Never can get ahold of a manager!!! So don’t ever expect for any issues to be resolved. My husband purchased a TC from them, the day he purchased it I noticed a odd break noise. He immediately took it back to the salesman, Jordan. He said he took it up to Tires discounter and it was new break rub??? Well that couldn’t of been since he was gone less the 10 minutes. Tire discounters couldn’t have looked at it that quick. Well in the two months he first had the TC he had to take it back 3 more times. Then finally was told to take it to the kings auto mall location they literally had it over a month calling them selves fixing it . Well he’s only now had it a little over three months and he broke down on the side of the road! Are you kidding me this is so aggravating. That they literally just want money and could careless they are ripping off good hard working people!

STAY AWAY. Salesman committed fraud. Listed the car as having one owner, supposedly an old lady who was the best friend of his moms. Gave me a long pretty story about how she did regular maintenance and oil changes every 3k. After purchasing the car, I found documents that show the 2011 Jeep Compass was purchased out of state in 2018. And who knows how many times before that. Ive had it for a month and it has had a list of issues. Total lemon. Im reporting this salesman and company to the state.

The dealership as far as Im concerned on the exterior and interior are clean . But Im not sure if its well managed as far as the surrounding. They need to include some gates or fences . Because Ive heard people have been known to rob parts there . Such as when my catalytic converter for stolen off my Honda years ago. But they do provide excellent customer service.

They are fair. Theyre very firm about haggle-free pricing when it comes to working with them directly but price their vehicles appropriately with KBB listed values. Obeying the long list of requirements to their service plan they automatically sign you up for without mentioning anything; then saying interest rate or payment would not change if I opted out on the last few pages to be signed; is going to be proven over time and earn the 5th star in my opinion. I dont like surprises. The sales team is overall easy going personalities but not great with communicating though as my original sales rep never sent an email reply where I would have sent over 5 and got voicemail at least 3 times before he went on vacation so I found out the next day... Its a sellers market right now and if you NEED a car, theyll take care of you fairly and so far, Im happy with my new used car. 🙂

I actually did not want to leave a review, but today was definitely the last straw.I purchased a 2016 Silverado about 3-4 weeks ago at McCluskey, and the customer care was in fact pretty good in terms of getting the car financed and delivered on schedule. However here are all of the issues weve had on a car that cost almost 40K:-Wheel shaft had to be replaced-tires and car was out of alignment-ball joint in the truck had to be replacedand today on 04/27/2016: the truck battery is dead!So my recommendation to you and whoever purchases a used car from them, is : TAKE YOUR MACHANIC TO PURCHASE THE VEHICLE WITH YOU, TAKE IT FOR AN INSPECTION BEFORE YOU PURCHASE THE VEHICLE, AND DO THAT WITH ALL OF THEIR VEHICLES TO INSURE THEY ARE SAFE AND EQUIPPED TO BE DRIVEN.THEIR DEALERSHIPS INSPECTION APPARENTLY DOES NOT CHECK WHAT THEY SHOULD BE VERYFYING ON VEHICLES.What the dealership took care of :-tires-wheel shaft replacement-alignmentWhat I have had to take care of after $3,500 down payment:--4 new brakes-ball joint replacement-new batteryadditional total: $3,200.00So the conclusion is:What if I didnt make $120,000 a year? therefore, be careful when you purchase their used vehicles.

I went to Mcclusky Chevrolet to buy a used car. I put down a deposit so they would hold a car for me until I made up my mind about it. It was a refundable deposit. Thats what I was told. I changed my mind about the car and requested my deposit back. The sales person that took that deposit has been telling me for 3 weeks that he made a request for my deposit refund. I have still not received my deposit! If they cant seem to give me back my $100.00 why would I ever go to them to ever buy a car. New or used. Dont trust these people!

I was referred to this dealership by a friend after I finally made the decision to purchase a new vehicle. The salesman I had was awesome. He was very forthcoming, honest about the vehicle and what would work for me payment wise. I chose the car I wanted to purchase, signed the papers and was told I could come back the next day to pick it up because they had to service it, put thru a safety inspection, and fill the gas tank up. I came back the next day at the time I said I would be there and I had to wait an hour more because they werent finished with it. They finally get there with the car and it was not detailed, it had a fourth of a tank of gas in it, there wasnt a sticker showing that the oil change had been done, and my horn wasnt working. If they would have done a safety inspection, they would have known the horn wasnt working, which is a safety issue because every car has to have a horn. I was treated like my business didnt matter or wasnt important. Very very unprofessional people. If they treat their customers like this, then I dont know how theyre still in business.

It took 3 times to get my buddys truck repaired properly in the body shop.

Went in to see a gmc yukon that was listed. Upon arrival we where told oh it was sold 2 days ago. Yet the vehicle was still listed that was until we requested it. They did not even take the time to try and sell us anything else or apologize for their mistake. Will not return nor suggest this place ever! My money is better of spent somewhere were they make right and retain their business. Guest service is key especially if your living on commission.

I recently visited this location one Saturday evening AFTER being redirected from the Reading Road location. I was specifically told over the phone a proper time to schedule a showing for my vehicle, and was informed upon arrival that I had come later than convenient for them. After presenting my vehicle to this location, I was left in an office for quite a while. After my wait, an associate came back with an offer for my vehicle worth less than 20% of the estimated Kelley Blue Book value, priced accordingly. They had previously called and texted me for weeks on buying my vehicle. Overall, it felt as though I was being rushed out the door simply because staff wanted to leave.

This dealership is completely unprofessional. They pulled my credit report three times without my permission to do so. We will go to another dealership within Cincinnati, one that has integrity and better customer service. Please beware of this dealership!!!!!! They are not transparent, courteous or respectful of customers!!!! I will be reporting them to the BBB as well for the credit inquires they pulled without my permission. I would give zero stars if possible.Look at the reviews before going to this lot. They speak for themselves. Very mixed. There are plenty of dealerships in Cincinnati with better reviews, better customer service, and that actually have prices and information listed on the cars on the lot. I bought a Suv from here. Didnt make it 24 hrs but what it started pouring out Black Smoke..didnt want to shift gears...couldnt get it over 40 mph then started sputting..I bought this car as is...and paid cash...The next Day they decided to put me in a different car. This car has some issues as well..but I can fix these issues so Im going to take this as a lesson learned and I wont be coming back to McCluskey in the future or recommeding this lot to anyone...I have a rather large family..we buy cars every 2 to 3 years..* I am looking for a truck now to buy out right as well. I myself have 7 children..all which will need cars soon as they get to that age...I wont be returning. I did have a super nice sales guy..Mr Darius Graham..* I felt like I could trust him. I dont think he knew that either car would do this...but who knows....I sure hope not. I wouldnt go to this lot..buying a car is stressful enough. I came in for an oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection. It normally takes about an hour based on my previous visits for the same service but it took much longer than normal. The customer service you provide is awesome but I thought my visit today was longer than anticipated .

The Service Department always does an amazing job on my vehicles - I am really glad to have the opportunity to have our vehicles serviced there. My total bill is 59.95 - and for full synthetic oil that is crazy cheap, I went to Valvoline recently and my bill for the exact same thing was double that. McCluskey washes my car while I am there, and that is just icing on the cake!

Most horrible customer service experience Ive ever encountered. Walked into the service center for an oil change and left with my exhaust falling off! I called the office back about this issue (and naturally I was more than a little upset) because I genuinely believe that they did something during their inspection to cause this (my car had been fine up to this point). The agent I spoke with, Terrence Turner, was incredibly rude and hung up on me. I then called his manager, Tim, and reported the incident. I had my car towed back to the service center where I spoke with Kelly about the problem. She told me that my car had a massive leak and that my car was loud because of a bad exhaust. First off, I think I would notice my car leaking fluid considering I park in the same darn place every day. Secondly, I drive the car everyday, I know what my car feels like and what my car sounds like and MY CAR WAS NOT LOUD! And thirdly, IF my exhaust was damaged and leaking WHY wasnt I made aware of this BEFORE I left the first time! I was still very frustrated, but I said to go ahead and look at it. Terrence then came into the office and I turned to him and told him that hanging up on people does not help the situation and not to ever hang up on me again when I call about an issue (I didnt yell and was doing my best to stay calm). In return, he got very nasty with me, saying things like Child, please (Im going on 30, hardly a child!) and to stop talking to him. This did not help at all and we got into an argument in the office. Kelly then steps in and tells me to get out like the issue was my fault and refused to have my car looked at. I did not leave, I sat right down in the office and called Tim again and told him what was going on. He then spoke with Kelly and told her to have my car looked at and give me an estimate. Even after getting the car estimate I left, I will NEVER allow those people to put another hand on my car. The most unprofessional group of people ever and I will never do business with them again.

Bought a 2015 Chevy trax, two weeks after purchasing the vehicle the engine light came on had it checked out came back a knock sensure failure brakes failed causing the vehicle jumping a curb and hitting a building now we have a wobble and the AC doesnt work they came and picked it up on Friday and returned it on Monday and said it was fixed and it is not fixed.I will not recommend this carlot to anyone!

Yeah it’s a great place to buy a car but when I refer people here and don’t get the referral bonus for god knows why, it shows lack of appreciation, lack of commitment. It’s been over a month now since I referred someone to this place and I’ve jumped through every hoop they asked of me to get the referral bonus but yet still no bonus.. when I bought my truck there were all for me referring people to them but when they don’t stand behind there promise it’s quite disturbing. They were very busy and i showed up very early for my apt. But they were able to get me in sooner than my scheduled apt. Washed my car for me. However the inside of my car didnt look vacuumed. Otherwise great service.

The Mason location is nice. Staff is very courteous and they are really fast with the basics (oil change, tires, etc). Beverages and snacks are available and the showroom floor is right next to the lounge.

Took it into the service department and they said everything was fine, Less than 3 months later my timing chain is broken, and fried the motor. They advised me to let my car get repossessed and they’ll get me into a new car!!! WHAT?! A BUSINESS MANAGER told me to let my car get repo’d and they’ll get me into something newer?? This is the kind of business they do, slide, shady and straight unprofessional and unfair to the working class.

Great place and very good customer service. They also have offices of major insurance companies, such as Geico and State Farm, within the facility where customers can get their insurance taken care of when buying a vehicle. The place is visible from I-75 N, but it gets a little complicated when trying to get there from the Interstate.

Took my truck to get the oil change and tires rotated . Just bought a new 2017 Equinox from them. They are so nice of people that works there. They treated me great. Will always give them my business.

We went here and nobody came up to help us. We had to ask for a salesperson and when one came to us we asked for help on finding a used vehicle, he pointed in the direction and said prices were on the vehicles, then told us to come back in when we were ready and proceeded to walk back inside. Mind you it was cold outside but my husband and I and our kids walked around for quite a while, all the prices on there vehicles were outrageous for used cars. Needless to say we left and drove up the street to the duke automotive as soon as we pulled into their lot a salesman came out to help us and we were able to get a better vehicle in our price range. So a huge shout out to them.
