I went to the Clifton store at the end of a long day with 3 tired kids to get a new phone. Khloe (st manager) helped me get the phone I wanted, helped me get my 13 a phone I could afford, and saved me money on our plan. It was the best experience I have ever had at Verizon. I needed to upgrade my phone. Due to the pandemic, the store I normally go to was by appointment only, and only then for maintenance. I needed advice on which phone best suited my needs, but couldnt speak with anyone at the store. I tried online, but couldnt seem to get advice there either, and I would need to set up the new phone myself, which was too intimidating. I found this Verizon Retailer, and so glad I did! Tyler made an appointment with me, and patiently walked me through the different phones. He was by far the most knowledgeable person I have dealt with in my 20 years with Verizon. Tyler made my experience quick and pleasant, and I will go back.

I have OTSD/ TBI from the Iraq war and have difficulties learning new things and following instructions. The guys at this store were wonderful and very patient in helping me set up my new phone and get accessories for it.

This was one of the only stores open. I drove from KY to this store. I was already upset. Tyler greeted me and offered me a bottle of water. Instantly I was relaxed. He helped me upgrade my phone, as well as trade-in my old device for way more than I thought I would get. This was my best experience with Verizon even if I had to drive a ways to get there. Came in to get some help with my phone, and was immediately greeted by Tyler. He was absolutely the most knowledgeable Verizon representative I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I had no intentions of buying a phone, but after he laid out my options and worked on getting me a great deal, I felt I had no choice. This man will go to hell and back to make sure you are satisfied with your service whether your buying a phone or not. At least 4 other customers came in all greeted immediately given water bottles while they waited, and somehow he managed to keep conversations going with everyone. All while being in the store alone. Nobody was left to feel like they were waiting. I wish I could give you 10 stars. I will definitely be back as well as recommending all of my friends to this store. Tyler you were absolutely amazing! I brought my senior neighbor here on 8/1/20 due to her having a broken phone. Chloe was extraordinarily patient and helpful and went above and beyond to help my neighbor with all of her increasingly difficult circumstances (not knowing her PIN, nor passwords for email to reset the PIN) and while ultimately the original phone may be a lost cause at the end of the day my neighbor got her lifeline back. She even offered my neighbor a loaner phone to use while her phone was left at the shop for a few hours to see if the new PIN would be accepted after too many attempts locked us out. I gave Chloe my name and number to reach out to when she tried to enter the PIN again and she tried it a few hours later even though she was told it would take 24 hours. Thanks to her efforts my neighbor is all set with a new phone and protector.

Im the type of person who keeps a phone forever, and milks out every last penny I can get from it. My old phone lasted me five years before it bit the dust. As a Verizon customer, the Clifton location has given me some of my best service yet. An associate by the name of Tyler Rininger went above and beyond to resolve my tech issue. He was able to not only resolve, but helped me understand the issue, so if it occured again I can remedy it myself. I was even offered water while getting my phone fixed. Anyone who encounters this associate should rest assured because youre in good hands. The man will do what it takes to fix the problem.
