I went to Jeff Wyler Nissan of Cincinnati on Colerain on Oct.11, 2021 with prior financing from my bank. I was instructed to go and complete the credit application, and search for my vehicle. I HAD PRIOR FINANCING, and upon completion of the application, Jeff Wyler ran my credit report SEVEN TIMES, when I told them that I already had prior financing. I contacted the salesman, and he put me in touch with Bridgette Imhulse who stated that the inquiries could be removed. Now almost 30days later all of a sudden they can not be removed! I’m furious as this company is a custom to practicing predatory lending, and taking advantage of their customer, then not wanting to fix the issue! DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THESE VULTURES!!

Can’t recommend this place enough! I was car shopping online and found a great deal on a car I wanted. I live 3 hours away so available time to get it was limited, and it ended up being sold before I could get there. Patrick was unbelievable at helping me find something else. He scheduled me to get it a week later, then that one also sold. With the amount of effort Patrick put in, I still drove the 3 hours and trusted he could get me something I loved. He did not disappoint. He worked so hard to get me a vehicle with the specifications I wanted that was also within my budget. He was simply amazing! The financing staff was also super helpful and so friendly. I left with the perfect vehicle for what I needed and feeling like I made new friends. I can’t express my gratitude enough, especially to Patrick!

The work performed was fine however, we were told when we bought the car to make an appointment for a first timefree oil change so we did. After the work was done we were charged $55.00 for this free oil change. When I spoke to the manager named Rich he was very short with me and told me that if the sales person did not give us anything in writing that he would not do anything about it. I will not do business with a business that does not stand up to thier word and that I can not trust. Up until this point we were very happy with the service we got from this location.

My experience was great!! Much better than my experience at the Fairfield location. I knew what the cost of repairs would be ahead of the work being done. I was provided a loaner car since it would take longer than I had anticipated. I was very appreciative of that. Everyone was nice and very courteous. Overall I felt welcomed and valued as a customer.

Not a very good experience. Traveled a good drive to come see a car at this dealership. Ended up purchasing the car but during the finance process I specifically asked them not to run my credit more than once. Of course they pulled multiple times without my permission and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. Very unprofessional.

I bought a used car at the Jeff Wyler used auto in Eastgate and since the beginning I knew I was being robbed but unfortunately still went for it. The strategy to sell cars is shady, including things that are not needed to later eliminating them and getting to the number they want. Two days after buying the car I noticed a noise and took it back to the Jeff Wyler Nissan and they told me it required a repair of over $900!! I took it next door to their used lot and they told me it was just a lube thing, spent an hour on it and gave ti back with no noise. This is again, very shady. Today, I take it to service and after spending some time with the service guy finding my appointment and getting ready to receive the car for an oil change, he notices that I was assigned to another service attendant so he stops everything and I had to wait for the other person to appear...this is ridiculous. I am wondering why I am still sitting here waiting for an oil change for the car.

I was 1/4 mile down road from dealership and called them to advise they had sent me down the road with any lug nuts on front wheel. Told the woman on the phone the situation and she then transferred me to some voice mail. I had to walk back to the dealership service department to alert them and have them come down the road to get my vehicle and install the lug nuts. This type of mistake can cause serious accidents and injury or loss of life.

They Over charge for the simple things..jus needed 3 stripped screws taken off of the ac compressor and said they couldnt do it and would be 1900 to put a whole new compressor on when it was jus the ac clutch that was bad..smh a 30 dollar part on amazon..I jus needed the stripped screw out

Jeff Wyler Nissan of Cincinnati is the worst car dealership Ive ever bought a car from. If I could return the car I would. They are extremely shady and a bunch of liars! Do not trust anything they say. We were there until 11:00 pm because they only had 1 finance guy who was extremely slow! We were there at 7:00. Once we bought the car, we realized things were wrong with it! We were able to take it to their service department, but I dont believe they did anything! Then to top it off, they stole our floor mats and the manager wont do anything about it! DO NOT BUY FROM This PLACE!

Had a issue with my “smart key” not working. Spoke on the phone about issue & was told the problem probably was the battery in the intelligent key system, which it was. Great sales experience. Rarely does an important decision like purchasing a vehicle go without issues. I did have a couple of issues during the purchasing process after I arrived to close the deal however Jeff Wyler Nissan in good faith made it right by offering concessions. They could have just as easily said “we’ll sell this car the next person in line” but they didn’t . They really wanted to make the situation right and they did even though they didn’t have to. Thanks for the great experience . Ask for Mike Wiltzius !!

I’m not crazy about the practice of adding on additional costs without full disclosure ( inside coating) - I specifically asked about this and was told it had already been applied in the factory and this was simply untrue. Since my partner’s (Barry G.) review was dismissed I’m sharing our unsatisfactory experience purchasing his 2005 Lexus GX470 from Jeff Wyler Nissan. What should’ve been an easy sale for the company turned into a series of bad experiences. He knew the exact vehicle he wanted to purchase and was willing to pay the above blue book price and the ridiculous $1,500 add on fee. He just needed the vehicle transferred from Jeff Wyler Clarksville to Jeff Wyler Nissan in Cincinnati, something that this company advertises as a simple option to customers.He contacted the dealership on 5/10/20 and unfortunately spoke to Joey in the sales department, who never seemed interested in the customer’s experience, we were an inconvenience and he blew Barry off multiple times. After going to the dealership and talking to Joey, getting the credit application completed and approved, Joey said he’d get in touch with Clarksville and get the vehicle transferred to the Cincinnati dealership. He said it would be a day or two... this turns into a week long ordeal of Joey saying the vehicle will come the next day and then the next, lots of promises of delivery that were unmet, a lot of disappointment! All Joey had to do was be upfront and honest, explain that it would take a few days. Not tell us information that wasn’t true and blame the other dealership for the delay.The vehicle finally arrives at the dealership on 5/17/20. We were so excited and rush off to pick it up. As Barry is signing the financial documents, I ask about the $1,500 add on fee for (pulse brake lights $599, “premium” oil additives $399 and the $399 Covid sanitation). We thought since we were called to pick up the vehicle that this was already done, it wasn’t! If we wouldn’t have asked they would’ve let us take it home without performing these useless and overpriced services. I had to bring the vehicle back for these services to get completed. I brought the vehicle back on 5/28/20. I assumed Joey had told the service department that none of the add ons were completed. Mike from service takes the vehicle back and I asked that all three services would get done and he said yes. When I get the vehicle back 30 mins later, pulse brake lights was completed but I ask about the additives and Covid cleaning because nothing was wiped down or cleaned. I was told by Mike that it was done at the other dealership. We were specifically told that none of the add ons were done in Clarksville by Joey. And the vehicle was clearly not sanitized and cleaned. So my partner paid $1,500 for these unneeded add ons and two didn’t happen (no additives or Covid cleaning, a service he was charged $798 for). I felt like Mike didn’t listen to me and I was being blown off and lied to.To make matters worse, a few weeks later Joey texts Barry to tell him he urgently needs to sign some of the financial paperwork due to a missed signature. My partner gives him his work address and Joey was supposed to contact him to confirm when he was stopping by for the signature. He never heard another word from Joey so who knows what happened and if his signature was forged or not.What should’ve been an easy buying experience was an utter nightmare. This company doesn’t value customers and I’m shocked at how every aspect of this purchase had problems. Thankful that the vehicle is in great condition but we’ll never buy another car from Jeff Wyler.

Recently made my first purchase with the Jeff Wyler family. They seem to price their vehicles fairly. The staff were friendly and professional. I would have given a five star rating, but I did not appreciate them trying to get us to pay almost $1000.00 for disinfecting the vehicle, fluid additives and a blinking tail light. These all seem to be the cost of being in the car selling business and shouldnt be on the customer to pony up. Luckily we were able to negotiate those items out of the deal.

I hate car shopping!! There was no pressure, no haggling. We found a particular car we were interested in. Set up an appointment, he had it pulled up and waiting for us. We will not be purchasing another vehicle from a Wyler dealership again! My daughter found the vehicle she wanted online. We made the 100 mile trip to look at the vehicle. The car looked good, the price was right, then we ran the numbers. When we were told the Wyler Care Option (whatever its called) was actually not an option and it was an additional $995 non negotiable, I should have walked! We were told by the salesman that this cost was posted in the dealerships website. It must be in the very fine print because I have yet to find it. After receiving bad advice from the finance guy regarding the title, we had to drive back the next day to wait well over an hour to redo the loan and title paperwork.

Buyer Warning - Be careful with this dealership. They list a used car for $9,995 and I was interested. Then they changed the price and said it’s know $10,782. Sales rep told me in a text that’s normal for them to raise prices. I have both listing saved. Total shame the way they try to scam people.

Forced to purchase add ons that were unneeded and way overpriced. None of which were on the car when I picked it up. Had this vehicle transferred from another Wyler dealership, as the website says that this is a feature that they offer. This proved to be very difficult for them. Took about a week to get a car that was an hour and a half away. Wouldnt have been an issue if they just told me that it would be a week. But no, just got a different excuse every day. If I didnt really want that specific vehicle, I would have walked away. The vehicle is great, no issues there.Edit after owners response: So no words about the ad ons not being on the vehicle? And your salesman texted me telling me that he forgot to have me sign something? He never came and got my signature. What was that about?

Im only writing this because I dont think the $1400 fee they add to the total finance price is fair. I went in to look at a 2007 Lexus ES for $8,400. The lady who helped me was very pleasant. She made sure I was comfortable and didnt pressure me to do anything. The customer service was really outstanding. They broke down all of the details of the fees and charges that was going to be added to the final price. Well one fee was the $1400 accessories fee for making sure the car is in working condition for the consumer. She said they were required by law to make sure the car is in working condition before they can sell it. So that is what the $1400 accessories fee is for. Why should the consumer have to pay to make sure the car is in working condition before they sell their car? Its like you have to pay a 1400 repair bill before you any buy the car. Lets say you had an apple phone that you wanted to sell but you had to get it repaired because the state requires that the phone had to be in good working condition before you could sell it. That is my responsibility and not the consumer.

My son just purchased his first car, which I understand it was used, but to give a customer a vehicle that has not been properly sanitized or detailed especially during covid is really messed up. Im just shocked this is the type of service he received. It took Jamaican Plug another sales person to rectify the situation.

Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately I had two younger children with me but the wait was very well short of what I expected! There was also hot chocolate in the waiting area for the kids, which they loved!

Staff was very friendly. Went over everything they were doing to service my car. Didn’t try to upsell me a bunch of services I didn’t need. Really liked that they had a place where I could work remotely since I had an appointment during the day.

We contacted Jeff Wyler late on a Tuesday night after business hours regarding two cars in their inventory. To our surprise Tyrone responded to our message almost immediately and we scheduled a time the next day to come on and test drive the car. When we arrived they were ready for our test drive. They car purchasing process was relatively painless and although we had to return the next day to finish the process (due to our schedules) Tyrone came in on his day off to finish the transaction. The entire staff was friendly and good to deal with.

I really appreciate them “helping” me get my license plate by giving me the wrong application, and effectively costing me about $100 trying to get my plates. Oh, and the check engine light that magically appeared a few days after I bought the car.

I had a great experience with Jeff Wyler Nissan. Tiffany kept me well informed about the whole repair process and the pricing was very reasonable. They provided me with a rental car while my repairs were being done which allowed me to have a stress free experience and now my car is running great!
