This was 100% the worst customer service I could have received. When I expresses my concern to the sales manager he told me that I can have my deposit back and they dont need my business. The car itself ended up being fine. But I would NEVER recommend anyone to buy a car from them.
Was very skeptical about the reviews but I had Charity as my sales lady!! She was amazing, very honest and so helpful!! She definitely a great sales lady! Very knowledgeable. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase!! Thank you
Buyer Beware! The first car we test drove here they actually sent us out with the gas light on and the tire pressure warning light on. Liked the 2nd car we looked at, but pay close attention to the numbers that this dealer puts through for financing. They tried to bury several thousand dollars in the monthly payment by not sharing the break down. When I called them on it and asked for the break down the Sales Manager got an attitude and just said my credit was bad (which it isnt) and wouldnt share the bank offer with me. As I left he actually made a snide comment about bringing my credit score down. Avoid this slimy car lot.
Had great experience they went above what I was exspecting
Charity was great!! Shes so helpful. Very kind . I can tell she is a hard worker!!! And she always stayed in contact made sure I was up to date on everything I needed to know. She is honest. I couldnt ask for a better sales lady. Ask for her when you go in. Shes super helpful and Sweet! Hard working lady!! I appreciate that!!!
Was sold a F-150 that had no fuel in it when they gave it to me wasnt detailed at a hole in the tire with Fix-A-Flat. Hands down probably the worst experience buying a vehicle.
Purchased a hybrid from them with an NVP warranty. Was advised at point of sale that the hybrid battery was covered and the warranty would cover wear and tear. They either lied or were incompetent because the warranty unfortunately covers neither. Ive now paid over $4k out of pocket on the car I wouldnt have purchased from them had I known the warranty wasnt as they claimed it to be at sale.Edit: the owner is doing a rubber stamp apology, copying, and pasting the same empathy statement with contact information to a manager of whom Ive attempted to contact several times before posting this review to never be called back in return.Bottom line is, you own a car dealership, and I own giant paper weight that hasnt worked since April 2021. I bought the car as-is and took the risk with you guys. Its a mistake I regret and wont make twice. But dont give your rubber stamp apology while pretending you can empathize with being a father and husband with four children and now one working car in the household.Edit 2:I did read it. All that as provided at the point of sale regarding the warranty was a pamphlet with a list of items covered by NVP. Asked if the hybrid battery was covered, your sales folks said yes. An honest business would at least admit they werent sure, lets call NVP to help the customer ensure they are making a decision with peace of mind. Had that been done and we confirmed the battery wasnt covered, we likely would have purchased one of the other two vehicles on your lot we were interested in that were not hybrids. To be clear, I understand the vehicle was purchased as-is. I knew before signing anything we needed new tires, air ride suspension, and an oil change. I also knew from reading the warranty information that none of that was covered but that didnt concern me as I could do the work myself. I was misled that a $3000 hybrid battery was covered under the warranty when in fact it isnt.Make all the excuses you like, your business was garbage that day. Maybe it gets better and I hope it does so this doesnt happen to anyone else but I wont allow you to misrepresent the truth of our transaction. Be especially careful when buying here.
Walked in, and walked right back out after realizing how this place operates.
If I could rate zero, I would. Sold me a car that needs spark plugs replaced, o2 sensors replaced, gets stuck in second gear, engine misfiring, ECM needs reprogrammed, brake fluid was nearly empty. The car won’t go passed 40mph and if you try to the check engine light blinks and tries to die on you. I have a two year old son and drive to a different state daily for work, I can’t afford to be paying for a car that I’m too scared to drive. All I want is the car fixed or my money. Definitely don’t want a different car from them because at least with this one I know what’s wrong with it. It’s a beautiful car but it’s nowhere near reliable.
Stole thousands of dollars. Sold us a broken car
They do nothing but lie. Drove 150 miles after calling with what we wanted to pay. Lie 1 will be able to do that. Ask any accidents no lie 2 carfax said one but we went ahead anyway we will fix whats wrong. leave it here. As there for 6 days call it will be ready lie3 got there ithey must have to move some cars to get it lie 4 walked thru service deptIts on the rack so lie 5 he was supposed to have it alined which im sure is not happening. Good luck if you buy her asked if sensor and the thing that holds hood up was fixed yes they said lie 6 nothing but the tire changed which we paid for
I drove from Nashville to this dealership with the impression this car was solid. The exterior pictures was incredibly complementary of the vehicle. They are misleading from the interior of the car. For starters a ripped front passenger seat that was sew together then covered with liquid patch. It looked like a Frankenstein surgery gone bad. Then the head rest same side, the air vent on head rest was ripped and was a hole. A great place to store coins, socks, etc, you get the picture. Then, the passenger driver rear seat had rust marks stained on the leather, what appeared to be from a five gallon bucket in diameter. Lets not forget the interior driverside top that was dangling, and the volume knob of the radio didnt work. Any how, you get the picture. Charity could have told me of these issues prior to me driving four hours to be completely disappointed. She was deceptive, and not a valued representative for this company, which Im sure values their reputation. Asking the right questions doesnt always mean you get the truth.
Staff is very helpful
Beware of all the recent bought reviews. The reviews are very generic in nature, some accounts have done reviews of iAuto, Superior Auto Exchange, and Triumph of Cincinnati which are all at the same address. If you read through the reviews that are detailed, you will see a pattern of adding $2000 warranties, not fixing problems they say they will, and not sending titles to buyers.
Only 2 stars because Jasmine and James were great. Otherwise itd be 1 star. Went in to look at a used prius with fairly low miles. I had to get a greyhound over because Im actually from Indiana. Multiple issues with it which caused me to be hesitant to purchase. Whole passenger side had a gouge down it like it was dragged on a pole, scratches everywhere and one area had metal pieces glued on and painted. Major mechanical defects like bald tires and after taking it to toyota and paying for the inspection they told me all the rotors were rotting with rust and a tire pressure sensor was bad. All said and done the mechanical stuff was about 1300 to 1500 to fix. I asked jasmine if we could arrange a cheaper price based on the numerous problems. She said she had to talk to her sales manager. This guy was pure arrogance, most likely his daddy got him the job because he was instantly got an attitude and all but stuck his nose up at me. He said he doesnt negotiation prices often and only time he has is when the cars are 60k and even then its only 300 dollars. He proceeds to offer me 250 dollars off but then tacked on hundreds in fees for stupid stuff like detailing. I walked so fast and bought this beautiful car for 800 dollars more with half the miles! And the guys at #1 cochran in Pittsburgh are the best. Its worth going a little ways for people who treat you with respect!
Be careful. There was a hidden $2,000 mandatory charge for drive train warranty after I was emotionally depletedby waiting on them for almost 3 hours to complete paperwork and get in front of financial person to sign paperwork.I purchased a vehicle from them more than 3 months ago and I still do not have the title. I have been driving around on expired plates now for over 2 months. After calling them more than 12 times asking for a replacement or the original, I still do not have it.They said the owners wife is the title clerk, but I have never been able to get them to connect me to this person. Multiple times they have promises that it has been processed or is in the mail.I cant get a straight answer, and I am starting to wonder if this car was stolen. The staff is friendly, but full of hollow promises.
I purchased a vehicle outright from the Superior Auto Exchange Dealership located at 3251 Highland Ave. in Cincinnati Ohio. On July 3, 2020 I paid for the title and was told it would be mailed to me however to no avail to this date August 12, 2020. I contacted the business on numerous occasions and advised them of the upcoming expiration date of my temporary tags. The employees reiterated to me that the title was sent via postal mail. After forty two days from purchase date, I spoke with co-owner, (Jesse), who advised me that I needed to go to the BMV and purchase a title. I asked for a refund of my title purchase from the the dealership which he said he would not allow. I then requested the co-owners contact information when Jesse stated, it is none of your business before rudely hanging up the phone call.
Great business super helpful and super recourse-full. Everything handled in a timely manner, as well they kept me as a priority!
Buyers beware and be very careful! The salespeople and manager talk a good game and are well-scripted to deflect any issues. We were in the market to purchase a used vehicle for our son. During the visit to see the car, salesperson verbally shared that the car had a minor issue with the exhaust (told it needed a patch). We purchased the car and upon having it checked by our local dealership, the estimated expense for repairs included a new exhaust and, possibly, a catalytic converter that totaled more than what we paid for the car. Not even 72 hours went by when we called the dealership to share the various necessary repairs and asked for an even exchange for a new vehicle. Dealership offered us one third of what we paid 72 hours later! Shame on us for buying the car as is. Tough lesson to learn but this dealership has no desire to do the right thing by way of the customer. I could not get returned phone calls, was given passive responses and treated with disregard. Please learn from our mistakes. Have the vehicle checked by a reputable mechanic before purchasing and do not trust the salesperson when vaguely responding to questions. We ended up having the car checked by yet another trusted mechanic who diagnosed the need for a new transmission; in his words its criminal that they put your son in this car.
A terrible place to buy a vehicle from. Bought a truck from them only for the transmission to go out the next day. Sold us a warranty for it when we bought it only for the warranty company to not want to fix it. Car lot only wants to send us to one of their mechanics that they use for a discounted rate that we still have to pay for. Don’t expect to talk to the owner because they say the owner doesn’t talk to customers. Poorly ran business.
Bought my mustang gt from here a few months ago, and it has been an amazing car. Especially considering its a 2000. The car doesn’t have a single miss till this very day. Just had to do the regular maintenance so far and I’m very pleased with my purchase. Not a spec of rust anywhere, and everything works as it should.
Thank you for the new truck!
BEWARE BEWARE BEWARESCAM SCAM SCAMWas selling my vehicle and a man (Jesse) said he wanted to purchase it for his little brother. I went out of my way thinking it was for a young kid and drove it to him, was going to sell it to him for less, and I show up and the man was trying to purchase it for his DEALERSHIP. Then proceeded to get in my face. Completely ILLEGAL. IMMORAL to act the way HE DID. Completely wrong all together. I am baffled that we had to deal with this at a public establishment, not to mention by someone who WORKS there and had me come out of my way to try to help out a little brother who doesnt even exist.
Bought my 2011 Cadillac STS from here and its absolutely amazing. Check them out for sure!
Bought a 2010 F-150 from them. They spent an extra week checking out the issues I had concerns with. Got it home and old starter (not their fault) went out. Company paid half when they could have paid none!
This place is cool, they move alot of cars so dont wait on your decision to long.
I bought a car about a year ago now and it has been one of the most reliable cars I’ve ever owned. I think the sales person who helped me was Danny and he did just such a fantastic job assisting me to find the perfect vehicle. I’d highly recommend buying a car from here.
Based on Internet pictures we put a vehicle on hold putting $300 down when we got to the dealership the vehicle had been wrecked and re-sprayed the dealership said the Carfax showed one accident however both sides had been re-sprayed leading me to believe there was more than one accident. dealership refused to refund any of the $300. My compliments to the photographer because these pictures looked amazing. this was going to be my forever vehicle we were sadly disappointed. Knocking from the front end while test driving truck salesman agreed but did nothing. Overspray on spare tire and on frame. These guys couldn’t even take all of the tape off of the door jams and Antenna. I’m not a mechanic but I know a lemon when I see one. $300 is nothing but a well learned lesson. We also spent $800. In airfare to get to Ohio. This dealership is very deceiving and untrustworthy. Don’t get taken!
Terrible Experience !!! Stay Away people from this place, they will try to SCAM you!Over the phone salesman said that the truck is in perfect condtion in and out, it was listed 5-6k lower then market value, I drove 11 hours to see the truck, once i Arrived i found out about hail damage and oil leak from the engine ! They didnt even want it to lift truck to see where the leak is coming from, The salesman that Ive spoke over the phone left 1 hr after my arrival because he was ashamed, once i spoke with company manager he explained that this was their new salesman that tried to do Quick SALE and didnt checked the condition of the truck on top of that he wasted 2 days worth of my TIME!VERY DISHONEST COMPANY AND VERY UNPROFESIONALFrom the bottom of my heart, STAY AWAY !Thanks everyone for reading this review and one more message to this company that we say in my country A LIE HAS ALWAYS SHORT LEGS
This place is a total joke. If you are viewing pictures of their automobiles online do not expect to see that when you get there. I was looking for a truck there was zero rust in the pics they had listed and even called to verify the trucks were as rust free as they looked online. He literally said I’m looking at it now and don’t see any. Before I even made it into the lot I seen the truck and was like there is no way . False advertising for no reason
Purchased 2 cars here in the same week. The process was so smooth, and I ended up with a better deal on my ideal car than I thought I could ever get! I appreciate the late hours of operation too
Incredibly impressed by my experience at superior automotive exchange. I didnt feel like I was pressured into making any decision and the staff respected my input. This is the gold standard of car sales people!
Terrible company! the car they sold me had so many problems my finance company didnt even want to close the deal. I returned the car and they removed a restocking fee and gave me a portion of my deposit back. The next day they called me and said they did a stop pay on the check and all i could do was get another car from them. I have the voicemail that they left saying this information! so sad what a company will do to just make a dollar!
They treated their customers very well. Each of the gentlemen were attentive and listened to their customers every concern, whether valid or not. They are very well versed in the neutral answer and do provide great recommendations. If you are looking for a decent used vehicle without breaking the bank, I would suggest checking them out.
Went to Superior Auto Exchange looking for a first car for my daughter. Danny was so professional and kind! He helped her to find a car she loved at a price I loved! Highly recommend.
Visited location after traveling an hour to test drive Dodge Charger R/T silver in hopes of purchasing it. Stood by the car for 15 minutes while two guys laid back in there office chairs and another guy walked the lot, on the phone while completely ignoring my presence. After 20 minutes of standing there, no one ever came out to greet me. I don’t know if my skin color was a problem (black), but I left the lot without even as much as a test drive. Don’t waste your time or money shopping here.
Dont come here you will get robbed! Facts! They sold me a lemon and didnt even have the car for 24hrs only. Had brought the car back in 15hrs and they told me they would trade it in for $1, 000 and I gave $8, 000 payed out the car. ROBBED!!! Found out the transmission was bad and they sent me to a recommended place that it would be discounted because of them. That was a lie and when I payed additional$3, 000 for new transmissions. The one they pulled out of the car I bought from this lot was not the original transmission the guy from the transmission shop that worked on my car told me take pictures that the transmission came from a junk yard. Please beware! I wish I could make a comment with no stars.
Great place with friendly staff! Danny Fair was an excellent help in deciding what car was the right fit for me. I highly recommend working with him.
This place is a scam. Threaten photographers to photoshop rust, scratches, damage etc, otherwise terminate them. Salesmen are ex felons and try to harm you. This is a STAY AWAY dealership
I want to start with saying they made purchasing this truck easy. I scheduled an appointment and they had the truck pulled up front when I got there. The test drive went well and the truck looked just as good as it did in the pictures. I originally wanted to go through my bank to get the financing. They looked up the rates based on my credit and beat my banks interest rate by 2 percent. I am happy I shopped here and will recommend them to all of my family and friends. Thanks again Guys!
Jasmine is an incredible saleswoman. She’s knowledgeable about each car and the inventory and has answers to every question I asked. If you shop for a car here, ask for Jasmine! She will steer you in the right direction :)
Just bought a gmc truck here, great experience overall. The truck has no issues and it’s in great shape! Thanks Danny for your help with the purchase.
Bought my truck from here a few months ago. Great service from the sales team. I’ll be coming back here to buy my sons first car. I trust the reliability of their cars for my family.
My daughter and I recently went car shopping for college. And we had the pleasant experience of stopping in and shopping at Superior Auto Exchange. We had never been to a wholesaler before and honestly didnt know what to expect. But the staff was overly friendly and the vehicles were very clean and priced extremely cheap. After comparing a few different vehicles we decided on a Camry, and are super happy with our purchase.
Grossly misrepresents vehicle conditions. Untrustworthy and a complete waste of time. Go elsewhere.
Absolutely horrible service. My sister bought a car this week, it broke down TWICE on way home from dealership. Then when they drove the car to her they damaged the car when they parked. Within a couple of days and without driving anywhere but the mechanic, she is facing $900 in repairs already. They will not return her calls or offer her decent service or responsibility for their vehicles. Beware.
Worst experience Ive ever had. Told I couldnt get financed unless I did a 48 month loan at a high interest rate and a big down payment. The next weekend I went to a different dealership and no problem getting a loan and a truck
Great sales staff, amazing cars, and best price around. They go above and beyond to get you in the perfect car. If you are looking for a new car this is your place. If they dont have what you are looking for they will find it for you.
Scamer, Dont shop or buy from them terrible experience.
Very informative and willing to negotiate. Fantastic customer service. Have recommended to all friends and family.
Very big selection of cars in a great price range! They have a Hummer I’ve been thinking about purchasing. Danny on the sales staff is a big help.
Friendly staff, reasonable pricing
If you desire honesty and integrity don’t shop here! I was quoted a really good price on a car, came back the next morning was given the same price, while on my way to the bank the manager called and raised the price. Said that his team made a mistake. I ended up paying more for the car than what was quoted. I also paid “IAuto” for my tags & title fees and was told my title would be mailed out. It never came. after several calls and two trips to the dealership 45 days later I was told by the same manager I wasn’t the only one that didn’t get their title and that I should go to the BMV and pay for a replacement title. I said even though I’ve already paid you for it? The manager offered me the option to sign a power of attorney and they would file for me another title, but it would take several weeks. At this point I decided I would never visit IAuto again.
This place is great. Great deal and wants to work with you. Great guy Id buy my next car from here also.
The business manager added $2000 for a warranty and $800 for GAP insurance without asking or telling me about them. I caught that during paperwork review and declined. He printed new paperwork and accidentally increased the price of the car by $700. I caught that also and finally got the car for the agreed upon price. The dealership refused to send my title to me, well after the 30 days required by Ohio law. The last phone call I made to them I was hung up on.I had to drive 90 minutes to Cinci to get a duplicate title from the BMV myself before the temp tag expired 3 days later.Their excuse for things is they are a wholesale dealer which is bull. They are a car dealership that buys and sells cars for profit which is totally fine. Not adhering to the law for providing a title in 30 days and trying to slip extra costs (both of which have zero value, good luck trying to actually use either) in and hoping the customer doesnt notice is not OK.Avoid. There are other cars and dealers out there.
Pay attention to the reviews!! They are all nice in person and do a quick easy process.. well no wonder they do so they can cover up all the problems their vehicles have. 1st off the truck we wanted was available when we called but it magically was not when we arrived not even an hour later after arriving so they show us a more exspensive truck which was out of our budget but we liked so we proceeded. It ran great and we left with it the same day. We went to start it for the 2nd time and we couldnt get it out of park! The check engine light also came on! Long story short we finally got it to our mechanic and there was a long list of pricey issues! He said they must of cleared the check engine light right before you left with it because these issues didnt just appear! I called them back and expressed how upsetting it was spending $23,000 on a truck that had numerous issues and is going to cost us an additional $6,000-$7,000 to fix. We got a truck because we needed it asap due to needing to haul our tractor and trailer Tuesday. The lady i spoke with said id get a call back first thing Monday it is after 1pm and still havent heard from them.. i really wish i would of read the reviews before coming here because we are now stuck with a pricey issue! I wish theyd have the decency to atleast make it right but sadly based on seeing what others have experienced we dont expect that out of them!!
Look this is the best car lot they helped me get approved when I was having credit problems they went out of their way to get me a proved if yall are looking for a vehicle they will get you in a vehicle and you will be satisfied with your purchase? Thank you so much love this car lot?
My husband and I bought a truck here in January. We decided the following week to cancel the warranty that we purchased along with the vehicle not really realizing how much it was cause it was just kind of along with the purchase. We were not given an option with it. It took them a grand total of 3 months to finally cancel it out which to begin with was close to $2500. After weeks and weeks of calling these people to see if it had been canceled or not, completely getting the run around each time, they finally cancelled it but refunded the bank we financed through $1880 which left a $600 difference or so. Because they took so long to cancel it, it ended up costing us. Our banker who was going to refinance it for us to give us a better rate had even called to try to get through to the dealership, talked to the salesman that we dealt with and he lied to her and said my husband got really angry with him and was supposed to get back with him but never did. Lies. I even caught the owner in a lie while he was trying to tell me he was not the one responsible for the delay in the cancellation. It was like dealing with a circus! On top of all this they never did send us the spare key to the truck, they couldnt find it when we made the purchase so they were going to mail it. I would like to give a zero star but thats not an option.
When I first pulled in to this place and started looking around I immediately noticed how cheap the cars are. Turns out there a wholesaler and do most of their business with larger dealers. But they sell to the public as well and offer the vehicles at the same price they give the dealers. This is definitely the place to you to same money!
Had the full Amount for the car 2006 Dodge charger but will try to do payments to help my credit told him I had 2000 to put down that would’ve dropped it down to $5,850 I was just trying to build my credit ... I feel like Turn down because it was a black Family.... Keep in mind I did the financial on keep in mind I did the financial online and they was Real busy every time I kept calling to see update on the application but when I went up there and show my skin color they Turn me down but... but got improve from a dodge dealership.....
I enjoyed my experience at Superior Auto during my car search. Danny was very helpful and not pushy as all.
Jasmine is an amazing saleswoman, very knowledgeable of their inventory as well. She will work hard to get you the perfect vehicle!
Dont waist your time or money! Warranty doesnt mean anything to them and they know exactly what issues are with the vehicles and are fine with selling people unsafe vehicles. If you care about your self or your family. Dont put them in a vehicle from the company.
I’d recommend to friends and family. Customer service was exceptional- ask for Jasmine!
Great place to look for a new vehicle! They have exceptional customer service representatives, ask for Jasmine!
Great dealership! Tyler was very helpful in answering all my questions, they had a accurate description of the vehicle, and are also reasonably priced. They are a motivated dealership and move a lot of vehicles.
Extremely odd how theyve been flooded with rave reviews in the last three hours, isnt it?This place is a massive scam. Dishonest, rude and unprofessional. Sold a vehicle with thousands of dollars needed in repairs without disclosure and wouldnt help, despite the buyer having a $3,000 warranty. They repeatedly gave him the run around and played games. I watched firsthand as they lied to him over and over about what they would do to remedy the situation -- when all was said and done, he purchased a vehicle that he hand to spend thousands on to get it in safe condition straight out of the gate.I would never purchase a car from here and will be diligent in letting my friends, family, acquaintances and colleagues know that they shouldnt, either.
Update to review: it was just a screw in my tire! So now that that is fixed I have little to complain about. So far so good. I may update in the future.I bought a car a week ago, as of today.Tyler was an absolute pleasure to work with.....however .... The outlander I purchased had a few issues that I deemed minor upon driving off the lot. Of which brakes grinded a bit, went away for the most part, the rear lift gate did not stay up, bought the struts all is good there.....one major issue, 2 days after I got the car home the tire pressure light came on and will not go away. Ive put air in them and still light on. Im hoping when I take it in to be looked at this is not going to cost an arm and a leg to fix. I did buy the car knowing they do not service the cars after the sale which I figured meant they only do enough to sell the car. Im not mad about that in any way, however honesty does go further than you think. Disclose the issues to prospective buyers, thats really not too much to ask. I cant imagine fixing something with the tires would be that big of a deal for a dealership (even a small one) but they are there to make money. Take my review as you will, Im not sorry that I bought from here, I may even do so in the future. It will depend on the amount of repairing that needs to be done at the tire level at this point.
Went to test drive a H3T Alpha. It has a knock. Tried to drive a Honda Ridgeline, battery was dead and they couldnt get it running. All of their cars seem like they were bottom of the barrel auction cars.
PLEASE do yourself a favor and DO NOT come here.I had been looking specifically for a 2003, 04 or 05 Toyota Camry (because those model years are known for their reliability) for a couple weeks when I finally came across one at this dealership. It had 125,000 miles and a completely clean Carfax with 2 owners. I took the vehicle to a very reliable mechanic who had found the car had been in multiple wrecks (one so bad that the airbags may have even deployed) with a significant amount of damage done to it. I had scheduled ahead of time to come look at the vehicle in person. The day of I called before I was about to leave to check it out,for them to tell me they had it out for a tune up and that it wouldnt be back until the next day. I wasnt able to come the next day and had told them I could come up the day after. He asked me if I would like to put A temporary hold on the vehicle. I agreed and he asked for my card number there after telling me it was $300, which I thought was a pretty significant amount of money and instantly concerned me. Iwent back and told them it was in horrible condition I I did not want the car. I told them to go ahead and refund me the holding fee for them to tell me its non refundable. They literally showed me a paper where they had printed my name saying I understood it was non refundable even though I was not informed of this AT ALL (and I never signed or printed my name on anything about a holding fee being non refundable) I was already somewhat sketched out after reading all the mixed reviews online (even looks like a BUNCH of fake 5 star reviews were submitted just a month ago) but now I know I shouldve listened to them. If you do come here, be careful and get the car checked and dont agree to anything until your certain. And if they tell you its out getting a tune up it most likely means theyre adjusting it so it runs smooth and great for a short period of time until you purchase it. The mechanics even said they could tell body work had just previously been done to the car a couple of days before hand. Now I still dont have a car and am out 450 bucks.. DONT COME HERE!! We**Update** I filed a charge back dispute on my credit card. After a couple of weeks I received a statement saying that they declined my offer. Attached was the document they had shown me where they printed my name. Except this time my signature was forged on it. Sickning. DO NOT COME HERE!
EDIT:TLDR Stay away from this placeBefore you read this Id reccomend you check out their rating on the Better Business Bureau and consider other peoples reviews. Shopping here is the usual new/used car buying experience. However do NOT buy a used car with any issues whatsoever and expect them to fix them. They wrote in the contract that theyd fix the driver side window of my car that had a bad regulator, had my car for 4 working days and 2 off days. And when I went to pick my car up they told me a heat shield was loose and they added two screws. Not only did they not even look at my window, they told me it worked fine and when I showed one of the salesmen it wouldnt even budge, he told me all they could do was estimate the repair for me. And on top of that, the finance manager I was working with told me to wait outside and began another deal with other clients and I sat outside for half an hour before going back in to see what the hell was taking so long. It seems like a small issue until you wake up for work the next morning and your window has been down all night long and its been raining. I spent hours detailing my vehicle after I bought it and they even complimented my work. And when I dropped the vehicle off for the repairs I was told I was getting, my leather seats (which I had done some work to as well) were even more torn up than when I bought the car. I also was sold a $2,000 extended warranty so dont buy into their warranty. It just adds to the bill and with the money youd save you could just hire a shop to do the work yourself (plus they cant even do the repairs it has to be taken somewhere else), some cars it may be worth it (higher end cars) but for most just tell them you dont want it. At this point I dont even want them to touch the car because I know itll do even more harm than good.EDIT: I have now owned the car for less than 8 months at this time and I cannot tell you the amount of issues this car has given me. And its not things that oh you hot rod it its your faultThey are issues that have been around since the car left the lot. And Im big into routine and preventative maintenance on my vehicles. Ive had all the spark plugs replaced and a good amount of my coil packs because of misfires, and now I have to get the valve covers replaced because there is oil in my sparkplugs. For you noncar people out there. Thats bad. I had 2 mechanics tell me they can tell these have been issues for months and theyre not suprised the dealership sold me the car in its condition. They highly recommend not going to this dealer. Now remember, when I told the dealership about these problems. Dont worry they fixed it with a couple of bolts. Without giving too much info. I work for a company that does IT for car dealers, so I know quite about about how dealers operate. Stay away from this operation.
I went up to SAE To look at some used cars and each car was a quality used car, the sales team was incredible to deal with they really made me feel cared about and what I wanted was important, specifically Danny was who helped me and I will definstely come back and find the right car for me.
Excellent dealership! Everyone is easy to work with & they have a nice selection of vehicles. I will do business again! Thank you Elena & Tyler
Super helpful sales staff, I went and looked at cars and everyone was very friendly
Initial purchases was what you expect. After almost 3 months still no title. Each time I call I have been given a different excuse about issues with their title department. Now I find out the Ohio BMV issued my title January 15th and mailed to them. The Manager was Belligerent and told me it’s my problem now. Do not buy from this group. They are disorganized, Dysfunctional, and rude. I now need to absorb the cost and time off work to file for a lost title, as well as the cost and missed work to get an extension on the temp tag the first time.
Would have given 0 stars if I could. My husband bought a used truck from here, he was told it was in great condition and only needed freon. Well that was a huge lie!!! They refused to negotiate price because they are Wholesale. After we brought it home we found out air conditioning system needed replaced. The engine light came on today (the company must have had the codes removed so no one would realize all the work it actually needed) showing catalyst & battery. Do not buy your vehicle from here, they are nothing but crooks! They will take all the money they can from you and leave you with junk! We have a newborn baby and needed a bigger better vehicle with 4WD, for the snow. Now we have to put out more money to fix something that we were told was in great condition. How people can be so shady and take advantage of a new young family is SICK and wrong!!!
Recently purchased a Subaru WRX STi from this dealership. Everything was easy enough and couldnt be happier with the service Danny provided for me as well as the vehicle. At first i was wondering why the price was so low for this particular vehicle but it all made sense when they told me they were a whole seller. The car runs excellent and i will definitely be back here to buy a car in the future.
On August 2nd 2019, I purchased a 2010 Ford Expedition EL Limited from Superior Auto Exchange. During the purchase we found a few issues with the vehicle. Knowing it was a 2010 with 99,000 miles I didnt expect it to be perfect. We took it on a test drive and noted that it was loud but road well. When we returned from the test drive I mentioned to the sales person that It was a little louder than I expected like exhaust and he said it was probably because of the V-8 engine I have been around vehicles for a while and we came there in a 2015 Dodge RAM so I am aware of how a V-8 sounds. I was concerned but honestly had not been around a FORD V-8 in a while so I thought he could be right. We also noted a clicking sound in the dash area. He told me it was an actuator and that it would be a $20 part to replace so they would take $100.00 off the sales price to handle this. It was also missing a fender piece that he told me they were waiting on paint to finish with and we could either bring it back down or he could mail us the piece so that we could fix it. I was a little hesitant however I liked the vehicle and I was tired from shopping all day, and he assured us they they check over the vehicle for safety concerns and problems so they can be upfront with their customers so we agreed to move forward as long as the oil gets changed and they send us the piece that was needed to repair the fender. The sales consultant took a picture of the paint code and set up a oil change at the local Monro break and tire, for us to go to right after signing the paperwork.During the paperwork process, I asked for an extended warranty.I asked what it didnt cover and he said mostly just wear and tear items as I requested. I bought the policy. We drove the car home and parked it. Over night the rear tires lost air. We noticed at that time that one of the rear wheels was actually bent.On August 7th I had the vehicle checked out because the noise that I was concerned about was still bothering me so I wanted to confirm what he said about it just being a V-8. The shop told us there was indeed a leak in the exhaust manifold that would need to be repaired. I texted the sales person to let him know what was found that that it WAS NOT covered by this warranty. Also the actuator that was a 20 dollar part was actually going to cost us 350 or more depending on the location. The repair shop said it could be up to $1500.00 if they have to remove the dash. I expressed my dissatisfaction with very little response from the sales person. Here is what my mechanic found and we paid to have fixed:The exhaust Manifold was CRACKED!!! We also had to replace the front breaks do to malfunction. It had 3 different kinds of tires on it. The front 2 matched but the back two were different from the front and different from each other. They all required different pressures AND the back 2 had leaks in them which is why they would not hold air over night. So we also had to replace the rear tires. We had put less than 500 miles on a car we paid a fair price for just to have to turn around and put $2500 into. AND WARRANTY DID NOT COVER ONE DIME OF IT. We STILL have to replace the actuator. It refused to click while the mechanic had it so we have to take it back. We also have spent time taking it too and from our trusted mechanic. I can pay $1800 and get a warranty that would have covered a few of those things reducing my cost of ownership, the problem is it wouldnt have passed inspection. I am not sure how they even sold me a warranty with out inspecting this vehicle. And telling me its safe with bad mismatched tires and break issues is a misrepresentation of the facts. While I get that I signed an as is The vehicle was misrepresented at time of purchase and promised items were not complete.
Stop in and jasmine was great help! Everyone should go see her.
Please dont get a vehicle from this place i gave the $8,658.58. I had the car for 14 hours and the transmission went out i took it back and they offended me by offering me 1,000 after I offered to add 2,000 more bringing my total to 10,000 they said no.and referred me to a repair shop .
I really really hate that i ever went to this place.they have really bad and poor customer service. They will Rob you of your money and they sell lemons that is dressed up buckets. Please dont car shop with these crooks.just read they reviews.i hate to even give it 1 star the transmission was bad and i didnt even have the car 24 hours. Payed almost 8000 for the car told them i wanted to give it back and get another car and they offered me 1000 dollars for they car back that i didnt even have 24 hours.do not shop with these people .
Jesse is AMAZING. If you are looking for a car go to him literally! I am glad I did.
I bought a car from Jesse Oaks in March for $4750. Its a2010 Chevy Malibu. Ive put less than 3000 miles on it bc the timing chain needs replaced. He wouldnt sell me the warranty bc he said I wouldnt ever use it. This particular car was his friends car so he said to save my money, he knows the car and I was getting a great car. Ive tried to call but the number is no good...now Im stuck with a car I cant drive bc I live on disability. Its $1000 ish dollar fix...thanks Jesse!
Jesse made purchasing my new truck easy. I wenf and test drive few different vehicles before making the big decision to buy a GMC 2500 HD . The day I actually went to purchase the truck they had it pulled up to the front when I got there. It was washed inside and out and even waxed the tires. I am happy I shopped here and will recommend them to all of my family and friends. Thanks again Jesse:)
Horrible place will lie to make money just for their commission... Forced us into an extended warranty that we cannot use, tried to make a claim with it and was told we bought as is and it was already an existing problem... when you test drive take it to a real mechanic to check the vehicle over before you buy. $3000 worth of repairs and they will not help us with any of it...
I will recommend to all of my family and friendsI love my new car have it for 2 month nowThe team was great and nice good customer serviceThanks
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER. If I could give this zero stars I would. I bought a new (used) truck from here for over $16,000. Was told it was in amazing shape and a great overall vehicle. I was told their vehicles are tested and inspected. Short test drive went normal. THEN Within 1 week the brakes began sticking and not releasing, and within 3 more days the “low brake pad” grinding/screeching noise began and was horrible. Next morning the “Service Parking Brake Assist” light came on the dash (which obviously they had reset in order to sell). The brakes nearly gave out on a county road with children in the back. I immediately pulled my truck into a trusted shop who has worked on my vehicles for years. Pulled brake pads off to find virtually ZERO brake pad life left, rotors in bad shape from metal-on-metal braking, and the parking hub/foot assembly (emergency brake) in the rear was nearly non-existent, in pieces and unable to be used. THIS ALL OCCURED WITHIN TEN DAYS OF OWNERSHIP. I went into the dealer to inform them of the issues. I was told first that they “psi test” the brakes and it’s impossible as to what’s happened, to which I objected they couldn’t have tested them, then they state “well actually the auction tested them, not us” which is also unbelievable due to LESS THAN 1mm depth on pads (5mm is the minimum for name brand dealers to even place a vehicle for sale). Then “sir brakes are a wear and tear item”..... i haven’t even owned the truck for two weeks yet!!!! Wear and tear does not occur within two weeks!!, then finally, “you could have inspected them yourself”, so I’m supposed to not trust a dealer telling me it’s been inspected and take the wheel assembly off myself to check brake depth before purchase??? I asked for the name or number of the owner of the dealer ship to which I was denied, they claimed they’ll “have him get ahold of me”. It’s been 3 days and I haven’t heard a word from anyone... these guys apparently will sell a vehicle without even checking BRAKES. Who knows what else they didn’t inspect. 2 weeks in and $700 down. What a terrible experience. You would think that they would realize this is a liability selling a vehicle that can barely stop, and understand that this can and might produce a law suit. For their website to promote “trust integrity and respect”, I’ve never met a more dishonest, and un-trustworthy group of people who shrug at a customers brakes failing in less than two weeks.
Good selection of vehicles, prices are very low. Will be back here
*****FALSE ADVERTISEMENT***** Went there bought what they advertised on their website Ford F-250, 7.3 liter, 2 days into having the truck had some problems, took it to a mechanic 1.) Found out the truck was NOT a 7.3 liter it was acutally a 6.0!!! 2.) Found $2,500.00 worth in problems and they will not help us at all with just buying the vehicle 2 days prior and the Car FAX showed the truck passed an inspection 2 weeks prior to us buying it. They ALSO forced us to buy the Extended Warranty that cost $2995.00, tried to use it for our maintenance and was told that the problems were PRE-EXISTING...... Called Superior Auto Exchange back to ask if they will cancel the extended warranty and was told that I HAVE TO PAY A $200.00 FEE!!! This place will do anything to get your money and sell you a vehicle that WILL NEED MAINTENANCE, WATCH OUT!!! I mentioned taking them to court for their FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and was told he can no longer speak to me.... HORRIBLE place...**** UPDATE*******THE DEALERSHIP BRIBED ME TO TAKE MY REVIEW DOWN IN RETURN THEY UPPED MY WARRANTY BY $1000 WHICH DIDNT DO ANY GOOD BC THEY STILL REFUSE TO FIX MY TRUCk...My truck has now been in the shop for 2 months, I have only had my truck to myself for 5 days IF THAT and now just found out the whole rear end has to be replaced, $4200 to replace it... on top of the $2200 repairs that have already been done by the second shop it has been sitting in, also on top of the $1300 in repairs from the first shop I had it in, totaling in $7,700 JUST FOR REPAIRS, and their POS warranty will only cover $530 of all of it.... BUYER BEWARE.
NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE! This is the worst car lot Ive ever been to. In less than a week I got stuck in a different city where I didnt know anyone. I go to the cancer doctor 3 days a week and they dont want to fix anything. I needed a reliable car and got the biggest piece of junk ever. They give you the run around on the phone saying the manager isnt available who runs a car lot and never shows up to work? The first day we called we was promised it would be fixed then after calling to find out when it would be fixed they gave us the run around saying they didnt have to fix it. If they can treat cancer patients like this imagine what they will do to your family. Worst company ever!
Great selection of newer used cars all priced extremely competitive. Great staff we will be back!
Bout a 2011 Ford Mustang GT, paid 13k cash and the motor blew up 2 days later ❗️🤯 not recommended
Nice people to work with. Nice cars for a small wholesale used car lot.
Great prices, and very helpful staff.
Absolutely the best used car site that Ive seen and used locally.
Terrible customer service. Buyer beware! Bought an extended warranty only to find out it is a complete waste of money. Will tell you issues with the car are preexisting. Already put $4500 back into the car to get it running right. What a joke of a business. Highly UNrecommended.
Terrible experience the rumors are true Stay away
Update: DO NOT GET A CAR FROM THEM. PRICES ARE TOO HIGH FOR CARS THAT NEEE REPAIRS. THEY EVEN LET ME DRIVE OFF THE LOT WITH A DEAD BATTERY.
Great deals on the very nice vehicles. Very friendly sales staff
This place is a joke they lie to get you to buy and dont care that you drive your family around in the vehicle when they knew it has brake issues and could cause a crash but they wont fix it even though they said it would be taken care of do not buy from them its a big joke they are nothing but thieves Im just curious on if my brakes go out and hit their family
