We had a very tight schedule to get a car for my daughter. Of course, storms hit and delayed our trip to the dealership which further limited our time to shop. The staff was amazing! Lindsay greeted us and even had the car pulled up under the canopy so we could look at it without getting soaked. We negotiated a deal and they were very efficient with getting everything ready so my daughter could get to her scheduled event. In the meantime, my dad’s battery had died and not 1, but 3 people came outside with us in the rain to help us get it started. They went above and beyond with the customer experience! I have purchased two used vehicles from Borcherding Buick in the past two weeks. Both were great experiences and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know! I worked with Lindsay and Jorge and I received outstanding service while looking for just the right cars in our price range.
I had an 8:30 appt. for oil change and tire rotation. A number of customers brought vehicles in after me and got their cars back before me. I checked with service tech around 10:15. He said he was checking with the mechanic because he was told there was a leak around the oil pan. He said they would have to take transmission apart to get to oil pan at a cost of $1,800. I challenged him as there was no oil on my driveway. I dont believe there was an oil leak or that they have to take transmission apart to get to an oil pan. 15 minutes later my truck was ready with no mention of an oil leak in the paperwork. Cant trust the Service Tech or Dealership.
Drop truck off on Wednesday 8am. Chase my service rep was impossible to reach and never return calls. Asked for Service Mgr. To call me, never did. Another stated he would hand deliver my name and number to him. Still no calls. Finally I when up there Monday before closing and put my truck.. The most disrespected I have ever been treated.
Jerry was very helpful and patient with all our questions. He also felt very transparent about pricing which was comforting for a first-time car buyer!
Chris was Amazing from beginning to end. Deal was made and discussed over the phone. I drove 3 1/2 hours to get there and everything was exactly as I had been told. Chris even came in on his day off to finalize the deal. This dealership is a top notch dealership.
The team of Lindsay Crisp (Sales), George (used car Manager, I believe), and David Parker (finance/documents/warranty) did a good job getting the vehicle ready for test drive and ultimate sale. The only negative was the gas tank not being filled upon leaving the dealership. That should be normal procedure, I believe.
After not being satisfied with searching for a car from several Jeep dealers, I searched the internet and found what I was looking for at Borcherding. I received a prompt callback, and appointment to a test drive. Sales manager Ben Skolnick was very professional in quickly arranging for the test drive and answering our questions. Our sales representative Lindsey C. was incredible, personable, and very professional in her handling of the sale. I have never had a better experience from a salesperson.... finally on the video sales signing, David Parker was much like the others we dealt with; professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and personable.I would not hesitate to start my next car search at Borcherding. I had a horrible experience with the purchase of my new SUV it has been two weeks an the Joy I should be experiencing as new car owner I haven’t gotten that yet. My two salesmen weren’t the issue it was when it came to my finalizing my purchase the price I had in writing the financial guy wouldn’t honor it I was told that my sales person should have never given me that price now remember I said earlier that this was in written so during this 5 hour process I was traumatized tears an all even at a point was told twice to come back the next day when my original salesperson would be there it was a nightmare but after 5 hours of this experience we finally was able to come to some resolution. No this is just my experience will never go back nor will I recommend this dealership as I said I cried through this experience an they weren’t tears of joy.

Arrived for our first service since purchasing our new Terrain in July.We were greeted by Amber and quickly checked in. While waiting we enjoyed a cup of coffee in the dealership lounge. The service took about an hour and our car was returned washed and ready to go. It was a pleasant experience.

Everything was great. Just one exception. I thought I would receive in paper form or email as to the results of the entire inspection. ie. Tire inspection wear and tear. Brakes- approx. length of wear and tear on break pads. Turn signals, wipers etc. My wife has an infiniti and when she has her oil changed and inspection, they email me a complete breakdown as far as the status of everything on the car.
I have never like taking a survey. My salesman and all of the staff at this dealership is awesome. I love my new car and learning all that it has to offer.

Our purchase was a great experience. We usually dread car buying because there is so much pressure. Our sales person, Hank Stallings, was wonderful. We gave him detailed information about down payment, options we wanted, approximate credit rating and by the time we were back from our test drive, Hank had all the information. We looked at 7 different makes of the mid-size SUV and decided on the GMC. We will definitely buy from Borcherding again and refer them to others.

Its been a while since I had purchased a new vehicle and I was pleasantly surprised how low pressure and pleasant the experience was. What impressed me was how open and transparent the process was with regards to the pricing/cost. The sales person, Jerry Bittner was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had throughout the process. I also liked the fact that we were not kept there hours filling out paperwork. Having a scheduled time to accept delivery of the car and do the financing worked great. It only took about an hour. It was also nice to receive a follow up text and email from the dealership after the process, just to check that I was pleased with my purchase. All and all, a great experience.
I inquired about the car, said I would be at the dealership in the afternoon the next day, Mike McCready contacted and said he would have the car ready, I showed up, the car was ready, I test drove, I had a trade, they presented me an offer that I had already decided what I was willing to do and that is exactly what they presented me, it was a cash deal, I did 2 test drives and paperwork, in and out in 2 hours. The Quality of service was equal to the exemplar service provided by Hank Stallings when purchasing my Acadia.I have been in the service industry for forty nine years and one might say that I am particular when one may provide service on my property. I can say that the Service was completed on a timely manor with the car washed and a full description of the completed work was on the service report.It was certainly a pleasure working with the Service Advisor, David Bennett. David was very open and listened to my questions and explained in detail the needed work in order to maintain the vehicle and warranties.Upon completion of the work David took the time to discuss the completed work.I will be returning to Borcherding Buick GMC for future service on my Acadia.

Was headed home from Spring Break when we had an issue wit 14 Yukon. Found King using Google and called. They got us in, performed a major repair, and got us back on the road in about 5 hrs. Fantastic service and very friendly.
Salesmen Chris Cleaver was very courtious and not pushy like we have found at other dealers. That is one reason we didnt mind the 45 minute drive. Finance Manager doing the virtual delivery made that part a breeze and saved another 45 minute trip. Would definitely use Kings Buick GMC in the future and recommned it to others.

When me and my spouse visited the dealership in early March 2021, Mike provided the details I needed to know about the used car I was interested in and more importantly, I was given the room to make an informed decision without sales pressure. Beyond the car purchase process, Mike and team saved the day when my spouses Silverado wouldnt start when we were leaving the dealership. The team dropped what they were doing to help jump-start my husbands truck so that we wouldnt have to wait an hour or more for AAA to arrive. This is probably the worst place to buy a car from. Drove two hours to look at a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport red color, they wanted me to buy right away. I looked at it and there was safety issues wrong with it and they didn’t want to fix it unless I wanted to pay extra to fix it. Not to mention that these safety issues were marked off as ok on the 21 point inspection sheet from their own automotive shop.I drove home and didn’t get even 20 minutes away from the dealership and the ac started blowing hot air. And then the check engine light kicked back on. I scanned it at home and it was for the same reason that their mechanic already fixed supposably. Called them up and after being told I was gonna get a call back 4 times I finally got ahold of a district manager or general manager and he said they’d fix it.After them getting the car back a week goes by no word from anyone, they finally tell me it has a bad air compressor and bad catalytic converters, and cause it was more than $1000 they offered me $1000 off or different car or get my money back.Just found out that they listed the same exact car on their lot for the same price and wouldn’t fix it because the rude manager said he’d already wasted $1400 on the car so I doubt he wasted another $1500-$2000 on the car making it not worth it. So sadly whoever buys this car, it has bad problems. Also there’s a clunking in the lower control arm that they failed to mention.This is probably one of the most shady dealerships I’ve ever seen and I’ve ran two automotive shops and my whole family comes from a line of mechanics. I would strongly recommend not buying from these people.Also took two weeks and no check. They had to over night it. If I were you I would not purchase a car with them cause they bandaid it and send it out the door. Do not waste you time here whether it’s to fix your car or purchase a car. Good luck to whoever they sucker into buying the Mitsubishi

Car is having some sort of transmission problem that does not happen all the time. The transmission was checked and nothing was found to be wrong. Which is no suprise being it is intermittant, however we still have a new car that is not right. I drove the car last night and it had issues shifting again
Pete Revelee was my service Advisor. He understood my problem and expedited my repair based on my desires. after repair everything is good.He got back to me when all was finished and I picked up my car same day.

Wish I could give a big fat zero stars. Do not. I repeat do not trust them. They talk big talk about their inspection and how they want to make sure they arent selling junk. They are 100% lying. Bought a car on March 2nd. Engine light came on maybe 10 miles down 71 started hesitating. Called Jay the salesman back immediately, was told we would have to make an appointment with service department and go from there whether they would take care of the repair or not. Didnt bother taking it back we literally just drove off with it we should have been told they would look at it immediately. Took it to tire discounters. It had a misfire on cylinder 3. Needed an ignition coil. They clearly knew something as quick as the engine light came on. It also needed spark plugs still had the originals from 2009. That was more than 500 to fix. Fast forward to Sunday evening the 28th car is hesitating once again and making an unusual noise when turning left. Took it in today to get checked. The brakes and rotors they claim were checked are almost at the end of their life, serpentine belt is shot, back wheel hub is bad,struts need replaced they are completely busted. Oh and most importantly it had little to no oil in it. Car is burning it horribly. No leaks, it literally has burned it. We checked the oil day of purchase and it was fine. We are another 1000 dollars in and we arent even getting the struts taken care of yet. Please do not fall victim. They are not honest. Thank God we got them to work with us on the price because we have spent all the money we saved and more in the 28 days we have owned the car. An to be fair they really didnt work with us on the price. We said this was the amount we had an thats what were spending and the salesman tried to get a attitude. He insulted us about our trade in., said it looked like it had been in a demolition derby,well of course it did after he pulled the bumper free of the clips. (They by the way listed or demolition derby car at 4500 just a few days ago)He said how did we come up with that price. I told him the car wasnt even worth what they were asking for. An apparently the car wasnt even worth what we paid for it. They didnt take our offer til I said I was walking out. Its sad when you cant trust any car lot anymore.

Upon arrival I was speaking with Greg in the Service Dept, who reviewed my past services & explained since my Acadia recently turned over 100,000 miles my car as due for spark plugs, transmission fluid change & some other items. He worked out the best deal & offered me a loaner car so I could go home instead of waiting. I appreciate the information Greg gave me on my Acadia & trust the work from Kings GMC.

I recently had my truck in for service. David was my point of contact. He was a great help during the whole process. I had multiple issues that needed to be addressed. David handled everything like professional. I felt taken care of and well informed the whole time. As mentioned, I had a long list of things to be addressed. When I came to pick up the vehicle I noticed my tires had not been rotated as requested. Mistakes happen.
