice mail not call back! This is extremely ridiculous!! I am going to go to the store on the weekend and for refund! Very poor service and never buy them anything any more!!
I buy a special 3 sofas on August today its November and a dont receive nothing yet when they tall my delivery was on october 2...i call them and they never answer i get to store and they said after 12 weeks they will refound my deposit.Now they said they dont give money back if i want they give me my deposit on store credit...Please people dont make bussinees with this people they dont have responsability and they never will give your money back.
Spent over $5000 on a mattress and bedroom set.Long story short, they have the worst customer service, the shadiest, sleaziest salespeople with no ethics, delivery people that are careless, and the entire experience has been a nightmare.First, their card readers were mysteriously all broken, so we had to manually enter the card and split it into 2 payments, one that day and another over the phone the next (shady).Second, he didnt call the next day, we had to track him down to complete the payments and schedule the delivery.Third, he tried to pack in a service plan without our knowledge or.permission (shady).Fourth, they added a mattress pad charge without our knowledge or permission (shady). Later they said it was required for the warranty, and wouldnt remove it from the bill. (shady)Fifth, one of tbe items was damaged in delivery, so we rejected it. Also, neither the mirror nor the mattress pad were delivered.Sixth, the delivery drivers promised a call within 24 to 48 hours, but it took us nearly a week to get hold of someone after multiple hour+ long wait times on the phone.Seventh, the second delivery finally came, but this time they dropped it off still in boxes, and refused to put it in the correct room.Eighth, I had to specifically request that they leave the box upright, and not on its side.Ninth, we still dont have a mattress pad, as it was not included in either delivery.Tenth, after the 2nd rude and incomplete delivery, when we called the store number directly, they wont answer the phone.Eleventh, the stores voice-mail message says they dont accept voice-mail messages, just before asking you to leave a message at the tone.Going to have to go into the store in the middle of a pandemic now, because they cant do anything correctly. A complete and utter failure at every level of customer support and service. Who knows, maybe the twelfth time is the charm...

Ordered a sectional in early June. Was told delivery would be next week. Because my buildings freight elevator was out, they could only deliver one piece of it (completely understandable). Was then told they could deliver it the following week. Received a call the day before the new delivery to tell me that they broke my couch when loading it onto the truck, and it would be another MONTH until the correct piece would be in stock. Fast forward one month, and I received the delivery, except it was the WRONG ORIENTATION. I was then told that the correct orientation would take yet another month to arrive. Fast forward another month, and when the correct orientation was delivered, Ashley Home Furnitures moving company caused significant property damage at my apartment complex. After this nightmare of an experience, I renegotiated my bill with the store manager and received a new invoice to reflect the changed total. Because I financed the purchase through the store credit card, the store should have contacted the credit card company to change the amount due. I have been in constant contact with the store because they have not contacted the credit card company, and the store is not honoring the new invoice I received from the store. They are attempting to make me pay the original price even though I have a new invoice from them. This has been a horrendous and irreconcilable experience. I highly recommend that you do business elsewhere.
Our couch broke within 3 months. They have been nothing but unhelpful, difficult to get ahold of. After months of waiting, yes MONTHS, they finally got a technician to come out HOWEVER they scheduled it as a 45 min inspection appointment instead of a repair EVEN THOUGH THEY SENT US THE PART MONTHS PRIOR. So the tech had to leave and said they would “reschedule.” However when we contacted the contracting company they said they need an entirely new work order from Ashley’s. This has been an ABSOLUTELY HORRID experience. Never ever ever buy from them.
Wanna hear the joke of the day? I bought this couch on the 1st from the Colerain location that’s closing. It is now the 27th and was told the chair would be missing. They show up today and delivered HALF THE COUCH. Told me the other half would be here later and they didn’t have it yet. I’ve never been so mad in my life. This is the biggest joke of a store I’ve ever been to.

Do not shop at Ashley furniture. I ordered a bed set. The first time they delivered the head board was wrong, the rails were damaged, their wasnt a foot board delivered, and they gave use random drawers to go under a completely different bed. I called the customer service line and after 20 minutes finally got ahold of someone. She told me the store has to take care of these issue. I emailed her photos and she filed a claim with the store and said the store would call me. After a few days the store did not call me so I went in the store to figure out the issue. The store said that the customer service rep should have taken care of this issue. While in store the employee called the customer service rep which took about 20 minutes to get her on the phone and then another 20 minutes to get it figured out. We set up a new delivery date for the correct furniture about a week out. That day comes and someone from Morris called and said the head board was damaged and they would not be delivering for another week. They finally delivered the correct bed set but the footboard is damaged. I reached out multiple time but cant get through the customer service line (my most recent call wait was 41 minutes) and i have tried emailing the customer service rep from the first issue and she has not responded to emailed.
I had a wonderful experience at Ashley HomeStore on Colerain. My Product Specialist was Curtis Fairbanks. He was delightful to work with and did everything possible to ensure that I received the best deal. He honored all my coupons that I received in the mail. I will definitely return to this location and ask for Curtis.
The staff was wonderful without being intrusive. They greeted us, and let us wander, look, try out, and touch, without inserting themselves or being overwhelmingly attentive. One staff member brought us a “today only” coupon which we gladly accepted. I was not even aware at how attentive they were to us as we shopped, but they knew when to approach us and did so with friendly and courteous greetings. Our Product Specialist was Curt, and he was definitely a specialist. He was able to answer all our questions and make suggestions that were very helpful. He was wonderful, and also very knowledgeable about music, particularly jazz! I don’t think I have enjoyed a furniture shopping trip as much as this one, ever...and I’m pretty old! Thank you, Curtis, and all the wonderful staff at Ashley Homestore, Colerain Ave.
My sister and I met at the Colerain Ashley store to see and try out the dining tables and chairs that wed found online. Onarae Heath was excellent at his Product Specialist role with measurements, prices, options and general acumen of the items we discussed. Four 🌟 only because we could not experience the buying today,but would give 5+ if Possible for a good employee who is knowledgeable.
I have been waiting over 6 months for furniture that I was told would take at most 12 weeks. If I could give no stars I would.
Ordered furniture on 5/30. I completely understand the delays due to the pandemic. When you call on 8/20 and say ALL pieces of furniture will be delivered on 9/8 and on 9/9 - NO furniture - only for me to call to inquire and told furniture not expected until November; I want my money back and Ill head over to Furniture Fair...
Only leaving 1 Star because I can’t leave 0, we ordered furniture from this place and was told that it usually takes 2 weeks for delivery, put money down, only to get a call 3 weeks later that the furniture won’t be here for what will really be 12 weeks. Called the store back, told them we want a refund because we are sitting on the floor, they showed no compassion & pointed to the fine print on the invoice that said no refunds. They wont give me my money back i had to wait 2 hours to talk to someone just so they can say its been pushed back again. I will never TRY to buy anything from this place ever again. I have never been so unhappy with a company that is supposed to be reputable. My husband and I went to the store closest to us 3 weeks ago. We had to order our furniture on a kiosk. Delivery date was 12/26/19 and supposed to be here between 3:30 pm and 7:30 pm. 7:30 comes around and it says between 4pm and 8 pm. At 8 my husband calls and is on hold for over 30 minutes. We find out they took on more deliveries than they could take on. We are told that our furniture should be here by 10. They were on stop 12 of 17. We check at 9pm and it says the ETA is 9:50. Check 10 minutes later and it says on the way and they should be here between 9:40pm and 10:10pm. My husband had work at 6am this morning. We waited till 10:30pm and checked the status of our delivery and it still says the same thing. At this point customer service is closed so we have to wait til morning for answers. It is past 12:30pm on 12/27 and it says our order can not be found with the tracking number or phone number associated with the order. I call customer service. Wait 16 minutes and the music stops as if someone is going to answer. I say hello and is anyone there. A minute later the call just drops. Ive never had so much trouble with any order before and I DEFINITELY will NEVER order from this company ever again. Oh, and the woman my husband spoke to last night was supposed to call and check in with us this morning and that didnt happen either.😒Edit to add that we were supposed to be stop 17 of 17. I called again and after 20+ minutes of waiting I finally reach someone to find out that apparently the delivery guys (Sean and Darnell) didnt make it to 3 of the stops without an explanation and now WE have to RESCHEDULE and the earliest date is JANUARY 9TH?! WHAT THE HELL KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS?!!! I would never consider this reputable!! If I could give less than one star I sure as hell would!
The salesperson (Amanda Cordon) was very knowledgeable and was not high pressure. My wife and I enjoyed having her assist us. If youre looking to buy some new furniture, please look her up! You wont regret it.
Roy was amazing when it came to helping us find the couch we wanted! It started with me making a phone call to his store to see if they had an item in stock, to then us meeting him at the store that evening and the very next day we were able to find and purchase the couch we wanted for our house. It was delivered on the day he said 10 minutes earlier than the window given which was amazing! The guys assembled the couch quickly and efficiently. Couldn’t be happier!

Im giving four stars because I have not yet experienced delivery and set up. I am commending Roy Khatib for his excellent help when I was choosing a sleeper sofa and needed to be very budget conscious. He and his associate were great to work with. I found I cant follow through with the purchase at this time but there is no fault on Ashleys end.
I bought two couches and a recliner scheduled them for premium in home delivery was told that they would be delivered in six weeks 6 weeks later I was told that my neighborhood was too poor that they didnt feel comfortable and they werent delivering here but they sure werent going to refund me the fee I paid . I now cannot get ahold of anyone can only leave voicemails and wait for a call back in 96 hours and all I really want is my money back and to never ever deal with this company again
Rou was amazing! He was extremely courteous and seemed to really care about me as a person and not just a sale. He was patient with me, made sure I received the best deal possible, and ultimately I felt that I made the right decision.
Sadly the store is closing, however the currently foreclosing sale is worth wild in checking out. The staff is freindly more than willing to help you purchase any of their selection.

Prepare to replace in a year....unless you pay $400 for a warranty. We purchased a complete dining set and two “leather” couches. The table was the store display and didn’t have the leaf in it, but did have one. “It’s in the back somewhere” they said, “we will get it to you.” It took a month of me constantly calling to finally get it resolved. The not-actually-leather couches (which they specifically said it’s leather in the store) are already falling apart one year later. The cable for one recliner just broke this morning. We didn’t want electric because we knew our declawed cat likes to chew wires, but it looks like either option was a bad choice. The bars can be felt when sitting on the big couch. Don’t even bother trying to nap on them. It’s a miserable overpriced set that we are stuck with until we pay it off. I’ll never shop with them again, I’ll never buy Ashley products, and I warn everyone to go elsewhere.
I purchased a dining room table from the Ashley Furniture Colerain, OH location at the end of May. I purchased the table as all sales final as the store appears to be going out of business. It should considering the manager they have there. His name is Jim Amato Steer clear of him. Hes rude!!!The table was to be delivered on June 9. It was delivered although damaged. I did not accept the table. I was told that I would receive a call from the distribution center in a couple of business days max. I didnt. I called the customer care distribution center line the driver left me. I called this number several times and no one ever answers the phone. I even sat on hold for over an hour one day and ended up hanging up. I had things to do. I eventually went to the store and they was able to set a re-delivery date while there. While there they even sneered and commented on how the customer care never answer the phone.The table came today, again damaged. Again, I did not accept it.I called the store to talk to the manager obviously frustrated and he talked to me in a tone as if I was challenged. That didnt sit well.The whole rest of the conversation he was very rude and was in no way understanding of my frustration. They refuse to give me my money back or schedule the delivery for a time that fits my schedule. I have to wait another week to get a table that I believe will be also be damaged.Come to find out, their customer care distribution center IS their home office. The ones who keep sending damaged tables and dont answer their phones.I strongly recommend to anyone out there considering buying anything from a Morris Furniture store, Ashley Furniture store, Jofran store or a Better Sleep Shop, to move on and go somewhere else. Especially if you bought as all sales final.If the 3rd table comes damaged I assume I will be checking Google reviews for a lawyer.And btw, their employee reviews are AWFUL! They appear to be an awful company to not only buy from but work for. Move on people, move on!And dont think that they are willing to work with you when you see their responses making it look like they are trying to help you. If they did the job right the first time, they wouldnt have to respond to so many bad reviews. They are just trying to make themselves look like they want to help you. They arent. If they were, they wouldnt have rude managers like Jim Amato. And their employees wouldnt be putting awful reviews online either.
BUYER BEWARE! Search Ashley Homestore complaints group on Facebook. How, on God’s green earth, does this place have a positive rating on google? WORST place to buy furniture EVER. Horrible customer service; damaged furniture; incomplete assemblies. Terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I saw sofas $299....upwards obviously.So I went to close-out liquidation sale atColeraine Avenue store same sofa waspriced $599. They said I could negotiate itfor $450. Salesman said the more you buy in store, the lower the prices would be. All the price tags on items were exorbitantly overpriced in the thousands for bedrm &livingrm sets. They were quick to say See something you like, we will work with you.I think it was to make it appear youre getting a good deal at half the price. Some things I saw cheaper at Bargain Buyouts Western Hills store. Truthfully the furniture was gorgeousIf you have the money. Deliverey charges$99 to the door, and $199 inside your home & set up.
They have some very nice furniture. But they are going out of business and their prices are still high.
You will have to wait 3 months to get whatever you buy from this place, and basically liquidation means nothing as far as pricing. They are ridiculous, go elsewhere if you want to avoid waiting 6 months for furniture.

We went to 5 other furniture stores before making a last minute stop here. Amanda Cordon was very sweet, patient and knowledgeable about the products they had in store. Even though we were the last ones in the store she didnt make us feel pressured to buy or leave. We made a purchase with her that I couldnt feel more happy or confident about and really appreciate her service and patience with us. Thank you!
Bit of a communication gap at first, but got our furniture a little sooner than expected.
This has been the absolute worst experience in purchasing furniture ever!!! I ordered a full bedroom set as well as a dining room table at the end of November spending almost $5000. They said it would take 2-3 weeks to be delivered. I got my chairs and nightstands a few days later. The nightstands were damaged and had to be returned and replaced. I got a confirmation the rest would be delivered at the end of the 3 week mark. They gave me a window of 330-730 then called me that day to say they had trouble with the truck and my eta would now be 6-10 pm. I waited And no one showed and no answer. I checked The tracking at 11 and it said my delivery could no longer be found. Nono e reached to me so I called And they said the truck broke down and that their next available delivery truck would be the first week of January (2 MORE WEEKS!!!) I said that’s not acceptable and the woman on the phone was rude and said there was nothing she could do except give me the Kimberly to the online store. I called Then and the woman there said she would call me back and never did. I emailed customer service and got no response. Every number they punt me to has me on hold for an average of 40 minutes with no resolve other than to say “call this number” So now i have to spend Christmas with no bedroom furniture and serve dinner with no dining table and no actual guarantee that I’ll ever get my furniture. This is the worst customer service and I will NEVER be shopping with these horrible furniture stores ever again.
Travis was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was also patient in letting me take all the time I needed to decide on my purchase. I appreciate that. Steve was extremely helpful with my mattress purchase. He is also very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Great experience all around!

They have quite a bit of furniture that would be great for the home. They dont carry the type of bad that I want. Im not in the market for anything else right now.
From the time I walked into the showroom, I felt welcomed with great customer service by Justin Oprandy!!!! I didnt feel pressured or that I was being sold. I have been shopping for months for the look that would be different for my space and have paid attention to how the sales people treated me. Justin was very helpful and patient as I selected 6 pieces (sofa, accent chair, lamps, end table, coffee table and art) from different groupings throughout the showroom. He even brought all of the pieces together so that I could see what they would look like together. Justin worked within my budget to help me create a wonderful look for a price I could afford. WOW!!! I have not experienced this level of customer care in a VERY LONG TIME! I highly recommend that you see Justin. I will be returning and sending my family and friends. Grateful for MY shopping experience at Ashley HomeStore because of Justin!!!!
Rude salesman. His name was Jeff. He is a lyer. Said it was in stock but it wasnt. It is still on the truck that hasnt showed up. Found this out after he ran credit card. Then he tells us we can pick it up on the 20th. The Jeff proceeded to get rude saying he never told us we could take it today. We could drive to Dayton, Ohio if we wanted it today after he said we could take it with us. Will never shop Ashley again.
We went last week to Ashley Furniture. Weve purchased their before and have always had a good experience. Nothing changed this time around. The assistant manager Onarae was awesome! He was helpful and patient with us as we looked at furniture and debated on what to buy. I would highly recommend him and Ashley furniture. You will not be disappointed.Steven and Samantha
I have been a customer of Ashley Furniture for years but recently I have had a sales person that went above and beyond and showed outstanding customer service. George is an excellent salesman and willing to ensure his customers are completely satisfied. I needed beds for my children and I purchased them because of his willingness to assist. If you are going to Ashley Furniture please go and see George in Northgate Mall! I promise you wont be disappointed.
I purchased a bed and positionable base from Steve Grow at Northgate Mall. My son was being very particular, so I spent awhile getting to know Mr. Grow. He made the entire experience enjoyable. This wasnt something I was looking forward to, but after being educated about the products I was confident with our purchase. Its been 3 months now and I am very pleased with the purchase from Ashley and Im glad i was able to spend some time with Mr. Grow. Hes a very enjoyable straight shooter. I made my first and last purchase from Ashley Furniture. The delivery service needs improvement. We were suppose to have received a call before delivery. No call was received. They were at my house and I was at work. The girl said I know you did not get a call but how soon can you be there. Had it not been for a neighbor, we would have no furniture for two to three weeks. All I was asking for was a refund of the delivery charge and request was declined. How do you expect to keep customers with this kind of service. We planned on buying a kitchen table from them, but not now. We will be taking our business elsewhere. As should anyone thinking of buying from Ashley Furniture. They do not care that they inconvenienced my husband, my neighbor and myself. Think twice before you buy from Ashley Furniture. WORST DELIVERY EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!

Onarae Heath is a great salesman! A few months ago I had purchased a dining room set from Ashley Furniture and he was the person that helped me. I found myself back at the same store due to the excellent customer service. This time I purchased 3 tables and a sectional! I planned to just browse, but he helped me find the perfect pieces at great prices!
Never had a problem with them till now. Bad customer service. Would not recommend Springdale store. Ordered sectional on 11/23 and still waiting!! We sold our old furnitures on dec 16th and went a month without one! Had to cancel Christmas, my birthday and New Years party because of all this. Supposed to delivered on dec 18th and took day off, was never delivered and waiting literally all day! You owe me money for taking a day off without PTO. My wife called me and went off on them and tells her January 5th for it to be in and they never called us or anything. So Jan 5th comes, no call from them. She called again. Saying January 8th. When that day came, no phone call again, so we went into store and spoke with a manager at Colerain store. Don’t remember his name. Wife left a review and said corporate will call her within two days and guess what? No phone call!I went today to pick up a piece that was supposed to be delivered yesterday and tells me it won’t be in til tomorrow. All they did was to give me $100 off of my order. Really? Should be a full refund and sofa should be free after dealing with all this!!!! And again, never called us or anything. Big two thumbs down. It’s beeen very frustrating. Never will shop there again!!!! Negative 5 stars here.
Edit: very unsatisfied! the products are very nice and Im sure you can find something for most homes. the service on the other hand is undesirable after waiting till minutes before my 9pm on a friday delivery time I call to ask where my thing might be and was told that I have to wait one more week before I can receive the things that I had orders. when I asked for a refund on my delivery fee I was informed that I cant be refund the total amount even though I have picked up and installed the items myself days later. the companys delivery policy is a scam and i have no problem telling all of my family, friends, colleagues and anyone else who will listen to avoid being ripped off by ashley furniture and morris home **edit:** seven months later i did receive a refund of my delivery fee
Completely disgusted with this store. The customer service is just awful. The salespeople dont know much about their product and the new GM, Megan, is clueless. Ill never shop this store, or any other Ashley Home Store, again. Probably 90% of furniture stores in Cincinnati sell Ashley so we can certainly find it elsewhere, but going to avoid the Ashley brand like the plague if this is their business model.

Just left the Ashley location in the Northgate mall. We made a trip out to the mall specifically to go to your store, entered through the main entrance around 5pm (not the mall entrance), and we went through the entire store ourselves, not an associate in site. As we were getting ready to leave we finally noticed a girl standing behind a counter on her cell phone, not bothering to even acknowledge us. We just moved into a brand new house and were looking to purchase something today.... We ended up leaving after almost a half an hour of not being noticed or helped.
After 4 days of fighting with customer care, the store, and delivery people, Im getting a refund (in 7-10 business days) for the bed frame i ordered. The delivery guys come either 3 hours early or 3 hours late causing me to have to reschedule multiple times and wait 4 days in a row for a delivery that didnt come. And when it finally did, the bedframe was a queen size instead of a king size(thanks to the sales man at this location). I cant afford to take anymore days off of work to wait for this bed frame. Good luck to anyone else who orders from here....
Onarae Heath was very friendly help me find several recliners to choose from as well as took the time to explain the difference between each chair. He made sure that I got the best price possible. He showed me the real meaning of good quality customer service.
George Edmonds was very helpful, respectful and professional. He was able to answer and verify every question I asked. When speaking with him on the phone, he repeatedly kept me updated while I was on hold. If he told me information, he backed it up. If there was conflicting info, he knew what he told me and he made it right. He was a man of his word and I greatly appreciate that. I would recommend George to my family and friends.

My husband and I were looking for a new dining set. After searching numerous stores we finally agreed on one particular dining set from Ashley furniture. We would love to thank our costumer service rep Amanda murray for her excellent service on helping with our decision. She went above and beyond for our satisfactory to help assure us on making this decision. My husband and I would like to personally thank her for all of her hard work and we will be visiting again very very soon!

An amateur delivery issue followed by completely awful customer service to rectify the situation are the reason for the 1 star. This store wasnt concerned with keeping our business and they left us sleeping on the floor for over a week. I was a long time Ashleys customer until I experienced the Northgate Mall store. You couldnt pay me to step foot back into this store after the way my wife and I were treated.
